The location is about as good as it gets. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. Great location for families or large groups. Loved the surrounding area. Plenty to do within 5-10 minute walk.

Only stay here if you want a relaxing and blissful vacation with unrivaled views of the ocean! The only drawback is the difficulty you will face adjusting back to reality from your stay. Check in/out was a breeze - the management company makes it very easy. Everything was super clean and felt like a hotel upon check in. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The communication with 360 Blue has been so easy. They respond quickly and are always so kind on the phone! Thank you for helping us make memories to last a life time!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! We loved our place - decorated super cute, comfy and clean. Only thing is I would have them update the bikes that are included - they are not in good shape. However, that wasn’t a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Kyla. We love thh location of this property . Since this unit has 4 bedrooms it makes it perfect for our family. The sunsets from t he balcony are amazing!

I usually stay at Rosemary or Seaside - but wanted an affordable UPDATED beachfront unit - this is a GREAT boutique complex that is gated - Was not as crowded as other places - 360 Blue, Kimberly, was gracious with us when we checked in - the security guard was accomodating with our requests. We will definitely be back! Absolutely recommend!

I had to vacuum the entire unit and clean the filthy windows. Normally would have handled this with the property manager but they did not respond? The gate guard is a little too aggressive. Maybe needs a reminder to politely enforce procedures.

This is an amazing condo! It has a great view of the ocean. The patio has a L-shaped sofa and table with four chairs. We enjoyed many days and nights relaxing on the sofa listening to the waves. The bedrooms were great! The kitchen was fabulous. The only downside to this condo is the beach area. With a a private gate (which was never shut) and a private parking lot for our building, I thought we would get more beach space to relax with the family. A beach chair company takes over most of the beach space to the left of the condo building and houses (private beach=no access) to the right of the condo. If you bring your own chairs then you are crammed into a little space with hundreds of other people and their chairs. And you are sharing the beach with the entire Seacrest Villas which includes the other side of 30A. The people across the street are constantly being shuttled back and forth to the beach right in front of our building. We had an amazing week despite the corona virus and tons of people. The restaurants were open and most were trying to social distance. The condo is wonderful but we will choose a house next time we visit 30A so we can have more privacy.

Ray We had six adults and 4 little children. This rental was decorated great. It’s right on the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. 360 Blue’s response to the minor issues we had was excellent. I would, of course, rent this unit again.

KYMA 202 sunset villas at seacrest was a great place!! Perfect for large group of ladies. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful updated decor. The balcony was the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend. Beach service (umbrella and chairs) would have made it perfect!!

Great location with easy check-in! However, the property is a dropping point for beach access for other properties, so lots of people around. This means the beach isn’t as private as most, so a little crowded.

Perfect place for family vacation and was very suitable for having young kids.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying in this condo. The location was perfect and we loved watching the sunset each evening from the balcony. Beach and pool access was easy. The rooms were comfortable, the decor is very tasteful and there was plenty of space for two families. 360 Blue was very responsive to the minor issues & requests we had and resolved everything within a day. The kitchen is furnished, but not to the same extent / amount of kitchen appliances, pots &pans like others we rented before. We would absolutely rent this condo again...the view of the water makes it so special!

We absolutely loved this condo. We were here for a girls trip and it was perfect. Only bummer was the work done on the boardwalk one day and we couldn’t get to the beach until later in the day. We loved that we could walk or bike to restaurants and shopping. We walked to donut hole for breakfast twice! 😳 We would definitely stay here again!

We had 6 adults and 2 children and the unit fit all of us very comfortably with room to spare! The unit was beautiful and you can't be the ocean front location!!

What a beautiful condo! It was windy on the beach, so we spent lots of time on this gorgeous balcony listening to the waves and soaking in the sun. My only complaint - the King bed in the room overlooking the parking lot is past due for replacement. There is a huge dip on each side. It was more than just a soft vs firm mattress. (I like to get good sleep when I’m on vacation.) That said, I would definitely rent this place again. It was lovely, close to everything and our family enjoyed the week.

Beautiful condo. Perfect location. We loved everything about it!! We have stayed on 30A many times, and this was our favorite place by far! Can’t wait to go back. Would love to stay here again!

We gathered here for a ladies' retreat and enjoyed every minute. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We spent a lot of time indoors because of the storm, but we had plenty of room for 10 adults. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Because of the time of year, the beaches were empty. It was glorious. Can't wait to go back.

There were 10 in our group. Three generations, with four grandchildren, ages 4 to 13. Was an opportunity for family beach time at Thanksgiving. Accommodations were great for three families, lots of visiting on the balcony. Loved the sunsets! All was good!

We had six of us staying at the condo for a ladies getaway long weekend. We loved the layout and decor of this place and the location was perfect with an amazing view. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Everything was very clean and neat. We appreciated the complimentary coffee that 360 provided as well - nice touch. I will say that this is definitely the most “bare bones” rental I have ever stayed in - no beach chairs or umbrellas available (and oddly no beach service included, though it IS available for an extra cost). There were 4 bikes included, which was a nice amenity, though we didn’t get to use them. But I would have preferred beach chairs over the bikes. Not a big deal and it wouldn’t keep me from renting this place again. Early November was a great time to be at Seacrest. We had the run of the beach and the weather was very nice! I have stayed at a different place in Seacrest during high season and like other reviews mention, the beach is packed 4 or 5 rows deep - not my idea of a relaxing time.

We had a lovely time even though the weather was a bit cold. We fell in love with the area and thought this unit was awesome. It had everything we needed and was exquisitely decorated. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back. It was even perfect for our young children as the bunk beds were a great addition.

Beautiful condo very well equipped and furnished nicely. Staff at 360 Blue were very attentive and helpful with a maintenance issue. My only complaint was the extremely crowded beach with chairs and umbrellas four deep. That is my reason for 4 star. Cannot imagine the summer crowds!!!!

We were unaware of the 2 car limitation. If it is in the ‘fine print’ it should be more prominent. We were also reprimanded about riding our bikes on the condo property sidewalk;we were unaware of that prohibition. However we enjoyed our visit very much. Condo unit was beautiful-very clean and accommodating.

The place was beautiful and very convenient to the beach if your not handicapped. There is an elevator to get to the condo but to the beach was a bit of a tackle. When we reserved the condo we were informed that we would have 2 beach chairs provided for us. Well they were not available so my mother spent $300 on beach chairs that she only got to use once due to the stairs to the beach were too much for her to handle. Other than that we had a great time!

The condo wascomfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for everyone in our 9 person party. Very convenient to the beach. I would just say to be very aware of all the rules associated with this rental property before you book. In 40+ years of staying in the Destin area, I've never experienced such rigid rules. clearly understand the need for rules, but at the point where it becomes illogical and is enforced with rudeness, then it becomes intolerable. Although it's not clear in the rental info, there can absolutely NOT be more than 2 vehicles per unit in the parking lot. You must find a place outside of the property to park the third vehicle- grocery store or restaurant parking lot. If there are other units not using both their parking passes, it is not acceptable to use their extra pass for your third vehicle. Also, tents are not allowed on the beach in this area; Nothing can be left at the front door, i.e. Beach chairs; Flashlights used on the beach must have red lights because of sea turtles.

We had a wonderful time - this property was great - stunning views, quick access to pool and beach. Bike availability was great too! Our only complaint was that the bedroom windows didn’t stay open and ceiling fan in master bedroom was at full blast or nothing (possibly user error)? We loved the location- close to everything ! We will be back! Thanks!
