We just left today and are ready to return tomorrow; this house is just perfect. In fact, we're talking about going again with some friends. Plenty of room, excellent floor plan, great kitchen and great room, this place has it all.

This was the perfect house for a get together with great friends. We each had our own bedroom, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Forget about going out to eat - the kitchen is well-stocked and big enough to have multiple cooks in the kitchen at once. It's a short walk to the beach, the lighthouse, and a great bar & grill if you do decide to go out. And, there's plenty of things to do at the house for those who decide to stay behind. Games, hot tub, sit on the porch with a good book and a nice breeze - you name it!

Perfect place for five couples in their 60's vacationing together. Great kitchen with beautiful views. Lovely neighborhood, and close to beach and the city of Savannah.

Kitchen well equipped, and plenty of room for a large gathering! (There were 9 of us.) Loved the roof-top deck, especially at night for star gazing!

The house and overall accommodations were beyond what is mentioned in the listing. Even though it was a short drive to Savannah we spent most of our time enjoy the breeze and sounds on the porches. Overall, it was an amazing stay and all members of our party had nothing but great things to say about the property.

My daughter was married in Savannah on the 16th of September, and we gathered with extended family on Tybee prior to the wedding. Everything was just perfect, the house is just as described and we will definitely look into renting here again!

Rented this house for entire family of 18. House is amazing! So much room! A few minor issues but nothing worth writing about. We’ve been to Tybee every year for quite sometime now and this has definitely been the nicest house we’ve rented. There’s probably $40k worth of kitchen appliances!! Highly recommended! The owner was incredibly nice and communicated quickly.

The house was beautiful with plenty of gathering space for our family. The open concept kitchen was very spacious with everything you could want in equipment. All bedrooms had ensuite baths. Lots of beach equipment and fun stuff for the family. Very quiet neighborhood away from commercial establishments.

The house was spacious and in a great location for a short walk to the beach with beautiful views of the lighthouse and ocean. Some of the amenities advertised were not operational ( I.e.,elevator and outdoor deck kitchen). It is a long four flights so the elevator would have been appreciated when carrying groceries, children, etc. The property manager got back to us quickly and had plans for all issues to be addressed but after our stay.

My bridal party and I stayed here for the wedding weekend and this house was absolutely perfect! So much space to fit everyone, so it never felt crowded. We loved the rooftop hot tub and grill. All rooms were spotless and beautiful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a lot of space on this beautiful island!

We all loved the whole house and especially the kitchen was awesome!!!! Fantastic visit and thankfully that the owner shares his wonderful home. The decor is very interesting, loved the photos of the home being built stage by stage. So much to enjoy about the home and decor, very warm, friendly, inviting and comfortable. Oh and well stocked, very impressive for sure!!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Eight of us stayed for a long weekend in February, weather was not great, but we did not care. Kitchen is FABULOUS!! Only (very small) complaint is lack of mixing bowls.

We had a great time. The weather did not cooperate completely , but found plenty to do. We enjoyed North beach and the pavilion beach. Our stay included Tybee Island’s St. Patrick’s parade and fun. Fort Pulaski was fun for the adults and kids. Some went to the wildlife park north of Savanna. We enjoyed the restaurants on Tybee. We came in for the Tybee Runfest. It was perfect for our large group and we had an amazing time. The owner was wonderful at responding and helping us with anything we needed.

We stayed here for our first family Christmas vacation. The home was huge and beautiful! Jonathan provided clear and accurate instructions on how to check in. The only concern I had was the oven was not working. We had to utilize the grill which was fine, except it was freezing outside. This impacted us baking cookies and pizza with perfection. However, Jonathan did everything he could to accommodate us and always responded back to me within five minutes. I would love to stay at this house when it’s warm outside. Thank you for the serenity experience !

This property was beyond what we expected, and the communication from everyone one involved was great. We held a small work retreat and there was plenty of space to meet and collaborate while still having personal space for everyone to retire to. Will definitely book again should the occasion arise.

Excellent home in great location. Lots of space for multiple families. Very responsive owner. Would recommend for large groups.

The home itself was welcoming and spacious for our family of 9, and there was room for more with Murphy beds, 2 roll aways and a pull out sofa. The house is walking distance to the North Beach. The garage had ample supply of beach chairs, Umbrellas, sand toys for children and 2 large rolling carts. There are also boogie boards for use. And beach towels. The lighthouse can be seen from the house rooftop as well as the front yard (at night). The lighthouse and museum are walking distance from the house. We were able to visit the small shops and local Tybee coffee shop on a walk with baby stroller. There is a small park in close proximity to neighborhood. The house is set up for many amenities. Most are accessible but we did have a few disappointments with the kitchen and bathroom luxuries, such as jets in bathtub not usable or overhead rainshower not flowing great. It was disappointing bc we did not know ahead of time these issues and were looking forward to them since we don't have them at home. Even though the jets to tub did not work, some of us took a nice bubble bath with supplied bubble solution. The kitchen oven took a long time to preheat due to loose oven door hinge, but was usable. Plan to preheat oven way early for meal times. We brought these issues up to homeowner and he was apologetic and stated these are new incidences and he plans to address them within next weeks. He tries to keep the house stocked with necessities such as paper towels, travel size hygiene for any forgotten items, spices, storage containers for left overs, plastic wrap, and many cookware and tools options like blender, crock pot, panini press, etc. Refrigerator and freezer are large and there is a nice ice maker so we always had ice for water and drinks. The large family room and TV was great for conversation and group TV watching. The large dining table accommodated everyone! We utilized the game room for ping pong and the game/card table for board games. It is a nice area to utilize. I recommend bringing your preferred games (luckily we did) bc the stock was limited in choices. Jonathan was always accessible to any questions and answered promptly.

Your first impression after walking thru the front door is a big beautiful home but is sadly changed after having to wipe down greasy dirty counter tops, throw away filthy expired food in the fridge/freezer, pull out the fold out beds in couches to discover dirty moldy disgusting sheets (we had to double up kids in beds), discover a lot of broken items like foozball table, ceiling fans, deck rockers, game room items, one garage door operator not working, the other garage side so full of junk/construction things that a car couuldn't get in, wasp nests on deck, loose boards on roof deck, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Thje high price does not justify it.

We had a great time staying at Serenity with a group of 5 families! Our group had lots of places to hang out and play games like the porches, downstairs play area, and HUGE kitchen! There were some projects that were being worked on or planned to be improved, so that was the only thing we wished we knew ahead of time. That being said, Jonathan, the host, was very responsive and even had his housekeeper come to check on a couple items. The location is great very close to the lighthouse and about a 5 min walk to the public beach which is not too crowded (at least wasnt in mid-June when we stayed!) Overall, this is a great place to gather with friends and family for a vacation.

Wonderful except for the upstairs queen bedroom. Carpet in closet very wet and there was a bit of a musty smell.

Photos, location and amenities were as advertised. Does need some scrubbing up (rusting fans, mold on decks, cluttered & dirty garages, grill filthy, etc), but cleanliness in bedrooms, kitchen, living area were not a problem. Jonathan was always helpful and responsive to our questions. Be sure and bring a lot of quarters for parking meters all over town and beaches. “Original Crab Shack” and sun deck at “Pier 16” well worth a visit for lunch or dinner.

We stayed as part of a group of 14 moms and Girl Scouts and it was absolutely perfect! The view of the lighthouse alone would have been worth it, but the house was a dream! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The master bathroom made me feel like I was staying in a five star hotel!

Good communications with owner. Upfits to property arrest necessary but was communicated to me beforehand. Great location and spacious home for large family gsthering.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic and the house is beautiful. This was easily the best and most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen at a rental property. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was amazing. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and I absolutely recommend this property!!!

This home was beautiful and spacious. Our family had more than enough space to spread out, but cozy enough for us to gather together when we wanted to enjoy our family time together. It had every amenity we could need. All the linens, cookware, spices, and bedding were provided. They even thought of toothbrushes, toothpaste, flossers and shaving cream just in case you forgot to pack one. The beach was about a 7 minute walk from the house, so it was close enough for our daily walks. We enjoyed it so much that we are considering another trip next year. The owner was great at communicating with us and we really appreciated his desire to make sure his guests are satisfied. No complaints.. We loved it!

The family really enjoyed this home.
