Bill was super responsive and a good host! The condo was clean and spacious. We did not have prior notice of the building construction, and it was not great to be awakened in the morning by the noise. Hopefully, the repairs/updates will be completed for upcoming stays. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The view from the is fantastic, and the walk to the beach is really minutes away! The HOA, parking, and neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Bring your own everything, including salt & pepper, coffee, condiments, beach towels, etc. We didn't have the four bottles of wine to replace them :-) The host's detailed information was most helpful before and during our stay. Read it! Beach chair rental is $40 per day, not $30. We only had access to one door key. We would definitely stay again without question!

This is a beautiful condo with a view that is amazing! This is our second stay here! The beach is so pretty and right out the door! Mr. Bill is very kind and attentive to anything you need. Loved staying here!

We had a great stay at this location. The beach is so close and it is quiet. The property has great views and a large balcony. The condo is a good size for our family. Very close to restaurants and stores. This was a great place to stay for our first family vacation!! The pool was great for the kids. They really enjoyed coming off the beach and running into the zero entry pool!! The only thing I would have changed or would have preferred was not having to carry a key around. But that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker!

This property was absolutely perfect! The view was stunning and for 5 beach days we had nobody within 50 feet of us. The balcony was wonderful to eat dinner on and relax. The room was clean and had plenty of space for 4 adults. The owner was more than helpful and friendly. He communicated everything to us in plenty of time. We would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was lovely, clean, more spacious than other condos and had gorgeous views of the ocean. The beach was very easy to access. We were very pleased and had everything we needed.

Everything from the hospitality to the property was excellent. My children did not to leave. This was the relaxation my husband and I needed. Great location. No hassle. This truly was a great Christmas.

This property is exactly as described and even more. It has a beautiful ocean view from the living room and dining area and a great Bay view from the front of the condo. Our experience from the communication with the property manager and our stay was great. Bill and his wife were in contact with me since the beginning and went above and beyond with the details about everything included in the condo, the property, and even information about the area such as best places to eat and shop. It was our first time renting a property and I wanted to surprise my husband and (hard to please) teenage boys with a nice place to stay and, thanks to this property, I was able to achieve that and even more. I loved cooking, the view and the feeling of being at home away from home, even when the weather wasn't that great, the property itself made our stay very enjoyable. It was a great experience for my and my family. Thank you so much Bill and Shelley.

we were at a conference at mt zion bible institute and 3 attendees joined me. It was marvelous. The property was more than sufficient for our needs and we certainly enjoyed the beach front location and in any dealings and communications with Bill, the owner, he was the most gracious I have ever dealt with. The only minute difficulty was the fold out bed in the living room, Mike chose to sleep there as he was the youngest in the group and he said he did he wasn't very comfortable, so he just slept on the couch.

It was a wonderful experience renting this condo from Bill and Shelley. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Bill was very responsive to questions and had great suggestions about things to do during the week of our visit. Having the Blue Angels fly past the condo balcony while we were on it was fabulous!

i was impressed by the boat dock and parts of it made for fishing. our unit was well equipped and we really liked sitting in the swivel chairs watching the ocean.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is great - almost like having a private beach. The host Bill was easy to work with and very helpful. And once again the view is amazing

The property was perfect overlooking the gorgeous gulf coast! We were able to see dolphins swimming during our morning breakfast and the beach wasn’t crowded at all, excellent location, great restaurants and shopping nearby. We happened to be flying in at the tail end of hurricane Ida. Bill kept communication with us on flights into the key as well as the weather at the location. Very impressed with customer service! Thanks again!
