l absolutely loved staying at this beautifully designed home! It had all the amenities you could want, plus a kitchen loaded with cooking supplies. The space was perfect for hanging out and really made our trip memorable. We were able to enjoy some of the amenities in the community like bocci ball and pickle ball which was great fun. We spent tons of time in the family room staring out the window for hours watching people golf with the ocean views . Kids loved the theater room. Owners were quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend for a family and comfortable getaway!

Beautiful house, great view, terrific well apportioned kitchen.

We have 3 families that get together for weekend getaways every year. This house surpassed all our expectations. It was very clean, and the supplies at the house (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc) are so much nicer that most other rentals. To top it all off Melony called us to check on us, answered questions we had, and personally made sure that we had everything we needed for the weekend. We absolutely loved our stay at this house, and we all hope that we can stay there again!

Beautiful home, perfect for a large family.

Royal Pacific was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s 70th Birthday. A beautiful home with ocean views and right on the golf course. Beautifully decorated and comfortable.

My husband wanted somewhere near the beach & golf course for his 50th birthday. I love the Sonoma Coast & found this place to celebrate! Our stay included 3 families including ours - 6 adults, 6 children ranging ages 3-10! The dads were able to golf (they even called us to let us know when they reached the hole that this house overlooks so we could watch!). The course was challenging but they loved it & the views were breathtaking. We were able to walk with the kids about 15 min to the golf course club house where we had access to the beach. The kids played in the sand & got their feet wet. And there was a coffee shop attached to the pro shop where we grabbed coffees & hot chocolate for our walk back! One day we rented a bus to safely drive all 12 of us into the Russian River wine country. There were plenty of kid friendly wineries & it was an amazing day trip! We had plenty of space to enjoy in the house. The theater room became the kids room - cartoons, movies, games, books, toys. They had space to relax or play. All the families had plenty of space to settle in - bathrooms, closets, beds & bedding. We rotated cooking in the amazing kitchen. And waking up to the views overlooking the golf course & the ocean just never got old. My husband got exactly the birthday celebration he was hoping for & every family thought it was the perfect space for a family vacation. Would love to make this the first of many family trips here!

Clean property; lovely views.

We had an amazing stay! This property was everything we expected and more.

My family really enjoyed our stay here for the holiday. The kitchen is outstanding and well equipped to cook large family meals. Plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The home is beautiful and furnished/stocked better than an average rental. It was comfortable and relaxing. Melanie was responsive when we had questions and easy to work with. We liked that the living area (kitchen, family room, game table) were all on the same level so we could all be together as a family even if we were doing different things.

This house was perfect. We were in town for our daughters wedding. And throughout the weekend we found ourselves hosting several of our family members for brunch and dinner. The house was plenty big enough between the hot tub, downstairs fire pit, kitchen, living room & big balconies, we had lots of areas for people to gather & have fun. And the media room was perfect for a football Sunday! Melony called when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and let me to call her if there were any problems. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to get away to Bodega Bay.

In a world of hyperbole and wide-angle lenses, i find myself routinely disappointed in homes that are not as-advertised. This was not the case here. The home is extraordinary. Its well laid out and and fully equipped for an extended stay. The location is also superb. I will miss sitting and judging people's golf game while listening to sea lions in the distance

This is a very nice house with a lot of room for a large group to gather or to find alone time, as well. The views are beautiful and there are two beaches within walking distance. Watching golf from the breakfast table was a daily entertainment for us. The hot tub worked great and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We took advantage of the many games, jigsaw puzzles, TVs and movies. We would not hesitate to recommend.

This house lived up to its listing. The house is very clean and the views are spectacular. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have ever stayed at in terms of appliances, pots and pans, etc. The host was great and answered a couple of questions we had. This was our first time to Bodega Bay and the family loved it. We had deer, jack rabbits and other wildlife out the backdoor. The beach has some fun tidal pools at low tide. The neighborhood is very quiet. Just be aware that VRBO lists it as 5 bedrooms, but considers the movie theater a bedroom because it has a pull out sleeper couch with a door that closes to the room. Not a big deal at all and we were just fine with it as we had a kid in that bed.

Our family stayed at the Royal Pacific home for an extended weekend stay in July. My kids and two grandkids. The home was beautiful and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful ocean and golf course views. There was lots to do at the house, And cooking in the kitchen was a lot of fun. Just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. I also want to include this house was beautifully decorated and the rooms are comfortable. 👌

Enjoyed this beautiful home. Very spacious great room/ Family room & kitchen. Wished there weren’t so many levels of stairs to the entertainment room, game room and bbq/spa area. Other than that we had a great week.

We were thrilled with the spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom home for our family vacation. We enjoyed the views, well-appointed kitchen, roomy hot tub, grill and golf and wineries nearby. Melony was so considerate with frequent emails and texts and suggestions for our adult group outings. The quiet neighborhood was ideal for relaxing on sleep-in mornings. We couldn’t ask for anything better!

We were a group of 7 staying here, all adults, all foodies, including a grill master. What a great place for us all to enjoy our company, cooking skills and some golf skills too. The place is so luxurious and well stocked. The view of the ocean a d golf course is unmatched and pictures don't do it justice. A true escape and memories for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and had an absolutely fantastic time. The first thing that struck us was how clean and well-maintained the property was. It was clear that the owners take great pride in their rental, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The views of Bodega Bay and the surrounding golf course were breathtaking. We spent hours just sitting on the balcony, taking in the scenery and enjoying the ocean air. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amenities were also top-notch. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the comfy theatre room. Overall, we highly recommend this property. The combination of cleanliness, stunning views, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable vacation experience.

We had a little weather but there was plenty of activities to keep busy. Sunsets were still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying in Melony’s gorgeous house and enjoying some quality time in while avoiding the rain. We enjoyed playing board games, watching movies and relaxing in the outdoor hot tub! We would highly recommend a stay here!

It just so happened that our time spent in Bodega Bay was during one of the biggest storms in years. Outdoor activities were out but the house is so conducive to indoor family interaction it was a lot of fun with kids home from college to the grandparents. The host, Melony, was easy to reach with any questions. Beautiful house with a great view.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and New Years with our family at Royal Pacific. It was perfect……a gorgeous home with incredible views. There were a lot of amenities to keep us entertained on a stormy, wet weekend. We loved the hot tub and watched movies together in the theater room each evening. The movie and games collections are incredible, and the kitchen is stocked with spices and staples. The home was very clean, and beautifully appointed. Royal Pacific was the perfect home to bond with family and enjoy Bodega Bay and it’s beauty.

Large, peaceful home on the golf course in Bodega Bay with terrific views of the water! It was great fun to watch a football game in the home theater! Location is an easy 25-35 minute drive to Sebastopol and to Santa Rosa shopping and eating if looking to get outside of cute Bodega Bay. Thanks for a sweet Christmas weekend!
