This property has a beautiful, functional layout for larger groups and is in an awesome location. The owner could improve the rental by getting rid of some of the clutter and cleaning in those cluttered areas. Some of the rooms need paint touch’s on walls and woodwork but overall esthetic is great!!! Very well stocked kitchen. The only other improvement I would make immediately is changing check out time until 11am as 10am is simply too early for larger groups which this rental caters to.

This house is big. Perfect for a group. There were 4 of us and we had so much space. Had everything we needed. Lots of random things laying around and a lot of decor that is dusty. It has been well used and could use some new paint and furniture.

Our stay in this property was just fantastic. Everything was super clean, check-in and check-out was very easy. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before arriving. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

We loved the house and the lay out of the downstairs which allowed for lots of hang out time with the family. Some of the areas of the house could use some updated paint as there are areas that are a little beat up from wear and tear.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We loved it. Very comfortable accommodations, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace and large smart TV. Neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you might need. Would love to come back for another weekend getaway.

Lots of space for our group of six to gather together and also spread out for alone time. We’ve been traveling together for 17 years and this one was a winner! Luxurious bedding and towels, beautiful decor.

Beautiful home and yard. Too cold to be on the deck but would be perfect during warmer months. Safe and very nice neighborhood. The house was spacious for our family and loved the fireplace. The house (kitchen cabinets, edges/corners of floors, steps, couch) needs a good cleaning, though. Even the keurig had mold on the lid. Would have been nice to have had a couple of coffee pods for that keurig but none were there. Mattress in master was much less than clean (when sheets were pulled back). Pillows were old and some stained. For the cost per night, it should have been much much cleaner. I understand the owner lives there part of the time, but I didn’t love feeling like I was sharing their space with so many personal items everywhere.

The description of this home on VRBO does not do it justice. This is a lovely home with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. If you are headed to Rochester, MN for any reason, you will want to stay here. Deb is a gracious and responsive host.

Great place to stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We did leave a few things behind that I was needing to get back but the property manager is really hard to get a hold of.

Me and three girlfriends spent a lovely weekend at Deb's home! The space is just huge! We each had our own room and there were times where we'd lose each other in the space :0) Two of my friends are realtors and needed to do some work over the weekend. The office space was so nice for that so they could spread out and have some privacy. Each living space had plenty of room for each of us. We were all able to comfortably able to relax in the living room to watch movies, sit in the dining room to eat, and play games in the eat in kitchen table. The furniture was all very comfortable! Deb had little things like cozy throw blankets, plenty of plugs for charging phones and other electronics in the bedrooms, and stand fans in bedrooms without overhead fans to ensure extra comfort in the space! The kitchen was very well appointed with all the dishes that we needed. And Deb has every coffee making item you could dream of! It was so nice to have a garage space to park in, especially in Minnesota winter! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but it is super close to many yummy restaurants! And many places will even deliver through apps like door dash. We really enjoyed our stay at Deb's and would definitely recommend it for your future stay in Rochester!

We were there to support a family member in the Hospital. This property was a great place for the family to be together. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Three couples met for a quiet weekend to talk, eat and play games. Several spaces to hang out. Large table and kitchen perfect for our homemade meals. Garage parking an extra winter benefit. People in downstairs apartment weird at first but didn’t interfere with our stay one bit. A couple of boxes of Kleenex and a fix/ adjustment of one bedroom fan would have made it perfect.

This property offers ample room for many guests to sleep and eat. The kitchen was beautiful with a lot of room for cooking and conversation. Quick, easy drive to Mayo which was why we were staying there. Will try and stay there again. Thank you Deb!

We had 6 couples and rented the whole house. This house is beautifully decorated and accommodated us nicely. The beds were so comfortable. Nice neighbors. Owner was very responsive.

Everything was great with the inside of the house but the outside had a lot to be desired, the grounds had thistles & weeds growing all over the property no trimming of bushes, The deck was very dirty and needs paint, the hand rail to the back yard was rotten and unsafe

The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were in Rochester for school and each of us were able to enjoy our own bedroom. Loved staying at the house so much we booked it again!

Our stay at Deb”s house was lovely as we were looking for a home away from home and this was close! Overall we loved the space as it was beautiful, roomy and the beds were comfortable! We missed not having furniture on our patio as shown in the reviews as we are outdoor people. Deb did offer for us to use the lower level apartment outdoor furniture area but it was a lot of climbing for my parents so we didn’t use it. I do recommend staying here and have I given a 4 rating due to several things that need to be cleaned, fixed and updated.
