We enjoyed the home very much. The views of Ajax were wonderful. The floor plan was great- bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and laundry all on one level. The unit is on the 3rd level but the stairway was easy to navigate. The condominium is on a dead end street so very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk straight to the lift or to Rubey park to catch the bus to other mountains. The unit itself was well appointed with any and everything you could need! We would (will!) absolutely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melinda's condo for the 3rd year in a row. It's very comfortable for the entire family and accommodating. It is well equipped to cook meals, play games, watch movies, and relax after long days skiing all of the local mountains. We love it and know you will too!

This condo was perfect for our Christmas weekend in Aspen. The location to downtown Aspen is great. We were able to walk to Grocery store, skiing and transportation hub for bus to Snowmass and Aspen Highlands.

Great location in downtown Aspen near West End! Walkable to everything..2 blocks to grocery, easy walk to bus station and all shopping, restaurants, etc. Unit is on the 3rd floor so be sure you're ok with carrying luggage up the 2 flights of stairs :) Host was great and quick to respond to questions.

The pictures are the exact unit. Cozy but not too small unit. Great to have two full baths. 2.5 block walk to the grocery store. ~5 block walk to the center of town. Unit very quiet (top floor). Host was very responsive and we had zero problems. Great unit in Aspen.

Clean, cozy, convenient, well-equipped. We felt like we were staying in the home of a considerate friend. Even had tools like plier and tape, ziplock bags, lots of things for cooking, and dozens of bowls and forks - not just the minimum. Lovely.

Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see how close this cozy, well-stocked property is located to downtown, the bus system, dining and shopping - all within easy walking distance! We loved the real wood-burning fireplace, and it provided the perfect ambiance for our Superbowl viewing on Sunday evening. The highlight of our weekend was watching my man, Patrick Mahomes pick up the win! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good value for money

Owner responded quickly to a change in our dates within the allotted time and refund was quick. We were here for my son's wedding with heavy luggage so being on the third floor with no elevator was a challenge. Nacho, the property manager, was kind and helped my friends haul their luggage up the stairs while waiting for a new refrigerator delivery to this condo. We appreciated that the owner allowed us to check in early and out late half an hour to accommodate our flights. Kitchen is well equipped.

This unit is located in the perfect spot. Easy to walk everywhere, well-equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. As most of Aspen, no A/C & it was above normal temps so we were warm. Ceiling fan in master was helpful, maybe install one in guest room too. Overall lovely place & highly recommend it.

Property was wonderful. You’re a short walk to everything and the weather is so great in summer you’ll want to. Don’t worry about lack of AC as night time temps do not necessitate it and we were always comfortable with fan only.

You can’t beat the location of this condo! It was very well stocked and appreciated al the fans when the hot weather came in. The parking spot is very tight but street parking was easy to find.

Unit is in a great location and convenient walk to restaurants and shops. Gondola is only a few short blocks away. Unit is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.👍👍👍

the unit is exactly as described! We loved how well equipped the whole unit was from the well stocked kitchen, to the bedrooms and loved all the extra blankets in the living room. Would stay again!

We had a four season experience in Aspen at the end of May! T-shirts one day and snow flurries the next. So much to do and the location is perfect!

Easy walk to downtown aspen for my family of 5. Had enough space we all slept comfortably. Good spot and will strongly consider using when we go back

Our week could not have turned out any better! Your rental was in the best location, quiet & peaceful, relaxing, we had views of aspen mtn & watching the gondolas go up & skiers come down! It was so close to a grocery store & accessible to everything ! The free shuttle to Snowmass was only a few blocks away & with transportation free from the airport & ski resorts we re happy we did not need to rent a car! Your VRBO was cozy, even though we didn’t have anyone in the queen bunk beds they looked comfy!! Our bed was soooo comfortable & I loved your duvet set! We were able to make a few meals & everything we needed was there ! Thank you ! We would certainly rent from you again! It was the bday week I dreamed of!!!

This condo was perfect location in the heart of Aspen, near the lift. Clean, lots of light and beautiful view. Seamless with the property owner- 😀

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. We could walk to Aspen mountain and walk to the bus stop for Apsen Highlands and Snowmass. We also could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked to make a nice home cooked meal and the sitting area and beds were super comfortable. Highly recommended.

We recently had a one week stay in this property. This was our second stay and we love the property. It is perfect for a family. It is extremely close to the stores/restaurants in town as well as the mountain. When there was an issue, the owner was exceedingly rapid and thoughtful in her response.

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The unit was exactly as advertised and Melinda was great to work with. Everything was clean & in good working order. To our surprise the kitchen was VERY well stocked which made it easy to cook the occasional meal at home. Melinda and her time thought of everything (even a fondue pot & fuel!!). The unit was in very easy walking distance of everything (even w/ 6yr old kids in the middle of winter!). Aspen Mountain was an easy 3 block walk. We would recommend renting lockers for your skis & boots (ie Incline Sports) so you don't have to carry you equipment back & forth each day. We enjoyed our stay so much more than we would have had we stayed in Snowmass with the rest of the, well, masses. When we wanted to try out one of the other mountains, we drove over & parked (if you're reasonably early parking is available at all the mountains except Aspen). Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay at Melinda's place again!

Melinda's home had a nice layout and everything we needed in the kitchen/furniture wise. The queen bunks were more spacious than expected and it was just a short walk to City Market (grocery store) and the rest of town. Thank you Melinda!

Our experience was great. The condo has a great location just a couple blocks from all the action. And the condo is very nice and cozy.Only thing I’ll mention, and it wasn’t an issue for us, is no AC. The weather is so nice this didn’t matter, and I doubt it ever would.We would stay here again.
