We have stayed in multiple units at this complex- but this one is by far our favorite. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean and bright. Can’t beat the view or the amenities this place has to offer! The boat ramp/slip is so convenient and the pool area is beautiful!

This property exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning. Boat slip was located just outside unit which made loading/unloading easy. The comfort level and amenities were perfect. We would definitely book this property.

This condo is 20 feet from the sea wall! The water is so clear we saw nurse sharks, tarpon, parrot fish, and other fish swim by from the 2nd floor/main living balcony. The sun hits the balcony around 3 pm so it’s a perfect spot to read or watch the aquarium in the shade! It’s also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets as it faces West. Pictures as advertised and centrally located. About a 2 hour drive to Key West and close to fishing charters all up and down the coast. Communication timely and complete instructions prior to arrival. No shortage of things to keep busy and great restaurants to visit. We highly recommend this condo!

Everything was very easy

We had a amazing vacation chasing lobsters, catching fish and just hanging out. Great Sunsets and friendly people. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice place but needs some updating. Most furniture needs recovering and a few things need a better cleaning or replacing. Cant beet the location! Docking was very good. Really big TV!

Water all around and a sunset every day. Balconies and lawn overlook a wild aquarium - TARPON, manatees, parrot fish, nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, barracudas, eels, schools of jumping bait fish, sergeant major fish, and so many more. This was entertaining for everyone in our group. The weather was warm enough to enjoy the pool and cool enough to enjoy morning walks. The pool is very well-heated and a very nice family-friendly facility. It is a short drive to long bridges over aqua water, which were amazing for walks. During our 2 weeks in the Keys, our teenage son caught almost 20 different varieties. We grilled a lot of fish and made a lot of tropical treats out of the well-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was gorgeous in decoration and view.

We were more than pleased with our month long stay at Futura Yacht Club. We were hoping to get the unit next year but it is already rented! This is the best property that we’ve rented. It has all the comforts of home. It doesn’t disappoint.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful ocean front condo. Great view from 2 decks for sunset. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed for a week.. Great restaurants and Publix close by.

The location of this unit is terrific. Ocean in the front and marina in the rear. Pool was heated. They have tennis courts. Nice having your own parking spot under the unit and washer and dryer in the unit.

Believe the positive reviews! This place is outstanding! Prior to check-in day, Joe (the owner) sent all pertinent info (via email) to ensure that we’d have a seamless arrival. Entry to the complex requires use of a proximity badge (provided upon check-in) and entry into the townhouse itself requires use of an easy-to-use numeric combo pad. There are security cameras located throughout the Futura complex. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the view was from both the living room and master bedroom balconies. We really did have the feeling that we were on a cruise ship as the unit is located right on the water! Joe was very responsive to the minor questions that we had. The living room was very well appointed with a huge TV! The kitchen offered new appliances and was stocked with essential items such as paper towels and toilet paper. Kitchen has lots of glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. The master bedroom is good size and has a master bath. Sufficient closet space with plenty of clothes hangers. The guest bedroom had a full-size bed, which seemed a little small for two adults. The complex grounds are great! Pool is huge and heated. There was also an area with padded chairs and a TV. Near the pool is an area we called “the point” where you can relax on hammocks or just sit back in an Adirondack chair to take in the calm winds and sunshine! All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!

Very relaxing and quiet just what we wanted and needed. We didn't want the party seen we just wanted to relax and watch the sunset and go snorkeling and paddleboarding Best place to see the subset
