Juan was so prompt answering any questions that I had. The property was gorgeous and spotless. There was plenty of room for my daughter and I to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, which is one of my top priorities. You could see the ocean from the balcony. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We walked to Alys Beach one day and it was gorgeous (the town-didn’t actually see the beach). It was so cold while we were there, but the condo stayed warm and had beautiful views. All of the living room furniture was comfortable and looks much better than the pictures. You can’t go by the pictures on this one. It looks much better in person. Also a very short walk to Rosemary. There was a lot of construction around town, this time of year, but not on the buildings we were in. Otherwise it’s really quiet. Thanks to Juan for sharing his beautiful space with us!!!

The location of the condo was perfect. We walked to everything and the beaches were pristine! Loved visiting Rosemary Beach and the manager was extremely helpful and responsive with all our questions.

Accessibility to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach restaurants and activities was GREAT! Roomy condo overlooking 30A made it an overall great location for our first time in that area. The unit was spacious although a bit dated. There were areas in the bathrooms that needed repair or to be sanitized a bit more. The property owner was very responsive to an issue reported so that was much appreciated. Again, overall a great stay.

The furniture was outdated, for what I paid. No mattress on twin beds, no light bulb in only lamp in a bedroom, bathroom had burned out bulb. Twin beds were no comfortable at all, location was prime.

Location is superb, central to the village in Seacrest Beach, which is a block away from Rosemary Beach town center and Alys Beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Pool was very convenient too. Beach access was straightforward. No parking hassles behind the building. All in all, the condo is well furnished and we had a wonderful time; Juan was very helpful and very reachable.

We loved staying at this apartment - it was right in the heart to Rosemary and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and well kept!

Came for a few days over fall break, it was perfect for the teenagers, the location was awesome.

This property was in a great location. My kids loved riding bikes around. Live music at night was nice. Juan was excellent in communicating with us. Always answered right away & let us check in early.

Loved everything except for the, "private beach", a whole lot of people with very little room to spread out. We used Inlet Beach, as Juan had suggested, and it was a much better option for our family. Really enjoyed the live music, nightly from the balcony. The unit was close to everything and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do.

This property is in a great location, and has a balcony that overlooks the Village Lane area where we enjoyed listening to live music from the balcony that was large enough for us to enjoy some food and wine. Many balconies are too small or poorly furnished, but this one was perfect for the two of us. The unit was clean, and well stocked. Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. We would recommend this property.

The condo met our pet and wheelchair needs perfectly! You can't beat the location being in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We rented bikes, played tennis at the Racket Club and found a hidden dog park at end of the nature trail behind our building. Inlet Beach (which is open to the public) was preferred to Seacrest and Rosemary because it was less crowded and felt more private than the access only beaches. It was a quick drive or bike ride away with chair/umbrella rentals. The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our cooking needs. We even grilled at the pool one day. There are so many good walkable restaurants that you really don't need to get in your car again.

We decided to bring our 13 lbs dog with us to the trip so we were looking for dog friendly place. We were excited to see this South Walton unit accepted dog because many many places do not. While the pictures showed a condo that was decorated in outdated fashion, I figured how bad can it be? My friend had rented another condo in the same building and I have seen it and it was super nice so I figured it's in the same building, it should be okay. Well I was wrong. This unit has not been updated at all since I think the building was built. The bathrooms really need to be updated. It's very dingy looking and the brass trim in the master bathroom is rusting. The whole condo just looks very tiresome like the furniture has been there for long time; like constant reminder that many people before you have sat there too on the couch. The rate for this condo was the same as my friend's unit but hers was so much updated and nicer. So many rentals in Rosemary, South Walton area are decorated and updated very nicely. AGAIN this is in prime location so it's a good deal if you want to bring your dog but know that no beaches near by will allow dogs. LIKE NONE. So unless you are planning on not going to the beaches, I would advise not bringing your dog.

Great location If you like to be in the middle of the action! Live music in the pavilion every night. It was fun watching from the deck.

The property location is great. Very convenient for pool, beach, food, drinks, or exercise. This property has a large master bedroom, but smaller guest bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The balcony has a view of the ocean, 30-A, and the heart of the village. The pool and hot tub are just across the parking lot. During busy seasons, you can hear the music being played on the lawn in front of the property. The property owners are very attentive, helpful, and responsive. The beds and some of the furniture are wearing out.

The home is in a quiet condo community in a perfect location with many shops including a grocery store steps away. It is a very short stroll to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining as well. The condo was very clean and even better than expected. There is ample parking.

I was very pleased with this condo rental. It was very nice and clean. I was surprised with just how BIG the place was, very spacious! Location was awesome with restaurants and shopping all around. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the live music that played below, so awesome!!!!! The walk to the beach was easy and much faster than waiting for the shuttle service. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend to friends without hesitation. The condo owner was very responsive leading up to our visit. We had no issues whatsoever, but I’m sure if I needed him, he would have responded quickly. It was a great vacation!!!!

My family of 5 (wife, 5YO, 2YO, Mother-in-law) stayed for the memorial weekend and the rest of the week. Perfect location for a quiet getaway, and perfectly located inside Rosemary Beach. Right next to the pool and Tram stop that takes you to the beach. Balcony overlooks courtyard where they played live music every evening. Very clean condo, lots of bed space, and roomy bathrooms!

We enjoyed our visit. Juan was very helpful. We love the location.
