Incredible ocean views and secluded location where you feel like the only people on the island. Extremely clean and very comfortable house with plenty of wonderful walks along the foreshore or bush land. Added bonus of seeing dolphins and a seal lazing in the water for several hours. Will definitely come back for more relaxation and to see magnificent view again.

We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful location to prepare for our wedding. Such stunning view to wake up to and loved listening to the crashing waves below. Seabreeze is a true gem. Incomparable views, and a very comfortable stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It is well equipped, very clean with excellent hosts. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean, warm fireplace and hot showers, seeing dolphins bobbing in the water, access to books with photos and tips of local walks. All in all a wonderfull getaway.

We had a three-night getaway and couldn't have asked for more. Incredible walks all around the area, beautiful views at sunrise and all day. Dolphins swimming by too! The house is cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The fire was so nice as a winter beach getaway. Fantastic hosts who showed us the house and made sure we felt welcome. We will be back!

The location is sensational and the apartment had everything we needed for a couple of nights' blissful break from the rat race. Waking up to the sun rising over Box Head and Broken Bay this morning was the icing on the cake. Perfect viewing from the deck! We had the perfect winter escape at Graham and Maz's. Days full of sunshine, so we could sit out on the deck, and cold nights, able to curl up in front of the gas fire. And be lulled to sleep with the waves crashing down below. Its the perfect place to relax and look at the amazing views. The house has everything you need.

Beach within a stones throw for walks and a lovely meal at the Boat house. Graham was great with communication and offered some useful local information on arrival. We spent two nights at ‘Seabreeze’ to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. I booked the accommodation, so my husband had no idea what to expect. As he walked down the stairs, he was absolutely blown away with how incredible the view was (and so was I). We enjoyed everything about our stay – from watching the sun rise and sitting on the deck for breakfast taking in the totally unobstructed water view to the cozy gas log fire in the evenings while listening to the waves crashing against the rocks. Spectacular water views from every room (even the bedroom). Maz and Graham were lovely hosts and allowed us to have a late check out which was great. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

This was my fourth time staying at Seabreeze. Love the proximity to Sydney and the warm welcome always received from host Graham. Property is immaculate and photos don’t do the view justice. We were a group of girl friends looking to relax and this was the perfect spot. We enjoyed hiking the fire trail to Patonga and a leisurely afternoon of live music, drinks and food at The Boathouse. Love this little place of paradise and already planning next visit.

Everything was as described.. it was a wonderful weekend away for my family with a dog. It was a unique place. The view was amazing and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was; it entertained us all the time and we often got lost by looking at the sky and the ocean. We definitely could recommend this place to friends and would consider staying there again!

Highly recommend this property in a superb location. Owner provided excellent advice regarding local walks and restaurants which we found helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas fire was cosy when evening came.

Our family including our little dog Oscar stayed here over the April school holidays. Before we arrived I received a welcoming phone call from the owner, Graham, to say we could check in earlier if we liked. On arrival Graham kindly met us, spending a few moments to show us our accommodation for the next few days and provide some really useful advice about the immediate area. The place was spotless and very inviting. I don’t even think some of the site images do the views justice. Spectacular sunrises, sunsets from what can only be described as a stunning view across to Lion Island and beyond. Graham and his wife have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making this a home away from home experience. Also loved the photography works on the walls. Pearl Beach itself offers a relaxing holiday - especially for those with dogs. The beach is dog friendly, the local cafe which did a great brunch also allows dogs in its covered area. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back!

The location sitting above the rock platform with the waves crashing below is unbeatable. Fantastic view of Lion Island, boats and passing birdlife. Graham had some great tips and we enjoyed the walk to Patonga as well as sighting a swamp wallaby. For sitting and taking time out, the apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Can't fault it for a relaxing getaway.

I stayed with my mum and brother. It was spectacular, the view is expansive and magnificent. The apartment is well designed, spacious and well equipped with all you need. Very comfortable and a time together we will treasure always.

Our stay with Maz and Graham was beautiful. The property is perched on the side of a cliff with incredible 180 degree ocean views. The property was spotless and there was plenty of towels. The aircon was amazing as well! Maz and Graham are incredibly helpful but also respect your privacy. We can't wait to stay again in the future.

The pictures don't lie - a stunning property in an even more stunning location. Very private and just a couple of minutes walk from Pearl Beach. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you'd need. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Walking down the steps upon our arrival and seeing the Pacific Ocean literally metres away underneath the deck took our breath away! The cedar-clad interior was tastefully and cleverly designed with open living, a stylish bathroom, comfortable beds and lounge setting. There were plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, basic condiments and a hooded BBQ which we used frequently. The deck provided sweeping views from Umina to Palm Beach. Whilst there are two air conditioners at the property, we only required the ceiling fans despite some days reaching over 30 degrees, as the sea breeze cooled everything wonderfully. Going to sleep lulled by the gentle sound of surf every night was a bonus. Graham and Maz were perfect hosts and even provided three customised books detailing the points of interest in the immediate vicinity of Pearl Beach, all illustrated with amazing photographs taken by Graham. I would recommend the extra drive to Bouddi National Park with the sensational easy coastal walk to Maitland Bay and beyond. With Umina and Woy Woy only 10-15 minute drive away, we were able to shop locally as well as dine at the many restaurants in both towns. This property is exceptional in many ways and we thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks there.

A jewel of a place Our stay was just lovely, well appointed apartment with absolutely everything you could need. Very well supplied kitchen. Graham was a mine of local information, and the photo books, particularly the local walks one, were interesting, informative with great photographs. One of our best ever stays. Little touches like the night lights, were so thoughtful. We hope to return soon.

The views are absolutely stunning & we opted to stay in for some meals as it beats most restaurants views (note no oven). The property is lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful & was made even more special with a late checkout.
