If you like peace and quiet with spectacular sunsets this is indeed the property. I looked everywhere in the region for Blue Ridge views and stumbled onto this property. Owners were fantastic to work with. Wonderful place, high quality in all areas you might look for. Morning and evenings just wonderful.

Absolutely amazing views! The house was so comfortable and welcoming too. Everything that could make our stay more pleasant had been thought of, we would love to stay again.

This property was one of the stops on our ten year anniversary road trip and could not have been more perfect. The huge home boasted two primary suites, with en suites, so we were able to really spread out The deck was incredible, with bird feeders that brought cardinals, tit mouse, hummingbirds and more. Keep quiet on the deck and you'll see them from 5 ft away Everything you could need was supplied: kitchen cooking, sounds machine, lots of information on hikes, etc.Its clear this was a well thought out space Finally, there are a lot of warnings about the bears. Do NOT feed them. We were hoping for a sighting and were finally lucky to see one just below the deck before we left. It 100 percent completed our picture perfect stay. This property is amazing! The owners have provided every amenity you can think of. The view from the huge balcony was spectacular. The panoramic view of the mountains and clouds, and many bird species was mesmerizing. We were able to watch 2 black bears playing next to the driveway from the safety of the balcony! The beautiful Blueridge parkway was just a short drive from the house. Many good restaurants close by. All in all a great place to vacation.

My husband and I (from WV) met my parents (from VA) in Asheville to celebrate my mom’s birthday. This property was perfect for the four of us, and a perfect distance from Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore. The home was clean, nicely appointed, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. The outdoor space is great - beautiful views, visits from all kinds of birds and other wildlife (no bears, thankfully), and comfortable outdoor seating. We spent more time on the deck than in the house!! The hosts were great, and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early when we arrived earlier than expected. I have already recommended this house to friends who plan to be in Asheville later this summer. We rent a lot from VRBO listings, and my husband and I decided that this was our very favorite home of all of them! The road to the house may be considered steep and winding to some, but it did not bother us in the least. Overall, we thought it perfectly lovely, comfortable, and welcoming!

Perfect place for relaxing, yet close to plenty of activities! We’ve been here before, and we look forward to coming back again!

We have stayed at many VRBO and not only was this place absolutely beautiful, but every amenity was thought of and provided. The two suites are perfect for sharing with another couple or in our case - mom. Everything we needed or wanted to do was less than 30 minutes away. Loved that we drove past a grocery store and gas on our way to and from every day. THANK YOU for sharing this gem with us!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The views were spectacular. The home was very comfortable, from the beds to the sitting room area. It was not lacking for any amenities. The location was situated close enough to drive a short distance to Asheville and Black Mountain. We would return to stay here again. This compares to the best stays we have had in other areas of the country.

I would probably give this property a five star review based on the view alone—but it was also comfortable, beautiful and immaculate. I can’t say enough nice things about it! We had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed every bit of this property. The house was clean and very comfortable, the views are amazing, and communication was great. The location was close to Downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and to some great hikes. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home for so many reasons. The surroundings are magical with an expansive view of the mountains. Sunsets from the deck with the ever-changing palette of colors heal the soul. With the gardens just beginning to bloom, the butterflies visited, and we even saw a luna moth. We also enjoyed seeing the variety of birds at the feeder. An oasis of nature! As mentioned in the description of the property, we did see the local bear that call this mountain home. The house was spotless, up to date, and had everything a family might need. It's a great location for trips into Asheville and the surrounding area. We hiked, took an e- bike tour, went to a delicious vegan restaurant, dug for gems, sped down the alpine coaster, ate ice-cream, and visited a cat cafe. We had such a fun time making nemories on this vacation. Thank you.

Traveling couples, don’t look much further. The view, proximity to all things good in the Asheville area, and the nicely appointed dual-master suites make this property a top notch stay for you and your friends.

A cabin get away that made us feel right at home. The views were amazing and we even saw cubs. We loved everything about the atmosphere of the home. Will likely be back.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained and perfectly decorated like a mountain home. Location is close to anything you may want around the Asheville area and has amazing Mountain Views! Communication with the host was fantastic, very accommodating and answered any and all questions promptly. We had a fantastic weekend and will certainly consider staying here again in the future! Highly recommend this property! Can’t wait to stay here in the summer.

Our family wanted to visit Biltmore Estate and found this house to stay in. Very nice house with nice accomodations. House has a wonderful view of course. Want to come back and visit during the fall. Would recommend 4x4/AWD if going during winter-inclement weather.

This property is fantastic! Amazing views, cabin is cozy and inviting, hosts are lovely to interact with and generous with what is provided to guests. We truly felt like we were guests in their home rather than staying at a rental property. Location is great. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

We had a great week staying in this gorgeous home. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is on a very private lot with absolutely incredible views. We were hoping to get to see some wildlife, and we were not disappointed. One day we had a deer right outside the back door and another day there were two bears in the yard. But the highlight of our stay was when there were five bears playing in the yard for over an hour! Even though the home is very secluded and private, there is a lot to do close by. We especially enjoyed the Biltmore House and Black Mountain. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We planned this trip very last minute, and they were extremely fast in responding to us. We definitely plan on returning.

Cabin was wonderful for 2 couples. Beautiful holiday decor was a special treat. Clean, comfortable and great views.

The 3 of us really enjoyed the stay at Kim and Ricks VRBO Home in Swannanoa, NC. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the general decorations are great. It was also very close to a Grocery Store and Asheville. We would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone considering this area.

Our second time staying her and we absolutely love it. We hope to stay a third time very soon.

Great weather for hiking, shopping, and dining out. Wonderful VRBO for when we were home. The view can't be beat! Comfy beds, beyond stocked kitchen. Plenty of TP, garbage bags, etc. Thanks for everything!!

The cabin was everything we needed and more. It is beautiful and comfortable with amazing views. We enjoyed our time there and hated to leave. We hope to be back soon.

Everything that we hoped for. The house certainly lived up to our expectations. Wonderful view, tastefully furnished, very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. It was like home, tailor made for us. We enjoyed exploring Black Mountain and the surrounding areas. We did not get to it all and want to repeat some of the experiences, so a return trip is already in our heads to dream about. Sometimes the mountains call, and they must be answered. I can not imagine a better place to stay when answering that call!

The home is beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality finishes. This was equally complemented by a tremendous view. We enjoy every minute of our stay here and hope to return again soon. The experience was 5-star from start to finish.
