This is a fantastic place to stay My wife and I had felt right at home, with the best view in Destin---18 stories high! Check in was a breeze, the property is well-secured with a covered garage for your vehicle, a place near the front door for loading/unloading and the hosts respond quickly. We'll be back for sure!

The condo is on the 18th floor of the resort. It has a great view of the beach and the gulf. We so enjoyed our stay. The owners were helpful and answered our questions quickly.

Everything about this place was amazing. More spacious than expected, well stocked, plenty of pillows, towels, etc. Shower was great, bed super comfy. Oh and did I mention the view?! The view!!! Such a beautiful vision while sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Great restaurants in the area. Used the beach set up service too and loved it. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

We will definitely be back! Place was clean and convenient to nice restaurants. We saw tons of sea life right off our balcony. I even left a Mac Book and some clothes on accident and was immediately notified and they sent shipped everything to me. Truly good honest people and would 10/10 recommend you stay here!

This was a graduation gift for my daughter and I must say we really enjoyed ourselves! I will definitely be back!!

Beach rules will a little different than other places but it was beautiful.

The unit was very nice and the view from the 18th floor was just what you would hope for. We have always enjoyed staying at this property because of location. Only downside was we weren’t aware that you can no longer smoke from the balcony. For my husband this was quite a change. Nothing against the unit or owners as they were very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Had a great stay. Place is very nice. As described. King bed has a firm mattress.

Picture DO NOT give the condo or the VIEW JUSTICE.... Very quaint and comfortable. We saw flipper or his cousin from the stunningbalcony. This condo is NOT for those afaid of heights. It is on theb18th floor. I loved it..#SKYHIGH But I am a flight Attendant I am use to being 30,000 ft in the air. The only draw back was Not having a physical wasgrr and dryer in the unit. With an infant and a toddler it was Very Necessary...how ever there is a public unit on the same floor, however the dryer was out of service. Plenty of towels. Bring your own spicesmand dish detergent . Loved have a working ice maker. Location Location LOCATION IS PERFECT and convenient to anything we needed o didnt need lol.wouod come back...but to accommodate my entire family I would rent one of the 2 or 3 bedrooms which they advertise have additional units.

This property was perfect for our needs for a quick family getaway! Clean, well equiped, and oh so close to the beach!

This unit was incredible. The unit was very clean, and had all of the things we needed for our stay. But that view! We were only there for three mornings, and on two of the mornings, we saw dolphins swim close by. Beach access is so easy as well. It’s was a bit chilly during the time we were there, so we made great use of the heated pools too. Would highly recommend

Check in was smooth, room was clean, and in a great location. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and wash rags… and the beach was just beautiful… we loved sitting on the balcony. Great place to stay!!

Wishing I had access to balcony but knew ahead of time. Will be sure to have access on next trip. Host is super easy to work with.

Great view from the 18th floor looking out over the ocean. Quick and easy beach access great places to eat close by we will be back had an amazing time.

The unit was fine just need dusting and the granite around the kitchen sink was broken and the sink in the master bathroom was slow in letting the water out the cabinets needs to be updated and the other bathroom shower just had cold water

We enjoyed the entire experience. the accommodations we as we expected based on the listing. We will look into staying again in the future.

The property is as depicted. Greg and Missy are outstanding hosts. They reply very quickly and are willing to help on any matter that may arise. You will not be disappointed.

Upon arrival. The owners made it a smooth process for checking in. The unit was very clean, no complaints!! Pelican is a beautiful resort. Only thing we did not like was hot tub/ pool area by tiki bar closes at Dusk, 7 (7pm) then there is only ONE small hot tub to enjoy. I really wish they would Adjust those hours. But all in all we had a wonderful time and will return!!
