Great property and value. quiet area, great view.

My husband, 4yr old daughter and I had the best stay at Bruce’s - it was just what we needed. Such a great location, well equipped and comfortable, we were already planning a return visit before we checked out!

Lovely position overlooking the lake, walking distance to town. Host was very helpful. Would have liked to have 2 towel rails instead of one flimsy one and fly wire screen on windows

Such a great location - the deck is a dreamy spot at anytime of the day. Recent renovation makes everything modern again. Super comfortable beds and quality linen. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. And a great dog friendly space and yard. Walking distance to everything to love about Mallacoota!

Easy accommodation to stay in and look after. So close to shopping centre and walks aplenty.

Very enjoyable, loved the location, access to the jetty for our boat, friendly and helpful manager (Shane). Small issue with original cleaning that was rectified/addressed in discussions with manager.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the shops and the waterfront. The deck was superb providing a beautiful outlook over the lake. The jetty allowed us to moor our boat with convenient access during our stay.

Small but perfectly neat, clean and comfortable unit, perfect for the dogs to relax after a walk around beautiful Mallacoota. Lovely views from the deck and a quiet nights sleep. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the property. It was very neat and clean with a lovely large deck that you could sit out on and look at the beautiful lake.

This is our 5th stay at Bruces accommodation. We have stayed in the fisherman's shack as well as the units and again we were not disappointed . We will return it is a beautiful position looking out over the water. The unit that we stayed in had everything that you require for yor stay.

The place was comfortable. Nice view from the front decking of the water and great to sit out there in the afternoon sun. Shower, kitchen etc was all good. Loved it.

Like the title suggests, our stay at Bruce's Waterside Units was wonderful! Lou accommodated us on a very last minute booking over the Melbourne Cup long weekend and we were very grateful for that. She communicated everything we needed to know in a friendly and prompt manner which was appreciated. The property is perfectly situated in Mallacoota, being only a short two minute walk to the shops, beach and jetty! The property is well maintained and has everything you would require for your stay in Mallacoota. The unit being pet friendly was an added bonus so our cavalier king charles, Ollie was able to join in on the getaway fun. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering visiting Mallacoota!

The location of the unit was central to everything in Mallacoota within easy walking distance. Perfect get away. Very squeaky bed!

We booked this unit because we needed a place where we could bring our elderly dog. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for all. The yard is well fenced and within close contact with us. The location is a stones throw from shops, supemarkets and the water. Management were friendly, efficient and helpful. We were given prior notice of what to expect on arrival. We will come again!

We enjoyed our stay, but the mattresses on the beds were just far to hard and lumpy.

Went with my dog and friends, very nice place and in a great location. Already planning my next stay, seeing kangaroos in the middle of town and all the wildlife only added to the enjoyment.

We had a wonderful 6 nights in the Fishermans Cottage, wish we had have booked for longer. Came home feeling very relaxed and batteries recharged. Being able to have our dogs with us and in secure grounds was a bonus.

Good time had by all. Location perfect, management team good.

Perfect location to walk across the road to the lake & fishing. One block from the main shops.

we enjoyed mallacoota however the units could use some updating.
