This was our second stay here and really like the condo. The place is cute, the bed is comfortable, there are lots of dressers and closet space. Most of the parking area is under cover, so this is a plus! The building has an elevator which is a plus as well. The owner is very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit was nicely decorated and homey. The balcony was awesome…such a fantastic view! Very close to the Garden City Pier, which was nice for my fishing husband. Also, close enough to walk to town center, if we wanted to. One drawback was that there is only one parking space per unit. So, if you have family visiting for a couple days like we did, they have to park off the property. Overall, a very nice place and we would stay again.

My husband and I along with our goddaughter and a friend of hers stayed over New Years specifically to take in the lights at Brookgreen Gardens. This location worked well for us. The condo was clean and well-appointed; we will most likely return.

We totally enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was the perfect size for two. The location was great and we really liked the convenient parking under the condo. We loved the great beach access also. It was perfect!!! We enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunrises which were breathtaking. This was a much needed vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Hope to come back next year. Thank you.

The stay was good. I think the parking needs to be more enforced for large suvs and trucks to park outside. The smaller cars need to park inside as the sign states.

First time here and it was wonderful. We stayed in this beautiful condo. It could use a few furniture updates (kitchen table/chairs and maybe outside patio furniture but honestly we didn’t spend much time indoors so no worries. Very easy check in and very clean. The owners even checked to make sure everything was all good after we got there and settled in. The beach view was amazing. Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, arcade just to name a few. We will definitely go back. Very laid back atmosphere. We stayed for 7 days with myself, husband, 14 year old son, and 73 year old father. Fun was had for everyone of us.

It was overall much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It reminded us of a short, single-wide mobile home. Little dishwasher soap, no paper towels, and cheap toilet paper. We provided all. The view from the balcony was superb -- although the soffit pieces on the porch and the hole in the underside of the roof looked easy enough to repair -- were disconcerting when it wasn't done. This might have been okay had we been by ourselves, but with another couple -- we were crowded.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No problems at all, condo was clean, everything we needed was at hand. Bobby texted to check if we had any problems. Condo is within a short walk to the pier, but not close enough to hear all the noise at night. Best of all is the well kept beach, cleaned each morning and patrolled for safety. Plenty of room on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean.

Wonderful location! Loved looking out on the ocean from the balcony and living room! The beds we’re comfortable, plenty of towels & sheets. The only thing lacking was they don’t provide much as far as extras like most places I’ve been, but not a big deal if you’re expecting it. I would definitely go back, the beach was great!!!

We loved the location, it’s about 8 building from the garden city pier. Easy walk to the pier, the building has an elevator. The condo was extra clean it had everything that we needed.

Cozy with a perfect view
This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Rooms were all clean upon arrival and just as the pictures stated! But that view y’all is stunning!!! That balcony was our favorite spot!! Location is perfect for a short walk to the Garden City pier and a couple little shops! Kids enjoyed the pool area!
Parking was a little hard with a mini van but once we got parked it was fine!
Will definitely book with them again in the future!!!

Great location, fabulous view!
We stayed here and loved it! The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, night life and all around fun stuff to do. Great balcony view overlooking the beach and pool. Property owners were quick to respond to any info we needed prior to our trip and reached out to make sure we had arrived and confirmed everything was to our liking. I highly recommend...5☆ stars!!!

Spring Break with the grandgirls
Perfect spot on the beach. Everything you need and more. We cooked several meals during our stay. Our grandgirls are 7 and 5 and loved having their own twin room. Great setup. Elevator was convenient, as well as the luggage cart. It was so nice to just get ready, walk out to the beach and still have a room so close by. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Garden City Beach
2/13/2022 - we just spent 5 days at this property. Owners Donna and Bobby provided great communication and info. The ocean view is spectacukar, and you cant get any closer to the beach. We enjoyed the stay and will come back ! Lynne and Terry - Pittsburgh

Peaceful with a beautiful view!
This two bedroom, two bath condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it for a couple or small family. There were absolutely no issues. Very quiet, peaceful with a stunning view.

Quick 3 day weekend
First time back to the Myrtle beach area in 25 years and this was a very nice condo in the Garden City area. Right on the beach and Very convenient to the Marsh Walk restaurants. Great Host (easy communication and recommended restaurants)

Great Stay
The unit was very clean. When the cleaning people were running late Bobby notified me right away which it did not matter since we were still traveling. The unit had perfect views of the ocean and in a nice, quiet, family oriented location.
