Unique views with window wall. Owner’s were very helpful when we had questions.

We were 2 couples who stayed a week at this amazing property. The location is perfect, and rare - a private enclave on the tip of the cutest coastal town. The town is tiny but packed with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. The perfect spot to walk aimlessly. The house is beautiful. Well appointed with modern amenities, we never felt the need to venture out. The property is really something special, across 2 private beaches, you can experience sunrise and sunset, soak up the sun or find shade, feel the sea breeze or hide in a calm and peaceful spot. The grounds are meticulously manicured and the house is efficiently organized and stocked. The host, Amy, was so great. She addressed all my questions and concerns prior to the trip and during our stay was available for anything we needed. Check in and out were seamless. She maintains a clean, organized home, and shared the history and local gems to be found. We greatly appreciated it all. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

We spent two phenomenal weeks at Amy’s place. The house is pristine, comfortable and THE LOCATION impossible to beat. The owner was super responsive to every one of my questions and even drove a couple of hours to be able to come and fix a minor issue. They were invested in making sure everything was perfect during our stay. This is a special home that I hope me and my family can return to many times over. Thanks Amy!

2nd trip to this property & it didnt disappoint. highlight are: • sunset & sunrise from the deck • private beach on the property • split bedrooms/bathrooms across 2 levels make it very convenient for families • large yard for the kids • 1st rate landscaping creates a colorful tapestry • short walk to Abbots (lobster), Costello (clams), as well as Fords and Carsons • short drive to Mystic, which is very underrated • owner is gracious & accommodating

The house and grounds of this property are truly amazing. The views are fantastic and the whole experience is refreshing. Amy, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and easy to reach. We felt welcomed from the moment we booked and the entire time we stayed. It was hard to leave the house because we wanted to just look out the windows. The house has everything you need for the beach and is very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone.

You have to rent this house if you get a chance, it's wonderful. The description of the house is very accurate and once you get there you will be amazed. The small town of Noank is quite unique and we enjoyed what it has to offer.I travel to Mystic quite often and was so happy to find this place that I don't see myself renting anywhere else. When we stayed the bicycles hadn't arrived yet although they would have been nice but the owners was so gracious that they offered to rent bikes for us from Mystic, also if we had any questions they would get back very quickly. It's a GREAT place, rent it.

We had a lovely week+ at the house. There are water views from three sides and every room of the house. It was absolutely spectacular and an experience we will not forget! The home was very clean and comfortable. The landscaping is gorgeous. Having two private sandy beaches made for such a nice change, as we did not have to pack and drive/walk to get our sun and sand. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with; gracious and helpful.

location was A+ ... pictures understate how wonderful the location/view is property was A+ ... spacious & private w/ yard, beach, unobstructed views, wonderful landscaping house was A+ ... split bedrooms/bathrooms, views from all rooms excepts kids bedroom, wraparound deck was great amenities were A ... everything you need, but kids need to be monitored carefully b/c there a lots of things that could be broken or not suitable for children's use landlord/agent was A+++ ... dealt with owner, who was the nicest person & overly accomodating
