Great location with grocery store Billa right next to it

Need to ask for extra toilet paper since the cleaning person doesn’t put new ones

Overall the stay and place were absolutely all right when it comes to the price/valueratio. I was really nicely surprised by the staff approach. Man at the bar was very nice to us, to the kids and everyone was really helpful.

All the cons were already mentioned in the reviews before so we were prepared and not been surprised. Probably the biggest challenge and minus is the absence of AC. Since our stay was during heat wave, those 2 nights were a big struggle. Windows opening is helpless due to the proximity of 1st class road which is really noisy even during the night time and there was no wind draught anyway

The place looks new. The menu in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good.

When I arrived I had to wait for more than 15 minutes because the receptionist was simultaneously the waiter in the restaurant. The same problem when ordered in the restaurant. Waiting for more than 20-25 minutes just to get a drink. Confusion of the staff was great, mainly thanks to the “senior” waiter who was confusing the more junior one who would probably do a better job himself. The room was extremely hot (28-29 Celsius) lacking air condition and also extremely noisy thanks to the nearby motorway.

Location, the one member of staff with the dreadlocks was very nice.

Bath water supply didnt work well, there was no air conditioning and it was warmer in the apartment than outside. No seat available at breakfast and no eggs.....

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the food here is great however the breakfast did not have as many options as last time when we stayed.
