Villa Chuty, 5 étoiles et +. L'accueil, la sécurité, le stationnement, la qualité des équipements et de la décoration, la propreté, lit très confortable, salle de bain, la terrasse et les différents espaces de détente extérieurs, la piscine et l'intimité. Parfait pour les couples. La localisation, la facilité d'accès. J'en oublie surement tout était au TOP. Un merci particulier à Leitia et Muriel pour leur prévenance, disponibilité et serviabilité.

Great holiday retreat for our small family in Sainte-Anne. Very well furnished apartment with all amenities, including a babybed/chair, refreshing pool, all kitchen equipment including bbq. All apartments/houses have a sea view and view on nature. Apartment was very private. Everything very clean and up-to-date. Great service by Muriel and Laetitia. A few minutes drive to Sainte-Anne's shops and very close to amazing beaches. We even decided to book more nights at the end of our holiday because we liked it so much. Best value for money we've had on Guadeloupe; we will definitely be back as this will be our go-to first stop next time!

Very private studio and garden/pool. Quiet area out of town, but only a five minute drive. Good welcome pack on arrival.

Tropic & Chic exceeded our expectations. We loved the bedroom, the kitchen was so well equipped, and the outdoor space and pool was absolutely idyllic. Muriel is a wonderful host who is kind and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 💙

Gorgeous house, lovely garden and a decent sized (warm) pool. Quiet and calm location. The host was super nice and she left us small amenities in the room for our (late) check in.

We have travelled a lot but this villa exceeded our exceptations. Not due to its size (because its quite small for villa though excellently designed) but how well kept, modern and convenient it was. And there is 2 toilets! First of all everything is new, clean and very modern. Villa gate, window sliders, outdoor sealing all are electrical. You have alarm system for the house and pool. Airconditionings are situated so that the cold air wont come directly on you when sleeping and they are working quietly. In the kitchen all amenities are new and you have literally everything you can imagine. There is washing maschine and a dishwasher with cleaning liquids. We specially liked the greeting on arrival. We had full meal, prosecco, fruits and gifts for children arranged. It was very welcoming after long flights. Also nice to have music speaker that was awesome, gate camera and bathrobes. You definately need to have a rental car, because city center and beach of Sainte Anne is about 5 minutes drive and its not good path for walking. Muriel, the host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definately reccommend it.

Some mosquitos in the evenings. So you need to keep doors closed after sunset.
