Clean property

1. £250 damage deposit was detected from my account 1 day before arrival without informing me 2. Very bad customer services : The director Liz was very rude and not friendly at all , she disturbed us by sending long emails with rules and regulations every now and then and insisted that we should keep the property clean before leaving otherwise she will detect money from the damage deposit for any extra cleaning hour !!! 3. The 4 single beds were very small maybe the size of 75X190 cm and the mattresses were not comfortable at all 4. Kitchen: some glasses were broken and kept there , some plates were not cleaned well , pots were old, used with broken handles 5. Location is not recommended

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and cozy.

The convertible sofa-bed in the living room was very uncomfortable.

Liz was constantly in touch from the beginning of the booking till the end to make sure all was ok

We were charged £250 damage deposit despite there being no damage whatsoever to the property. Absolute disgrace. Neighbours were rude and aggressive. Would not recommend.

Easy checking in process, finding the keys and great communication with the host. We found coffee, cooking oil, a tin of soup and 2 eggs in the cupboard but we were unsure whether this was supposed to be breakfast for the 3 of us or left over from a previous guest. Providing coffee was great but it would have been even more helpful if dried creamer or a small carton of milk was also provided as we arrived late and did not have time to go to a supermarket for milk so could not make a cup of coffee. We were working at the hospital and it was walking distance so handy in that respect. Overall it was a lovely property, well appointed, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained. Free wifi useful.

Beautiful shower rooms but water was only luke warm and the heating wasn’t on when we arrived or in the early morning when we were getting up. November in Glasgow is cold! Tried to adjust the nest digital thermostat as instructed by the host but no written instructions how to actually do this so unfortunately we were cold. As we were only staying one night it didn’t make sense to disturb the host in the evening to ask about this but would recommend doing this early when you arrive as the host was otherwise very helpful. Thought it was a bit cheeky to ask us to strip the beds before leaving as we had already paid a fee for cleaning and were in a hurry to get to work in the morning. We did as instructed as it was under ‘house rules’. We would definitely use the property again for a group of adults as worked out more cost effective than the Travelodge.
