We were a group of 8 friends that stayed for 4 nights. This condo is marketed as a 4-bedroom 4 bath condo. Upon entering we discovered that it actually is NOT 4 bedrooms because the "bedroom" they are saying is the 4th bedroom is really not a bedroom at all. It doesn't have a closet and therefore it is NOT a bedroom. There was a dresser in that bunk bedroom but nowhere to hang any clothes. Also, we had to pay cleaning fee with VRBO but the condo was not clean. There was dust all in the vent in the laundry room and on the fan in the master bedroom and one other bedroom. The towels were very worn out and need to be replaced. We contacted the host to ask if they could come to the unit to fix the TV in one of the rooms and was told that maintenance would be there that night or first thing the next morning. But no one ever came. The bin to the ice maker had a hole in it and we had to put a pot under that shelf to catch the ice. After paying over $2600 to rent we thought this would be an exceptional unit. The location was exceptional, but the condo was not!

We loved this property but there were a couple things that needed to be addressed. When we tried to run the dishwasher before we left it wouldn't work. The sofa beds (2) were both broken and couldn't be used. The dishwasher had dishes in it from the previous stay and they were dirty so I'm guessing the washer was broken already. Coffee pot had old coffee in it when we checked in. The 2nd king size bed was broken. I just thought those few things needed to be addressed.

LOTS OF THICK BLACK MOLD around and on top of refrigerator and range hood. Mold in showers and faucet handles. Cockroaches! Carpet in bedroom dirty, old and falling apart. Front desk friendly. Great location. I rented a 3bdrm unit as well, not through vrbo, it was nice and what you would expect.

Reached out to management right away and stated that it would be taken care of next day, never got worked on. additionally, one sliding door was impossible to open, dryer took 3 rounds to dry, and many other things that needed updating in this condo. Location of course was perfect and the ocean is always wonderful to look at. This condo fit us all comfortably and we had an overall amazing time in Orange Beach.

We had everything we needed to suit our needs. Everything worked, all the equipment was there. Linens were very nice and plentiful. Elevators are slow and not so good shape, but we made that a running joke with the other renters, and the condo owner is not responsible for them, so can’t fault him. We loved the condo.

Kitchen/Living room is a nice size for a group. Bedding is very worn and in need of updating. Kitchen was poorly stocked, only about 3 spoons in utensil drawer. 4th bedroom is VERY small, with a Queen size bunkbed, best for children, not a great option for an adult couple.

The Penthouse is very nice, it definitly needs some painting and cleaning. The laundry room walls are extremely dusty not sure if its from a/c unit or dryer vent. Walls were patched but not painted in one of the bedrooms, master bathroom shower door is not sealed and water runs all over the floor when you shower besides hardware on shower and tub broken. The condo was only surface cleaned floors in master very dusty and paper trash under the bed. The condo is very open and great for entertaining. My main disappoint was we were not notified that on our check out day that we would be greeted at the door at 7am telling us we needed to get out because the are doing renovations on that floor and our property manager should have told us this when we booked. We were told if we left the floor we could not come back to get our stuff because the elevators would not let us back up. It was quite a challenge to gather all our stuff and get out within an hours time when our check out should have been 10am. Other than these few hicups our stay was great.

I understand they didn’t have enough time to repair so we said not a problem we will be ok. Then we get there and the unit was dirty!! The top bunk wasn’t even made so I’m sure the sheets were not clean. Every toilet had pee all over them. The floor was covered in sand and had not been mopped or swept. My grandsons feet were black within minutes of walking on the floor without shoes. The shower door in master bath wouldn’t shut correctly so kept leaking water onto floor. The great bathtub with jets in master didn’t work. Our toilet ran the entire time and had to be adjusted after every flush. The unit was very outdated and no good pots/pans/spatulas, etc. The final thing was the knife used in destruction was found under a bed in that room so they didn’t even clean after or they would have found it(there was a crawling infant in that room - dangerous)! We took pics and videos of the whole unit when we arrived for proof. This was expensive for a week and was definitely not worth it!!! Never again!

Property needs a good cleaning, also the hood vent has not been cleaned in a long long time it was black with grease slot of lights were out, the wifi was real bad.Didnot supply any supplies, one trash bag, a small soap for each bath and a small shampoo also. No light on the balcony. Just poor maintenance

The condo was filthy. I would not recommend this condo. It WAS NOT worth the amount of money we paid. I had to buy cleaning supplies. Not only that, I will never go through vrbo due to the up charge that vrbo charges. Guess you have to pay for John legend!
