We had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful home. I loved that it was all one level and we all had our private space. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and slide at the club house. We went to Disney twice and it was a short drive- 20-25 min. Ingrid was very responsive to any questions I had. We would stay at this property again!

The property was awesome clean and easy to check in with keyless entry.The beds were fantastic in all the rooms. We enjoyed the pool and deck area each day of our stay. My family enjoyed our first trip to Disney World.Ingrid was awesome she was easy to reach out to and responded in a timely manner. Thank you for use of your home.

We loved our trip in this beautiful home. We had a great time, everything was easy, the owner always answered expeditiously when we needed something. Overall 10/10, the only thing was that 3 of the TVs we couldn’t get to turn on.

Villa exceeded expectations. Roomy and well equiped.

The house is very spacious and well laid out for 7 family members including grandparents, parents and children. The pool and deck was very nice but you might want to ensure you have it heated. Access to a community centre with pool, slide and lazy river is a wonderful addition which we made much use We enjoyed our stay.

The house itself was laid out well and had everything we needed. However, the house was FILTY!!!! The queen bed frame was broken when we arrived and when the gentleman came to fix it, he moved the bed and the filth, toys, food, etc. underneath was disgusting! Sheets had hair on them, baseboards were black and I can't even believe the bathroom fans worked considering how caked with dirt they were.

Property was very nice! Owner was very responsive to any question I had. House is very roomy with a very open layout. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside to our stay (at no cause of the homeowner) was the extensive traffic backup to get in to the resort Would definitely stay at property again.

Stayed at this property with a group of friends/coworkers so that we could attend the 2023 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando. It was a great location to be near enough to the event, but away from all the hustle and bustle. The interior of the house is well laid out, so that no one was tripping over one another. Pool and hot tub were worth the extra paid for heating. We used it every day.

The home and property, so beautiful. Exactly like the photos. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would say that could maybe need is the pool I wish had been a little warmer and if you are a senior the pool and the hot tub are tricky to get into especially the hot tub. No hand rail. I fell in the first time the step is far down. Luckily my son caught me. Don’t take this as a negative we don’t. Just be careful and figure out a safe way to get into. I did. I would rent this property again loved it

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and she was very quick to respond and worked to fix the problem. House could use a fresh coat of paint to cover all the marks on the walls, doors and trim. The patio area is awesome. Ours kids loved having their own private pool for the week!

This vrbo was beautiful. We weren't sure we would like a single floor plan and not be able to seperate adults from kids. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this house is set up. Very spacious and the kids even had their own little wing. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils for us to have a couple cookouts. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Especially for the warm days and cool nights. Ingrid is very easy to communicate with and so is the property manager Monique. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here while we visited Walt Disney World. Maybe a 25 min drive to the parks, so convenient! We took a day off and just hung at the house, swam, and enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect place for our large group of 10. Highly recommended.

We brought our sons and families here for their Christmas gift. Beautiful home and fun was had by all.

The home and this community are both awesome. We visited over Christmas for Disney family vacation, and the weather made it possible for us to visit the community center and pool which is much nicer than I thought it would be. It included a restaurant/ bar and live music. The home was nice. We are a family of 7 and all of the amenities were just as described. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay again.

We have been to Florida many times and have stayed at many VRBOs. This house is one of our favorites!! It was the perfect set-up for multiple families/friends, especially if you have teenagers. The pool was great! We paid for heat and the whirlpool/spa heated up to a nice hot temp that felt great on the body after come long, busy couple nighst at Universal. We also liked that there were multiple bedrooms that had bathrooms. I had a difficult time finding this type of set-up in our price range, however this VRBO had exactly what we needed. Traffic was insane on I4, but we chalked that up to all the road construction and Disney traffic; we just adjusted the time we left and kept an eye on google maps. Property management was super responsive when I messaged. This house is definitely on the list for when we come down again next year!

Overall Impression: Very well appointed villa that was clean and had a fantastic layout for a large family. Solterra and the amenities were very good and the location was not bad at all. Owner was very nice and responsive. Pool area was great and the hot tub came in handy on a few cool evenings. Emailed Ingrid as the weather turned cold and the heat was one immediately and we were in the hot tub in a matter of 20 mins. Plenty of outdoor seeding and the verandah is large and spacious. Enjoyed having multiple living room and dining areas and the kitchen had anything you would want. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Trash was removed everyday and very few minor traffic problems coming in the subdivision through the guard shack. Look forward to staying here again!

The house was clean, with lots of room.for our family of 9. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We were about 30/ 40 minutes from the parks, Florida traffic is a bit crazy. We would definitely stay here again . Our owner was great and always was available to answer questions.

The property is old and tired, no information given on any appliances, tvs and other items.. Said other guests had removed!! No remote to one bedroom , manager said she had left all remotes !!! Could not use The barbeque.it was left unclean with no gas, we were told we had to replace gas if we used it !! Requested access to safe, no instructions left. Manager gave key, but later sent demand for 500$ if lost, for a safe that cost 220$!! List of faults given to manager, including lights not working. doors need adjusting Air Con and water heating not working correctly for first two days. Manager said owner turns air con down when previous guests leave. She later denied this, Only one light working in three bedrooms, blaming previous guests. Door handle broken, falls off when used. She said she fixed but it fell off when she left. Telephone would not work. Security Alarm had fault on arrival, owner then reset, said we would have to pay Sherrif 70$ if alarm activated, It took 7 days to have bedside light fixed, again blaming previous guests. No centre lights working to bedrooms, manager said her husband would fix, said he called, no card left or no phone. No repair Mains water was turned off by Solterra management, due to leak, no contact from owner or manager.No toilets working Had to walk to Solterra Offices to use telephone to report to manager no water. Owner then said she had reported !!!. Still no telephone, owner said it was to be fixed on day of us leaving Lanai was damaged by storms, children not able to use pool because of bugs, owner said she would fix, but not fixed while we were there. . she also said door handle was ordered, but was not broken before our arrival. I e mailed owner and said standard handle could be bought at Wall Mart. Air con was constantly turned down by owner, saying we had left doors open, door would not close due to broken handle and door requiring adjusting. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE !!

Our family loved the space at this property. The pool/hot tub and patio area were very nice! We had plenty of room for everyone (all 12 of us). The host was always available when we needed her. The kitchen had everything we needed. The main complaint we had was it needs a refresh of paint! It made a nice place look very unclean. Most of the family complained that the beds/pillows were not very comfortable, but it was manageable for a week. Overall review a 4 because cleanliness is huge to me.

We had a great time, the house was located only 4 exits from Disney. The only downside the pool closed early due to thunder/lightning the day we scheduled to relax.

Gorgeous home! Homeowner was amazing and communication was absolutely top notch! It’s a little hard to get into the property (gate system and tons of traffic make this a challenge but it’s not anything that can be controlled) our family had a great time here.

We enjoyed the house as we were a large group, and each family unit had their own space! Enjoyed the pool, although a bit cold, and we were not made aware that maintenance was coming on our first morning to treat the pool (requiring us to wait a few hours before use). Found bandaid floating in pool. We were given a heads up that a dryer maintenance person was coming "this week" (although dryer worked fine, which was good), and he showed up Friday at 530pm (we were leaving early Saturday morning). Furniture was not kid-friendly, so had to move items to 'kid-proof' a bit (sharp corners of glass coffee table), but that was fine. Beautiful house, decor, appliances. Ingrid was nice, her communication is a bit confusing/choppy at times due to a language barrier, but was responsive. We were happy we could do a 6 night stay!

This house is really beautiful and spacious, with everything you need. Except for some of the basics. We came with a family of 7 for a long holiday with a lot of meals and home cooking. The first thing I noticed was the complete lack of shelves on the refrigerator door. Literally every shelf was gone, so I had very little room to store my food. The next thing I realized was that the oven got hot, but did not work properly so my food never actually cooked and the inside was frozen. Ingrid was very responsive and her management company fixed them within a few days. It was rough until then. The house really is a wonderful place to vacation, with lots of room everywhere, TVs in all the rooms, lots of counter space in the kitchen, big beds, huge bathrooms, a game room, a nice sized pool with lots of pool toys, a nice hot tub that really got hot, lots of privacy for a big family. My major issue is that when we left, we got hit with an extra cleaning fee of $75, even though we worked really hard to clean up and take out all garbage, picking up every cup and piece of paper on the floor. The management company said we left dirty wrappers and debris and cups and garbage. However, when I asked Ingrid for pictures to show proof of this, they could not provide proper proof. They insisted they spent 3 extra hours cleaning, which is literally impossible. Included in our price was a cleaning fee of $199, which should have covered basic mopping and cleaning. At the end of the day, a rating of 4 stars (due to the refrigerator and oven issues) now became 2 stars. What a shame.

Our family traveled to Orlando with another family to visit Sea World and Legoland. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and the kids had space to play away from adults. The house pool and hot tub were clean and made for a lot of fun. Ingrid was very quick to answer questions. While the neighborhood clubhouse and pool looked amazing online, we never made it there since we spent our days at the parks and the we returned home after the pool's closing time. We would definitely come back and spend more time.
