This place is amazing! There are not many condos that have hardwood floors, built in cabinets, and you can golf out both the front and back windows. It is literally in the middle of the golf course. Driving in and out of this great location will make you a little nervous but added to our golfing adventure. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. We will be returning to this hidden gem.

This condo is well appointed and very nice. Host left many extras, and many conveniences that made our stay special. Clean, in great condition, on the Pinehurst fairways, plenty of storage space and upgrades. Host was very responsive and helpful. Five Stars!

We were in Pinehurst for a golf tournament. The condo was the perfect size and location for my wife and I. The owner made it simple to find the condo, recommended local restaurants and made us feel at home during the entire stay.

Condo is less than 5 minute drive to Pinehurst clubhouse and the Village.

Vinh has a very nice one bedroom condo in Golf Terrace, a great location to visit Pinehurst for golf or other reasons. He was excellent to communicate with. I have been coming to Pinehurst for 30 years to golf or visit parents and glad I found Golf Terrace recently.

Property was as listed and the owner was fabulous related to communication prior to entry a couple of weeks ahead of arrival and responded quickly to a request to enter the property early on arrival date. I was granted access and the property was wonderful! Exactly what I needed for a rest at night after a long day out.

The villa is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views of the golf course outside are stunning. It is fully furnished with anything you might need for your stay. The owner is wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend this villa!

We stayed 6 nights and it was just a short drive to West End where we visited family. The manager Vinh was so gracious and helpful. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. My husband loved the location between Pinhurst #3 & #5 and a short walk to # 2. We will definitely come back.

Nice little condo
Location is great, walking distance to golf club, Pinehurst Village and Pinehurst Brewery. This condo has no outdoor space/no deck. Condo is nicely kept, bathroom grout and shower curtain could use additional cleaning. This condo was a great value and The owner was great to deal with. Would recommend a stay here. Note the laundry facilities in the condo are not great, the owner recommends using laundry facilities in the laundry building of the complex.

Clean, comfortable condo. Great location - close to Pinehurst Resort and Country Club. Beautiful golf course view. Excellent communication with owner Vinh - he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.

Property owner and his property are absolutely awesome.! The condo was super clean with up to date furnishings and is located right in the heart of the Pinehurst! Perfect for a Pinehurst getaway.
