The house very clean, had lots of kitchen essentials! The coffee bar was a really nice touch. The dock just wonderful! Having a crib and high chair for the 8 month old was a bonus! It was nice to not worry about dragging them along! Thanks for everything!

Great location! House was exactly as described, a nice quiet street plenty of parking and outdoor seating-decks along with a nice dock to dock our pontoon and jet skis. Enjoyed a fire each night in the firepit by the waters edge.Hated to leave, looking forward to our next stay!

I booked this house because of the location and views for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. The location and views did not disappoint-- we were able to have a camp fire on the lake shore, kayak on the quiet lake, and there is no shortage of wineries to visit. This house is the perfect getaway!

Our stay at Whispering Pines was nothing short of wonderful! We booked our stay for January. We relaxed by the fire, walked along the lake, and grilled out in the snow. Whispering Pines was clean and comfortable. Owners very pleasant. We will be back!

A stay at Whispering Waters with our adult children was an absolutely wonderful week of time off. The property had everything you could think of from the view, the accommodations, the amenities and location! Truly a gem of the finger lakes region and we can’t wait for a return visit! Hosts Trace and Colleen were more than welcoming and kept every detail in mind to make our stay comfortable and complete! We had a great week at Whispering Waters. It is close to the college and PennYan. We had fun exploring both. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you need. Recent updates to the outdoor areas are a plus. We are booked for next year

This was the fifth consecutive year that my family has stayed at this property, and I've given it a five star rating every year. It's in a great location, very well kept up and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The outdoor furnishings at the house and waterside were significantly upgraded this year, making the property even more enjoyable. My family loves Whispering Waters and we look forward to staying again next year.

This was the absolute perfect lake house for our family vacation. Complete with a dock, kayaks, a fire pit and lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, it had anything we could ever need or want. The location was also ideal; it’s close to adjacent towns and also nestled into a private road for walking/biking etc. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Once again, Whispering Waters provides the ideal venue for our vacation. Up-grades - including lovely Adirondack chairs by the lake and all new out-door furniture were a delightful surprise. As always, the house and outdoor areas were in immaculate, tidy order.

We had a great stay at the house. Beautiful decks and beach/dock for hanging out by the lake. The street is very quiet with little traffic. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house is so clean and nicely taken care of. You can tell the owners value their home. The house has everything you need for a vacation – all of the amenities are wonderful. The beach is just across the street, the fire pit is great, and the view from the upper porch is perfect. There’s a big yard for kids to play in and plenty of space for a family. This is a great house.

Great family stay! Excellent property, in a great location. The house was very clean and well maintained. You really do not need to bring anything for cooking supplies, they have it all. The owners were great with answering last minute questions quickly. The water access has a private dock and small rock beach with a fire pit that was very nice for nightly fires and drinking morning coffee. The area was quiet, and safe for family walks up near the Keuka campus. We would happily stay there again.

This property is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in!!! Located steps away from Keuka college it’s a great location for walks, trips into town or a morning at the roped off beach in front of the chapel. The dock is suitable for most boats and big enough to hang out on. Although furnishings are a bit dated, the kitchen is well equipped, fresh new like towels are supplied and many other small details for the guest’s comfort. The host is communicative and easy to deal with. We have already booked for next year.

Another wonderful week at Whispering Waters! This was the fourth year that my family has stayed at this property and it remains perfect for our needs. The house is extremely comfortable and in a great location on a quiet street with easy access to the lake. Improvements are made every year and the owners are very friendly and responsive. Trace, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My daughter ( a new driver) backed into the front lamp post, knocking it over. After a phone call was made to Trace he reassured us and we made a plan to replace it. He made sure our vacation wasn’t ruined! I would recommend this property and the wonderful owners!

Whispering Waters had every amenity to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. All the adults like to cook, and there was no shortage of pots, pans and utensils for even the most demanding chef! The rooms are all comfortable and furnished beautifully.
The street between the house and the water’s edge is little traveled and very safe. Of course, the most important part is the lake itself. There is easy access to the water, and according to my husband and our son, the fishing is great!
Thanks to our hosts for being so thoughtful and detail oriented.

BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING
We stayed at this residence to travel and drink wine and it was the perfect location. Close enough to what you need but far enough away to get peace and quiet. Mornings on the deck are beautiful and the living area is perfect for games and conversation.
