It's so close to the gondola, which meant quick, easy access to the best of Breckenridge. We could walk the trails, visit the top of the mountain in the Gondola, or go mountain biking right from the top of the lodge. I highly recommend this location to be able to do any adventure. This property is a perfect retreat, regardless of the season. It's more than just a house; it's an experience. And it's one we can't recommend enough. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

It’s our 3rd year staying at this property and it was a great stay again. Unfortunately the price keeps goin up and we may be priced out of staying next year. But I can’t complain at all about the house. It’s perfect for our group. Only disappointment is that we may not be able to afford it anymore.

The location was very convenient to everything in the town, and it was just a short 5 minute walk to a free gondola ride. The only negative was that the owners apparently had scheduled a roof replacement to start after our stay, however the contractor brought the materials out during our stay. The property management company had not been advised of this, however they handled it exceptionally. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our three children, their spouses, and all four of our grandchildren. Was a great location and an amazing house for the week. Highly recommend both the Hatari Lodge and Pinnacle Lodging.

Also, walking distance to downtown-about 20 mins walk, but a nice walk. Home was large, open, quiet, had everything you need in the kitchen, and a fabulous outdoor area! Property mgmt pleasant and check in was contactless. I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re looking for convenience and high end property. Absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again without question!

We loved the theater room and the hot tub. Location is great—private trails accessible from the backyard that to public hiking trails, as well as walking distance to the gondola. We even walked to Main Street a few times. We originally booked the property before COVID, and the management company went out of their way to accommodate our multiple rescheduling attempts. They were responsive and flexible over the year+ we had to keep rebooking. My only (minor) complaint would be that we would have appreciated a few more pantry items available, like olive oil.

She laid down for what we thought was a rest. Turns out, she was giving birth. We saw baby's first steps! It was incredible. Service was amazing. The game room was fantastic for our teenagers -- we had great ping pong tournaments and movie nights. We cooked dinner every night and there were plenty of pans and dishes to use for that. The only complaint is that there was no tupperware to be used for leftover food storage. That would have been helpful. Also, be careful walking in the garage and on the driveway in ski boots. We had a couple spills on our way to the gondola.

Hitari Lodge in the Shock Hill community at Peak 7-8 is an awesome, incredible MEGA home. We were a party of 11 adults on out annual BIG mountain ski trip. We had very little hot water the week that we stayed. Property management was good about checking on it a couple times but couldn’t do anything to fix it because of the type of hot water system (broilers) and the owner had a service contract with a particular company that couldn’t get there to fix it for a week. Also had electrical issues which was resolved after 2-3 days by management.

We had a great experience. Spacious home with super easy access to the slopes (4min walk to gondola that takes you right to where you want to be!). Everything was comfortable, clean and in working order. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for our annual couples vacation! Because the house was so great we ended up spending most of our time there cooking, eating, drinking, playing games and socializing. Perfectly suited for large family or group. Close to town . Bedrooms spread out so everyone has their private space but plenty of room for hanging out together.

House felt like home beds great

We live in Kentucky and generally visit the Appalachian/blue ridge mountains since they’re so close. However we have wanted to visit the Rockies for a long time. We decided to go this year with our two daughters and our friends and their two sons. We got into Breckinridge earlier than expected and by the time we reached the house we were able to get in, which was about 2-3 hours early than the normal check in, so we were extremely grateful to be able to go ahead and get in. The property did not disappoint. Everything looks as it does in the pictures. The entire neighborhood is beautiful and upscale. It had ample common space where we could all gather and talk or play games. All 8 of us used the movie room several nights. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Huge kitchen with plenty of nice appliances. Two separate laundry rooms was nice. Excellent water pressure and never ran out of hot water. Most places make you do a lot at the end of the trip (strip beds, take out trash, load laundry, etc.) but this was a very stress free check out. The property mgmt company was extremely responsive. We had a door that wouldn’t lock and they immediately came out to fix it. Got locked out one day and they responded to texts within minutes to get us another key. All around this property and the people that manage it are first class. The ridiculous views and cool town of Breckinridge helped with the whole experience as well!!

We planned a family trip to Breckenridge with family, all 10 of us. This home was a place we shared so many meaningful moments creating life giving memories that will last a lifetime. Exceptional home which accommodated us all very comfortably and superb management! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our trip a special one!

Our stay at the Hatari lodge was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. The location in Breckenridge was very close to downtown for convenient access to the shops and restaurants. The property was stunning inside and out. All the living spaces were comfortable and pleasant. We had a bit of difficulty understanding how to operate the bathroom water fixtures and the TV/Stereo system. Overall, it was a very luxurious and pleasant place to stay.

We had a flawless ski vacation at this amazing property which is super convenient to Peaks 7 and 8 with the gondola. The house is huge, beds are very comfortable, high end furniture, kitchen is well-stocked. Property management is very responsive and friendly. We are hoping to come back very soon!

The property was everything we had hoped it would be. Enough room for all of us to have some privacy but also enjoy each others company. The kids loved the theater/game room and large hot tub. The view from the house was amazing! It was a short walk to the gondola which took us downtown or up to the ski resort. We had the best family vacation and will absolutely be coming back!

Our stay at this house was fantastic. There were seven adults in our group, and we had plenty of room. The house is amazing, and as the property description says, It's Huge. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils and dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The theater/game room was very big with 8 recliners for watching a movie, although we did not take advantage of that. We did make use of the hot-tub and fire pit on the patio, and really enjoyed them. It was also nice having garage parking for our two cars. We were there after Labor Day, so the Gondola wasn't running, but it would have been very convenient, with a short walk to get there. In summary, I would say there is nothing that disappointed me about this house. Everything was just as advertised. I highly recommend this location.
