Well equipped home in a great location on a canal in Ocean Pines.

This was our second time renting from Sue. She's great and responded to all communications right away. It is a nice property on the canal. Biking, canal access, and the firepit gave us some nice social distancing options to keep our teenagers entertained.

Our property manager was amazing! Everything is just like the pictures! She was so accommodating even giving us places to check out since we have never been there before! We definitely had a great time! Next time we go back we will definitely see if this house is available!

We so enjoyed our trip to Ocean Pines and found this house to be the perfect venue for us - two adults and two 11-year olds. We enjoyed the canoe, paddle boat, (kayaks - which we rented and had delivered to the house and picked up) and fishing gear. The back deck - with a view down the canal - is a wonderful spot for eating dinner and reading. The house is a little run down on the outside, but the renovated inside is all that mattered to us. A well-supplied kitchen, comfortable living room and big screen tv for watching movies and three comfortable bedrooms. The proximity to Ocean City (for nighttime mini golf outings) and the included parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club in Ocean city were both great benefits. We hope to visit again soon!

Great house for a family vacation. My younger kids and teens all enjoyed having the dock right in the back yard and the fire pit. Great location close enough to the beach and anything else you want but far enough away you get to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were fantastic. We’d love to go back!

We had a great week. Sue was excellent with communication to help me plan what to bring and what was already here. Very quiet neighborhood :)

We enjoyed our recent stay at this house, and although not fancy (the exterior looks a bit rough), it definitely has everything you need. My husband and I, our 2 tween children and mother in law stayed. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the bathrooms were updated nicely. The view was great and enjoyed it while sitting in the sunroom each morning with coffee. The beach parking pass was very much appreciated and made treks to the beach easy. The provided bikes and pedal boat was a nice bonus for my kids. (we never used the canoe that was also there). Take out from the Ocean Pines Yacht Club was excellent and would recommend and there was no shortage of other restaurants to choose from. Our stay was during COVID times. I would stay here again and would recommend for anyone wanting to rent in Ocean Pines. A couple of suggestions: Provide bath mats for both showers. My 83 year old MIL almost slipped getting out one morning. Add additional towel hooks in the bedrooms/bathroom. With 3 people sharing the hall bath, there wasn't space to hang bath towels or pool/beach towels. Same for hand towels.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have never been to ocean pines. At the house, we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view, canoeing down the canal, close proximity to several pool options (with fee). There are bikes at the house and we biked to a Saturday market ( Amish friendship lemon bread is yummy). The swim and racquet club has tennis courts and basketball hoops. The yacht club has good food at a reasonable price. We used the parking pass for the beach at 49th street which was convenient. We ended up going to assateague for the beach. Kayaking at assateague was really beautiful. Highly recommend. It was a 20 to 30 min drive to the beaches but we didn’t mind.. There is also a fire pit which we didn’t get around to using. Ocean pines is a quiet area with trees and canals. It was nice to be in this environment after a day at the beach. Make sure you bring everything you need (toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the house. We ended up making several trips to Walgreens or the market as we needed things. Definitely look forward to returning.

Property was lovely, clean and as described. Waterfront access and water equipment was much enjoyed. Very convenient to Ocean City and other area attractions. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing vacation! We loved this comfortable house, beautiful view, beach club and a lot of things to do super close by! We hope to return next year.

We had an amazing time. We have a blended family and it was our first time going on vacation in 3 years. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and even some fun...fire pit, canoe, fishing supplies(although we had our own), bikes, etc. The location was perfect...quiet, peaceful, stores and beach all within 20 minutes. All and all we had a blast and can’t wait to go back. The owners of the home were easy to get in contact with. I could go on and on....it was a great, relaxing, fun vacation.

What a great week we had. Nice to have the boat docked right outside your backdoor, everything was really close to go see. Ocean city boardwalk, Assateague Island were less than 20 min away. Very quiet community I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet time away.

We had a great vacation here in Ocean Pines. This house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 5 people. We used the beach pass twice and loved it. Enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and a near by pool. Beautiful canal view every night. Great mid week farmers market. Excellent location. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Sue 😊

We had a lovely stay in Ocean Pines and Sue is fantastic to work with. Only issue we had was that the ice maker in fridge was frozen solid but we got it unfrozen after some very funny escapades with ice flying and water escaping everywhere. Location is great and depth in canal is just fine for an I/O 18 foot speed boat. Plenty of room for guests and the home has everything needed for cooking meals. We didn't use the parking pass for 49th street but that is a huge luxury for OCMD. Boat ride over to Fish Tales and down to the east end of Assateague was a breeze from this location. All and all a very nice vacation in a comfortable home. Thanks, Sue!

My family had a great time at this unique house on the canal. This easy to access property was just what we needed. I loved that there was a canoe, paddle boat, fishing, bikes, corn hole and other great outdoor activities. There is ample parking and all the necessary appliances and facilities. We enjoyed crabs on the deck and fishing from the pier. So much to do here, you don't even have to go far for a full day of fun. I rated it four stars as a few things caught us by surprise: Bring indoor activities like, books, puzzles, movies. The only indoor activity is an XBox360. There are no bedroom closets, so space for hanging clothes is very limited. The dryer takes several cycles to dry clothes. We were also caught off guard when the yard man came to do the lawn at 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon - as we were preparing for guests. Other than those few hiccups, which we overcame easily, our trip was amazing. Thank you Sue for making your treasure available to rent.

Love Ocean Pines! I got to go kayaking out of the backyard twice, love having a waterfront house! We had plenty of space. Would rent here again! ❤

Always a great stay! Owner is great and responds quickly! So much to do at this home.. my kids love to hang by the water and enjoy catching crabs and anything else that swims into the traps! Between canoeing bike riding and everything else there really is so much to do just hanging at the house. Such a short trip to the beach also! My family enjoys going to ocean city and Assateague Island and its so close to both We will be back again for a 3rd time!

Convenient to the beach, much less expensive than places in Ocean City. The house has a great view of the canal. It worked great for 3 adults and 2 Teens. Clean house with plenty of room and furniture. Quiet neighborhood.
