This property was amazing! Great location, super clean, well stocked, and so much space! I forgot some hygiene items but everything I needed was at the condo. This place is huge for a condo and it was super clean. Easy communication with the owners. And you cannot beat the price. I would stay here again.

This condo was exceptional in every way. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. The pool was fantastic and the beach was really close. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves at night. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best condo's we have rented. The place has everything you could need. My daughters had a lot of fun at the beach. We'd like to go back in a year. Maybe for a month! The owners are so nice and very helpful. Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories .

This property is incredibly LARGE. Especially for the average condo/apartments in the area. It has three bedrooms with a very large master bedroom and bathroom. It has an adjoining bathroom between the two other bedrooms. There is also a guest lavatory near the front Dining/Great Room and Formal Living Room area. Very spacious and lovely property! You'll feel pampered!!!

Amazing condo- has everything you need for the beach to cooking in the kitchen! Beds are very comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. LOVED how close we were to the beach - felt like it was right in our back yard- very comfortable with my teenagers walking the one minute walk to beach. The neighbors had a hard time with our large family of 9 but the owners were so great with communicating with us it made it easier to work with. Thank you for an amazing family vacation we are so appreciative to let us stay in your beautiful condo!

We had an amazing week long stay at Debra and Alex’s home. Everything you could need is provided from kitchen essentials to beach accessories. Beautiful furniture and more space than you can imagine. The beach is a very short walk from the condo with no major street to cross. The pool was delightful especially when the sun warmed it nicely. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

5 of our immediate family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving and to spend some time together. The property was awesome, large with plenty of areas to sit and visit. Hands down the best equipped kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in “on the road”. Very short walk to the beach. The property is very secure. Debra was a great host! Check in and was easy. Will definitely be back when we want to get the family back together in Florida.

This was a great place to stay, centrally located to all Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral attractions. Debra & Alex were gracious hosts and very responsive. Their home was impeccably decorated and equipped with top quality appliances as well as all of the toys and towels for the beach and pool. The premises are extremely secure and safe lending it perfectly for family fun. It was so nice not to have to provide the basics that we would in many other properties (linens, soap, cleaning supplies, paper products, cooking ingredients). Thanks again!

Exceptional condo! This truly is not your average rental property. From start to finish, we had an awesome experience. Owners Debra and Eric were great to work with as well as their local friend Stacey. The condo itself is really amazing. Very large, very nicely furnished. Great appliances. My sons both say we now need to get an LG frig for our house. We spent considerable time out on the covered balcony with the ocean view....so nice. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. That section of the beach was not at all crowed even near the 4th of July week. There were PLENTY of beach toys, chairs, etc. in the condo to use and even a wagon which was definitely handy! We were in the pool a couple of times which was also very nice. While in Cape Canaveral, we visited Kennedy Space Center, several restaurants at Port Canaveral (shark kabobs at Grills were awesome!), the Sand Bar and even rode Segways into Jetty Park. We had wanted to go parasailing out of Port Canaveral but it was too windy the three days we attempted to go. Otherwise, we seriously could not have asked for a better time in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area and certainly could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks so much!!

This is our fifth year staying in Debra and Alex's beautiful home. We will be back next year and for as many years as were a able. The view from the condo is awesome. The sunrises are breathtaking. The kitchen, bathrooms and the entire unit are well stocked with item you use very day: spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, board games, soap, shampoo, etc. The entire condo complex is very secure and safe. We are a couple, but this is the place to stay if you have a family. Debra and Alex a great people. Their on side caretaker Stacy is the best!

My wife and I spent March in the condo in Cape Canaveral. The accommodations are great. The Condo is very large where at times we could not find each other. (A good thing) The furnishings are unique, the kitchen has everything you would need and the view is good of the ocean. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. There local representative is a wonderful person to work with. We have booked for next March and are already wanting to return.

This is more of a home than a house. It’s fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. plus plenty of quality items in the bathroom and kitchen. It’s decorated in an Asian motif-with beautiful pieces throughout the home. It’s immaculately clean and is very secure. It did cost a little bit more than other places we stayed-but it was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We’ll be back again, you won’t be disappointed if you book here!

We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. The beach wasn't crowded and it was nice that you allowed us to use your beach umbrella, chairs and towels. The condo was very spacious and clean.

My family spent an amazing month at this awesome condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It's much larger than it appears. There was plenty of room for our family of six. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Debra and Alex had all the details covered. We appreciated all the beach toys, games and fully equipped kitchen. This place has everything you could ask for. We really enjoyed the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. When other condo owners were there, they were super friendly. You could tell they took pride in keeping the whole complex clean and well maintained. We were lucky enough to see two rocket launches during our stay. One right before sunrise that we watched from the beach. The other we watched right from the balcony in the middle of the night. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If we ever return to Cocoa Beach, this will be the first place we try to stay.

Our family had an amazing stay. Every thing we needed for our week of beautiful weather and beach fun was in the condo! Nice, clean and comfortable for all of us!! We can’t wait to stay again.

Love this condo and cocoa beach. Debra is so easy to work with. 2nd time to stay here and will return! The layout is fantastic, so much room to relax and enjoy the beach. Close to Publix, Pier and all that Cocoa Beach offers, but private and quiet as can be. Love love love it!!

This is a wonderful condo. Right on the beach, great pool, extremely well furnished and equipped. The building is quiet with only 11 condos and all are owner occupied except this one. Very nice people for neighbors. Inside there are two beautifully furnished large living areas, a well equipped kitchen, a formal dining area that easily accommodates 8, as well as a nice kitchen eating area. The Master bedroom and bath are most gracious and large. The second full bath (shared by the other two bedrooms) is also large and nicely set up. .The owners supply beach towels, chairs, coolers etc. There is even a surf board. The owners are also the nicest people and very helpful in all ways. I know that you will love your stay here. We have rented here for three years and already booked for next year.!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at this gorgeous condo in such a great location! It was large enough to accommodate our extended family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, multiple eating areas, pull-out sofa and so much more. We so appreciate that Debra and Alex have shared their lovely home with us! They extended the use of all their beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the use of the outdoor grill. Debra and Alex made it easy to get into their home at the odd time of night we arrived and were immediately available for any questions that popped up. The condo was so secure and beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely want to rent it again. It was so close to the beach. Enjoyed the telescope and watching the cruise ships on the ocean. It was a little chilly so we didn’t get to use the pool. The condo was very roomy for the 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfy too. Lots of room to enjoy each other or separate into individual spaces for some alone time. Stocked with books and tons of things for the beach. Awesome place to stay!!!

We rented this condo last month and I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. Each of our three adult children and their families joined us for a week, and this unit is perfect for family gatherings as the condo is almost 3,000 square feet. The owners were great to work with and their friend Stacey did a great job checking us in. The condo has great ocean views from the living room and the huge balcony. There is secure garage parking for two cars, along with an elevator that opens to your own private foyer. The condo is extremely well equipped and stocked with cooking basics like seasonings, cooking oil, etc. We enjoyed three space launches that we could view comfortably from the balcony. Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier are all close by. We hope to rent this unit again!

I can not even begin to describe how wonderful this condo is. The pictures really do not do it justice. We travelled with 5 adults and 3 children 3, 9 and 10 and had more than enough room that we were not on top of each other all the time. The ocean view is absolutely gorgous and the balcony is great with a large table and 2 recliner chairs. We were able to eat meals easily on the balcony which was wonderful. The bedrooms and closet space is spacious. The owners were wonderful and responsive during booking and throughout our stay and Stacey was wonderful and always responded quickly, although there were not really any issues that needed addressed. The units are very secure which is a plus and quiet. The beach was also quiet which is something we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this condo. I have stayed in much more expensive places that do not even compare to this condo in every way.

This condo is just perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is accommodated for all kinds of cooking. The beach is only a minute away and there is a wonderful ocean view from the balcony which is also nicely furnished with a high table that accommodates 8 and two most delightful recliner lounge chairs. The pool is also very nice, clean and set up with comfortable lounge chairs and even a very nice bathroom,. The two and a half baths are very nicely appointed and the shower in the master bath (which also has a large tub) is a wonderful experience. You will also find the owners the best. They are helpful with everything. This is also a relatively small condo building with only 10 condos and the neighbors are very friendly as well as quiet and respectful. You will not find a better place for a vacation! We have stayed there twice now and have already booked for 2017.

We are from New Jersey and just returned from our great vacation at this beautiful condo. Debra and Alex were very accommodating and informative. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted from small appliances to beach equipment. We found it very relaxing (especially with the view of the ocean with the cruise ships going by). Our dog loved it too ..... he was always on the deck sleeping. The location is ideal ..... it is 15 minutes from Cape Canaveral (we did go on a 3 day cruise while we were there); an hour from Disney and very close to Old Cocoa (we went there several times). We would highly recommended it to anyone who wants to vacation in a beautiful condo. All the people who live in the building were very friendly and helpful. My grandchildren (ages 10 and 12) from Vermont came for a few days and also loved the condo. I would be careful with children under the age of 8 ...... they have some antiques and priceless decorations.

We're from Minnesota and we vacation in Florida once or twice a year, and we definitely plan on renting this condo again. We've stayed up and down the gulf coast and Atlantic coast over the last 20 years and this is one of the best all-around places we've rented - by far the most convenient and practical. We tend to stay in the med-high priced rentals with ocean views that are on, or very near, the beach. I chose this location because it was just the right walking distance to the Pier. Most days we had coffee and then walked to the pier for breakfast. . We invited another couple to join us for 4 days and they said it was the nicest place they had ever stayed. Some things that stand out: >Spacious kitchen, very well equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils. Best we've ever seen by far. >Icemaker fridge with filtered water - cuts down on bottled water >Lots of space >Patio is exceptional, the most usable we've ever had - felt like part of the living room.. >Huge windows, lots of light, amazing views >Well lit enclosed parking, 2 assigned spaces, about 15 steps from the elevator. >Full-size front-load washer and dryer >Very nice extra bedrooms for guests >The beach was perfect, not crowded, not deserted. >No need to buy chairs or beach stuff. There were 2 boogie boards that I had tried for the first time and it was amazing. The water was really cold when we first went in but it was very comfortable after a minute or two. Things I would change(?) We'd prefer a king bed in the master. Rinsing our feet was a hassle because you have to go into a locked pool area for the foot-wash. The building should install something along the walkway to the beach.
