We Enjoyed our stay, the location is central to many towns, the area is quiet. Not many kids on the property which we enjoyed.

Great location right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature. Check in was easy and no problems through our stay. The condo is a bit dated but we were there to enjoy the beach, not the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was available. A washer and dryer were right downstairs (bring your quarters - $1.00 to wash and $0.75 to dry if I recall correctly. I had to raid my kids wallet for change haha). Super quick walk to the water, and we enjoyed having the pool option as well. We were able to walk a few blocks for ice cream which made my son quite happy.

This was a great place to stay with a pool and hot tub and super close to beach!! We had a nice relaxing time and great communication with owner and property manager.

Loved being right on the beach and the pool area and hot tub so close by. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Property was in a great location short walks to just about everything Excellent private very close beach access Excellent pool and hot tub It could have used some updated items such as real beach chairs and a quality umbrella also some better pots and pans for the kitchen as we did not plan on eating out only a couple times

Have stayed at this property every year since 2006. The condo was perfect for my husband and my self. Well equiped and extremely comfortable. I would stay in this unit again.

This location was perfect. So many great restaurants all within walking distance.(Guppy’s, Keegan’s, TJs ) The beach access was perfect and the pool and hot tub were also perfect. The bus was so convenient to ride to Clearwater or St Pete, or anywhere in between. The unit was very spacious for our family and was exactly as described. Loved the balcony. The red tide was a little difficult on some days, but did not discourage us to much. Would definitely would stay here again!!! We had a fantastic week in paradise

I stayed for five nights with four friends and it was great! The place was very clean and Julie responded promptly to messages. Right near the beach and several nice restaurants!

This was our first visit to this area, and we thought it was great! This part of the community was especially appealing, because it was fairly quiet. The apartment was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful, and the pool was a perfect temperature. I'd highly recommend it!

We had an absolute great experience with this property. It was a fantastic location. The condo met all of our needs and was well kept. The beach and pool are right though a short path from the stairs to the condo. The pool was in great shape and clean. We enjoyed being able to grill on the pool deck. The pool deck had a ton of chairs that were in great shape wrapped around the entire deck for great sun exposure. We were able to cook our meals easily in each night. We had almost everything we needed including pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. The owners were communicating if questions were asked. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and homeowners very helpful. The location is the best! Walk straight out to the beach with access to the pool and hottub. EXCELLENT!

This was a neat older condo with partial ocean view. There are newer units on site but this unit carries the older Florida vibes. We loved the spa and pool and there's easy private access to the beach. Parking is in front of the unit's garage with easy fit our two vehicles. There's a flight of stairs you may wish to know about as you bring your stuff and groceries upstairs. The location of this unit is idea! Easy walking distance to several eateries and short drive to other shopping or eateries. You are just steps from the private pool and beach access. Overall, the unit was super comfortable for our group of four. The place was spacious for the two bedrooms, the living room very inviting with beachy theme. It was clean and well stocked with basics. There's a laundry room on site for pay so bring some quarters. We fully took advantage of their coffee pot, kitchen stuff, full size refrigerator, beach chairs/stuff, and balcony throughout our stay. Communications with the host were quick. I appreciated their clear directions for the units security, Wi-Fi, and contacts in the check in email and again on the fridge. We loved the area and would book this again when in the area.

I would say renting the property was good . No hassle at all

The condo was a great spot and very convenient, just a short little walk right down to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, even basic condiments in the fridge! We traveled by plane from out of state so we were limited on items we could bring. We were surprised to see chairs for the beach as well as a cooler to use...nice little touch.

This little apartment was cute, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. And most amazing, it was a one minute walk to the beach! The beach was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We loved it and would stay here again.

We loved the pool area, the beach, and the spacious condo. The outside of the property was a bit outdated, but the condo itself was very nice, clean, welcoming.

Comfortable apartment to spend a few nice days on the beach. It has a full kitchen, towels and spacious rooms. To enter the beach are a few meters to walk. I recommend it!! we spent some unforgettable days in Indian Rocks, thank you Julie

Great Visit / great location

Conveniently located close to several restaurants---highly recommend Keegans, TJ's and Guppy's. The condo worked for our family of 4--the master bath has been recently updated and met our expectations. The 2nd bathroom could use a little love but worked fine for what little time we spent in the condo. Overall, we loved IRB; however, I would like to give a heads up to those that may have underlying health concerns to look up, "RED TIDE" and the devastation it has caused Florida. We noticed the first day that we got there that our eyes were itchy and we had a mild cough but did not think anything of it. Luckily, the next few days we beach-hopped to Sand key and to Honeymoon Island where we took the ferry to Caladesi (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). The last day we went back on the beach at the condo where there were dozens of dead fish, clams etc. A local came up to us and said, "Wow, this Red Tide is really bad". After learning more about it, we realized that's why we all were experiencing allergy like symptoms. My 5 year old son had just had bronchitis last month and it seemed to both him the most. Overall, we would stay again---just would have been nice to know about the concerns with Red Tide...I believe they said it's the worst from end of May through July/August.

This place was literally right on the beach. It had EVERYTHING we needed. Even condiments in the refrigerator. We will definitely be back.

Condo was perfect. Everything was so nice. Loved the balcony. The pool and hot tub. Prettiest beach I’ve ever been too. Absolutely loved every minute of it. Manager was so nice and everything is in walking distance. Friendly people anx not crowded like Clearwater!!!

The condo was not as clean as we expected. No screens for the patio door therefore not able to keep open. Could not walk out onto balcony due to many torn beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers along with kids toys just thrown about. Could not sit on balcony furniture due to flaking paint. Balcony door tracks were filthy. Kitchen poorly stocked with ants in kitchen cabinets which we reported to property contact,she said raid was available and someone would be out the 20th. Kitchen and living room light seemed to have a short in the switch as it would not always come on. Toilet in bathroom was corroded in back at bottom of tank and sink drains very slow. Could not use dvd player and no one seemed to know how to get it working. We were told to call cable company. No instructions left on how to operate tv and dvd. Outside light was reported as being burned out and was never fixed. Pictures were deceiving showing a view of ocean from our balcony. Due to Palm trees could not be seen. Very disappointed.

This property was very clean and close to the beach. The location is great and close to many restaurants you can walk to. The condo is older and with a family of 5 it was cozy fit. It's very budget friendly with a great location.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and looks nicer in person. Great spot by the beach and chairs provided. There were some leaks during the storm, but the property management was very nice and helpful. Nice place!
