This Horseshoe Bay condo was the perfect accommodation for our group!! Great lake access with beautiful views from the balconies. The owners were great to work with and offered great suggestions and advice about the area and activities available. I would happily stay here anytime!!!

Loved the east facing deck with no sun in the face. Jet Ski and boat slips were very convenient. Permanent neighbors that live on the premises were very welcoming and helpful. The only one thing I would say is the third floor was a little hot at night but able to accommodate with a large fan. We will be rebooking on the next 4th of July

If your looking to getaway this by far has been the best place we have stayed at we will be coming back location is on point and the property owner was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had! We had no issues with anything so we could just relax and have a good time!

The townhouse was as in photos, and is extremely well equipped in the kitchen which was awesome. Bath towels are super fluffy, and beds were very comfortable. The deck is the place to be, and the lake views are mesmerizing at night with the moon shimmering over it. We didn't use the upstairs bunk room, as the stairs are so steep its really only for kids to safely get up there. We had 4 adults and no one was keen to try it. The A/C worked really well, and we loved the Weber grill for lunch/dinner. The townhouse is in walking distance of everything the resort has to offer, great location. When I'm in need of some 'lake time R&R' I'll be back! Hosts were great with communications too. THX!

Beautiful view, peaceful location. Our teenage boys were entertained the entire trip with things to do on the lake! We Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed our spring break trip in Horseshoe Bay. Really nice location and the unit was just as advertised. Unfortunately too cold to get in the water much but we enjoyed the trip.

Home was very clean. Owners communicated very quickly. Accommodations were peaceful and perfect on the water!

We enjoyed our stay at Suzanne and Ken’s place. They were very easy to communicate with and always available for questions. The view was beautiful and everything was just as listed. Our kids had an amazing time as well.

This property is on Lake LBJ in the Horseshoe Bay Area which affords excellent water activities. The facility is well stocked and has a potential for using a boat dock as well. Very supportive owners.

This condo is situated in a quiet cove. It was perfect our needs. We’ll be back!

We had a great time fishing and skiing, keepers we caught 3 catfish and 2 big bass from shore. We fished morning and evening and skied during the heat when fish weren’t biting. Also property gets southerly breeze into the bay. We frequent LBJ and would be glad to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was comfortable and even better than we expected. We will be back!

This is a wonderful property. There is no better way to start and end the day than overlooking the water from one of these decks. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Check-in and check-out was easy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The house had a beautiful view. King roo.s were perfect. Kitchen well stocked. 3rd level bunk room is best for kids and not adults. This location great for 2 couples for sure. We would stay here again with less people.

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway!! One of the master bedrooms has a balcony that overlooks the water and it was so lovely to sit out there in the mornings. The house was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely try and go back!!

We had a great time staying in this property! Great on the water location with easy access to the pool! Great area/community to stay in! Host was easy to communicate with and the property is everything the listing says it is! Zero complaints!

I took my three teenaged daughters and two of their friends for a last getaway before school starts. The property was clean and pretty well stocked. I mainly chose this property because we were renting jet skis for two days and needed a property that had a boat slip to tie off the jet skis overnight. This property is in a nice cove and has easy access to the water. The only reason I am rating the location and neighborhood as a 4 star is because currently there is quite a bit of construction going on across the street as well as on the property two units over. It was not interruptive to our stay but I know that the atmosphere will be even better once all of the construction is complete. The property is in a great neighborhood that is beautiful and it was a great place to walk or jog in the mornings before it got too hot. The pool that we had access to was convenient and definitely a benefit that we were able to take advantage of while we were there. The beds we slept in were comfortable. We didn't check out the sofa bed so I can't comment on the comfort level, but it would be nice to have in case there are more than 6 people in your party. The hosts were very attentive and easy to reach with questions. Thank you for a relaxing fun place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at this location for a quick weekend getaway to the lake!Owners were very helpful and the house was perfect. Will book again!

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed every minute at the condo. Had other friends who stayed across the parking lot and they were amazed at how well-stocked the condo was with dishes utensils, and outdoor seating. We had 16 total with our group, 8 at this unit, and we all cooked and ate dinner at our place every night. Easy access to the water for our boat and the second floor terrace was great for watching a few meteors and enjoying the breeze. Will definitely stay again if we make it back down to the LBJ area. Thanks so much for the communication and for having such a great place to stay.

This is hands down the best VRBO rental we have rented. The owners are very engaged, and the views are simply breathtaking. The loft area is a tad precarious for younger kids; however, we made it work. Would definitely recommend this rental.
