Impressive property with a beautiful pool and view.

The house was fantastic...it exceeded our expectations in every way. The neighborhood was pristine, house was close to the beach, and amenities were all a golfcart ride away.

Our family of 7 including 2 kids stayed here for about a week and a half and had a wonderful time. The house is even better in real life than the description. It was impressively clean and had pretty much everything you might expect in a rental. In particular the kitchen was very nicely stocked. There was a very nice fruit and local snacks spread when we arrived, along with some bottled water, lots of K-cup pods, spices, oils, kitchen tools, etc. The non-stick pans were even in great shape and there were some knives that were reasonably sharp (a first for us in vacation rentals). All of the appliances worked properly, including the BBQ grill. The pool and spa are probably the star of this show, and they did not disappoint. The crisp clear water of the pool made a great place to teach the kids how to snorkel and to observe the many different bird species that stop by to take a sip of water from the edge of the infinity pool. This is a great photography spot for birders. You also get a nice view of the golfers (and wild goats) that roam the golf course below. The house comes with access to the Mauna Lani beach club which is less than a mile away. We never had a problem finding a parking space and the beach was a good place for the kids and also had pretty good snorkeling close to shore. There are also several fishponds near the beach that let you see many different fish species without even getting wet. We also saw sea turtles resting on the rock wall a bit further North along the shoreline. The utility closet at the house had plenty of beach toys (umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler, etc.) so we didn't need to worry about renting any beach equipment except snorkeling gear. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions and provided plenty of information ahead of time so we could be prepared ahead of time. The air conditioning units in the property can't go below 74 degrees F. If you want to stay in an icebox this might not be the place for you, but the ceiling fans in every room made it perfectly comfortable for us. Also, the house doesn't have a lot of inside lighting so some of the rooms are kind of dim at night. There might have been additional lamps we didn't find, but if you need a well lit space for crafting, work, etc. you might check with the owner first. Overall we had a great time here and hope to visit again.

I’ve been coming to the island of Hawaii for 25 years. Without question, this home was THE most amazing place I’ve stayed. That sentiment was echoed by the friends and family members who visited or stayed there with me. We were there for three weeks and enjoyed the pool, the BBQ area, the spa and the expansive grounds and floor plan. Lots of privacy for everyone. The owner is lovely. Rent this home - I guarantee you’ll be delighted!

Just as the website described. Delightful koi pond and great vista of mountains and golf course. Dispersed sleeping areas allowed privacy and diverse agendas in the group. Kitchen could use more prep space, but very nice equipment. Fit our group needs very well, and Kim the owner a true gem.

A perfect home for a family vacation. We celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. It felt like our own private resort. No one wanted to leave. The pool was the highlight and the center of activity. Thank you Kim for thinking of every detail.

This was a well planned out trip for our family of 13. We rarely get everyone together because of locations and schedules. This was so awesome! And a lot of that is because of this property. The outside was beautiful. And we could see it from almost everywhere in the living room and kitchen. The full length windows opened up all the way so we could always enjoy the view of the huge infinity pool and hot tub and golf course beyond. We had so much privacy in our rooms, which is also very important. We did do some activities and went to a few beaches, but we were always so happy to come home to this beautiful place!

The property is even better in person than in the pictures. The perfect property for four couples with complete privacy for each couple. The common areas are unbelievably beautiful. The owner and on site manager were very helpful and informative. We will stay again.

Feeding the koi fish was a daily ritual for the kids. The cabana felt like an oasis pwrfect for barbecueing while watching the Masters. Bedrooms were private and extremely comfortable. The electronics/music system were challenging but we figured it out - the property manager was awesome! We’d love to return again and again. Thank you, Kim and crew!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. The bedroom accommodations and layout were perfect for our group of eight. The house and all the extras included made it a hassle free week with not having to run to the store. The pool and view were favorites by all. Kim was very helpful with pre-travel and flexible with checkin and check out which was a very smooth process. Would definitely refer others to book this amazing home!

Kim’s property is an amazing oasis and the quality of craftsmanship is top-notch. Walking in the door you know that you are in a home that is above the normal experience, and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had so much space to relax and recharge and spent many hours in the hot tub. And the kitchen, literally everything you could possibly need for any type of meal! The local Foodland had great lunch options. (Try the spicy ahi poke bowl and orange chicken), and the Beach Club access is really nice. The beach has great snorkeling and you can grab a beach lounger and a burger from Napua for lunch. I recommend stopping at Costco and Safeway on your way to the house for staples, because once you arrive you won’t want to leave. We picked up steaks and had a great time using the grill. Thank you Kim for a wonderful stay and great memories!

This home was more than we hoped for! The pictures don’t show how truly amazing this property is. From the beautiful landscape, views, pool/spa, indoor/outdoor living, private villa-style bedrooms, living/kitchen spaces, to the well stocked everything, there wasn’t anything we didn’t have available. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We were a party of 8 (two families) spending Thanksgiving during Covid. We wanted a private house with a pool to avoid crowds. We were able to spend a lot of time enjoying the property and had plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The sliding glass walls were open at every chance. The teens/tweens were busy enjoying the pool toys with sun breaks in the theater room that was well stocked with video games and movies. Beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, etc) was also appreciated and enjoyed at Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Two Step, Keiki and a few other amazing beaches. All eight people were able to connect to WiFi for work and remote learning school without any lags. The owners were amazing to work with and communication was instant before and during our stay. We were provided with detailed information with everything we needed to know for our stay. We had a covid related flight change and the owners were flexible and generous in accommodating us. We are already dreaming about when we can come back! I cannot recommend this rental property enough.

The property is a beautiful, well equipped and maintained house in a wonderful neighborhood with significant separation between the large bedrooms. The infinity pool is better than the photos suggest. The owner and house manager were wonderful to work with. You won't find better.

Beautiful property with all conveniences. Swimming pool looks like Lake Erie! Only problem was five days of gale-force winds. That is beyond the proprietors control. We recommend this home with no qualifications.

This is our second time staying here with our family, the last time being 5 years ago. The property is exactly how we remembered it. The grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, cleaning and general maintenance were impeccable added to the high end finishes, commercial grade appliances and extremely tasteful and comfortable decor and furniture make you feel like you are in a 5 star or above property and you have it all to yourself. Kim and her management team were so welcoming and accommodating we felt totally at home for a week.

A very spacious yet cozy property for our group. The location was great as it was close to the beach and services with gorgeous mountain views.

This was probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at, absolutely spotless. Kitchen had absolutely everything and was incredibly well organized.

This home was the best possible gathering place and retreat for our family. It is impeccably maintained, and beautifully designed and furnished. The pool was perfect for our family of swimmers! Add the stunning view and complete privacy of the property and it exceeded all expectations!

We have had the pleasure of staying at Kim and Steve’s beautiful estate in Champion Ridge for 2 family vacations now. Most recently we were there with our growing family including a 2 year old and 6 month old. The large pool and spa were perfect for everyone from the 6 month old to our 80 year old grandmother. The sliding glass doors allowed us the perfect amount of indoor/outdoor enjoyment and provided a safety barrier for our curious 2 year old. The house is very well stocked with anything you could need to dine and play at the house all day, every day, plus plenty of beach gear and access to the private beach club at Mauna Lani. Above all, we love how easy and stress-free our vacation was from planning through our stay thanks to Kim and her property managers, Judy and Ken. Wonderful people! We have stayed in several estates, condos, and hotels from Kona to Puako and Kim’s home is far away our favorite.

We have been visiting Mauna Lani as a family for 25 years, always staying at the hotel. This year we had our two adult children each bring a few friends and decided to rent this property, and it was absolutely the right decision. The owner Kim made everything easy for us, and the on-site managers Judy and Ken made sure that you had everything that you needed. Let me stress that I mean everything - beach towels, sunscreen, bicycles, all household necessities - the only things you had to provide were food and beverage. Add in state-of-the-art television with a seemingly endless library of movies and there is something for everyone to do, even when the sun doesn't shine. But then, the sun is always out and the pool and golf course/mountain views are spectacular. As a quick heads-up, we chose to stock the house with food and snacks from Costco near the airport, but quickly found that the food and beverage prices at the Foodland at the Mauna Lani were very competitive which makes things even easier. Mahalo to Kim and everyone who made this a dream vacation!

There’s not enough that can be said about the wonderful home Kim and Steve allowed us to use for our family vacation. What a beautiful place … the house, the grounds, the pool, the view, the amenities… just incredible. In particular, the ability to open the one dozen or so sliding glass panels provided an incredibly airy feeling to an already exquisitely appointed, roomy living room and kitchen area. We cooked on the outdoor grill frequently. All bedrooms are large, airy and very comfortable. The master suite, overlooking the infinity pool and expanse of the horizon was, uh, masterful. Kim is an amazing hostess. Her communications and offering of suggestions and services involving our stay were very helpful. Kim has a great team helping her in Hawaii. Judy and Ken are very nice people and were very attentive to our needs and the property. With the utmost Aloha. Mahalo!

The owners and property managers of this home are outstanding. I rented this home 3 years ago and then again this year. It's in as good or better condition now than it was then so it is well maintained. It's 5 star for sure and they care about everything being perfect for your stay. It's an amazing home for groups with four full suites and lots of amenities including pool and other common areas. We spent more time just enjoying the home this time than last time because it was as if we had our own private resort. The kitchen and other rooms of the home are well appointed with anything you could need for just staying there and enjoying it. We were there 10 days and were sad to leave. A few things are within walking distance if you don't mind a short walk, but generally speaking you'll need a car. It's an extremely good value and way better than any hotel stay unless you need daily maid service and someone to prepare your food. I plan on coming back again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
