We came in off of a red eye and it was great to settle into this spacious and charming home walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The house was very clean; probably the cleanest Vrbo we've stayed at. It was well stocked with everything we could want/need while at the same time room to unpack groceries, clothes and toiletries we brought. Location couldn't have been better. Very short walk down main street to get to downtown area but not right on top of it where you have to deal with the noise. Also walking distance to lumberyard area with couple breweries and restaurants. There was even a nice park, silversteen park, that was also a short walk. Will be back!

Great location and owners have done a nice job with updating the house and making the stay feel comfortable. Brevard was a great location to stay for exploring the 3 major hiking/waterfall areas nearby (all only 15-25 minutes away). Short walk to downtown and was able to walk the dog/jog on the nearby greenway. We will have to visit again to continue looking for the elusive white squirrel.

This rental accommodated our family perfectly. My husband, daughter, and I stayed the weekend to attend my son’s college graduation at Brevard College. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the large deck where we had a wonderful bbq dinner to celebrate our grad. It truly felt like home away from home. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. This house is in a perfect location. It’s an easy walk to Main St and to the Lumber Yard area. Trish was quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Trish for letting use your rental for this very special trip to Brevard!!!!

Overall, the stay was everything we expected. The location is great and their were some nice touches like Prosecco in the fridge to ring in the new year. When we arrived we did find a dead insect and went on to see two more spiders. One spider was on my daughter’s bed and from then on she refused to sleep in it. I think before renting in the future I will ask if an exterminator is used.
A charging station by the bed in the master bedroom would have been nice. We are accustomed to charging phones at night. However, overall it was fairly reasonably priced for what was included. I did appreciate the early check-in and prompt communication.

This house was well kept and extremely comfortable. Brevard is a small town but this location was extremely walkable to 185 King St and some other great restaurants.
The check-in / check-out process was extremely easy and straight forward. Highly recommend this house if you find yourself in the Brevard area.

Beyond Expectation
We stayed for a week with our tween children. The property was perfect for us - excellent location for walks to downtown Brevard, sitting on the porch in the evening listening to music from the Lumberyard (not loud but perfect for relaxing), easy access to the forests. The house was clean, well-organized, and the kitchen had everything (gadgets/pans etc) one might need for cooking. Enjoyed the wide array of puzzles, games, and books available (including some of our kids favorites) during our rainy week. Communication with owner was great - quick to respond to questions. We look forward to returning on future visits to the area!

This was a great vacation for us, our two kids and dog. The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk to everything in downtown Brevard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, easy to find, etc. We will be back!

Everything about this rental was perfect! My husband and I come to Brevard every year! Our normal cabin was booked, and we are so glad it was! We decided to extend our trip and we’re unable to do so through the app, I called Trish and she was so polite and accommodating! The home itself was clean, well stocked and very homey in the perfect location to everything we love about Brevard! We will definitely book this home again! Thank you Trish for such a perfect home away from home!

This place is really nice, in a quite neighborhood, you can tell the owners take care of it, the inside and outside was clean, there was an outdoor fire pit and fire wood, a grill and a good sized family room.

Amazing rental!
Everything about this rental was perfect! My husband and I come to Brevard every year! Our normal cabin was booked, and we are so glad it was! We decided to extend our trip and we’re unable to do so through the app, I called Trish and she was so polite and accommodating! The home itself was clean, well stocked and very homey in the perfect location to everything we love about Brevard! We will definitely book this home again! It was a short stay, but we enjoyed it. The house had most everything we needed to prepare meals, and the location was great. The host was very responsive to messages, etc. We would stay here again!

Perfect home away from home
We had the good fortune to stay here for a full week. Wish it had been longer. It truly had all the comforts of home, but better. Walking distance to town and proximity to all the outdoor beauty the area has to offer. We hope to come back!

Like Coming Home...
We had a wonderful weekend at this property, meeting family and friends in Brevard. I recently lost my mother, and ironically, this rental offers an updated feeling of "home". Seamless check-in, plenty of space indoors and out. Everything you might possibly need is provided. We did not bring our pets, but it would have been very easy to do so. Comfortable neighborhood. The master bedroom bedding is fantastic, and other rooms are very adequate. Owners were quick to respond and very welcoming. We loved this home and will return.

The perfect place to stay! This house has everything you could need. Close to downtown, so no need to deal with parking issues. Trish is such a sweet owner and has always been extremely helpful with any questions we have had. We are repeat renters and will most certainly be back!

Staying at this house during our trip to Brevard worked out great! Our family was very comfortable, including our little grandson and our dogs. Plenty of blankets, towels, dishes... everything we needed and some nice treats too! Thank you so very much!!!

Sounds like a broken record, but 345 Probart is amazing. What more to ask for ~ nothing! I have rented many vacation places, so brought everything I thought I would need ~ needlessly. Many thanks to our host & ess for a wonderful time with granddaughter and great grandaughter.

We enjoyed our stay. Property lived up to expectations and owners couldn’t have been nicer or more hospitable! We would definitely come back! Loved that it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops and close to hiking a beautiful scenery! Enjoyed seeing the white squirrels on this visit! Great kitchen, grill and patio. Next time we hope to use the fire pit!

Great Escape for a few days
The property is perfect for a couples get away. The locations is convenient to the Brevard Music Festival as well as fantastic hiking.
