Second time we stayed at this house & was a great stay again kids had a blast at water park & used house pool more than twice a day besides us going up to community pool. Only negative I can say is slider doors r hard to open & pool deck needs to be cleaned lots of dirt & debris (I cleaned a ton of sand out of the tracks from slider doors) but otherwise inside clean & lots of kitchen options for home cooking would stay again!

It is very spacious and well stocked. It is in a beautiful neighborhood of vacation homes. We were very comfortable. The only problem I saw was the air conditioner is locked on 75 degrees. We got hot at night when sleeping. It does have nice ceiling fans and desk fans in the garage. The garage area has an air hockey table and other games. There is a nice washer and dryer too. Overall a great stay! I would stay there again.

Highly recommend this place for a family vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any communication we had. Location is great, close to theme parks, or just staying on the grounds.

We didn’t have babies or toddlers traveling with us, but I was impressed to see that they would have been well accommodated for. There was a step stool and toddler potty seat available as well as a pack n play and strollers. Plenty of beach towels were also available. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is wonderful. The location is amazing. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer and fridge. The house really made our stay so relaxing. We loved the pool. We didn't get it heated but maybe the people before us did because it was very warm the first day and got colder as our trip went on. The pool cleaners came one morning and the pool was very clean after. I think what made it dirty before was the rain knocking bugs off the screens into the water. I wouldn't buy paper towel or dishwasher tabs as the amount you get is enough. We didn't really even need to buy the toilet paper as with 4 bathrooms and spending most days out of the house we didn't go through all 4 and just left the extra rolls we had bought under a sink. We didn't really enjoy the clubhouse pool as it seemed crowded after spending so many days in our own pool so wouldn't go to the clubhouse next time. Check-in was a breeze. We initially got lost trying to leave the community but once you figure it out it's easy to navigate. So close to everything that I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a TV in every room. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun for our family. The house is located close to all of the attractions. My little one enjoyed the community water park. Lovely home.

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the owners of this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and was a great fit for my family's summer vacation to Disney and Universal. I have been coming to the Orlando area yearly over the past decade, and have stayed at many vacation homes --- this house was definitely one of the best that we have stayed at. This house is a perfect ranch style house with lots of room for everyone! It was clean and well taken care of. The pool was everyone's favorite part. We had one hiccup with the AC and the owners were very quick at responding and handling the issue, even in the middle of the night. We will stay here again and highly recommend John and Ana. Thank you for the memorable time!

The house was in a great location as it was very close to all the Disney Parks. The house was as advertised with plenty of room for our party of six. We should have added the pool heat as the pool water was too cold for our liking, but otherwise is a great place to unwind from a busy day at the parks. Thanks John and Anna for providing us a great place to stay during our visit to Disney.

The property was just perfect for our family of 5. The private pool with sauna was so nice to have especially after a long day at the parks. The game room was a little warm but we managed just fine. We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the future ❤️

I’m not even sure where to begin with how amazing our vacation was thanks to John/Anna! This home is truly amazing and everything perfect just like the photos! Kitchen was fully stocked with every thing you could possible need! They even had coffee filters, little packets of salt/pepper/sugar and garbage bags! They had 6 nice big beach towels and plenty of bath/shower linens, extra blankets and pillows too! I’m not kidding when I tell you that this place was spotless and I’m extremely OCD about cleanliness! It was so nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom so everyone could shower at the same time and never ran out of hot water! The beds were huge and all of them were very comfortable which is a great thing when you are on vacation especially if you have long days planned!! We loved having the washer/dryer and we are literally going home with 1 day of dirty laundry and our own beach towels we used on our last day!! The checkout/check in process was such a breeze and we loved that it was a gated community with security checking every vehicle upon entering! The kids loved the game room and it was so nice to have our own pool/hot tub for days we just wanted relax at the house! The resort itself is amazing as well and everything was very nice and clean there as well! The water slides, splash pad and pool were perfect temperature and the pool area is huge with several entrances with steps and a walk out for the little kids or people who have trouble getting in and out of pool! We had a pizza from the little snack shop one day and it was really good and big enough for our family of 4 to each have 2 pieces. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for you to sip on at the pool which was nice or you can pack your own cooler and bring it to the resort! We loved that they had a parking lot by the water area so you didn’t have to walk from your villa! The resort is so close to everything you could possible need(ie restaurants, grocery, gas, fun, shopping etc). John and Anna were very prompt in communicating with me when I had questions and they were always very helpful and accommodating from start to finish of our trip! If you are thinking about renting a place this place is 100% the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in(we have stayed in a lot)! The owners take pride in their beautiful home and want others to enjoy it! We will definitely be staying here from now on when we travel to this area!! Thank you very much for making our vacay amazing!! ♥️

We stayed Last week of June 2021. The house was perfect. My kids loved the themed rooms and of course the huge pool. The hot tub with heat was perfect for the adults. So close to Disney!! It took us no longer than 15 minutes to get to parks which was perfect!! Communication with John was amazing! Definitely recommend this house!!! We will be back!!

The house was amazing. Everything was clean and organized. The location was great as well. I am so glad we stayed here vs spending the money to stay on property at Disney. Being able to come “home” and enjoy the pool and hot tub after long days in the park were exactly what we needed.

We loved this home! It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, pool and outside area was nice with plenty of seating. The beds were actually comfortable (which is rare with rental homes). The communication with the owner was fast and always helpful. We have saved this as a favorite and will stay the next time we come. Thanks Anna for a great stay!!

We are usually in the Disney bubble. This is the first time we rented a house. Windsor was amazing for our family. Safe and secure with tons to do. The house was perfect in size and amenities. Anna was quick to respond before and during our stay. We highly recommend and we plan to return this year.

House was nice we liked that every room had its own bathroom it was fairly clean could have used a deep clean (floors & fixtures) feet wear dirty if walked around bare foot but over all pleasant stay. Didn’t care for the door alarms to access pool we have stayed at many Florida vacation homes & this was the first to have that... we paid the extra for heated pool which made that nice for the kids while being at the house but the community pool is amazing VERY warm & huge we went down everyday the kids splash area with slides is not heated FYI but kids still played over there on the warmer days.... only thing the really complain about is we had to strip all the beds & remove used linens put in garage on the day we left which made for a crazy morning as we had a 6am flight to catch but over all our stay was pleasant & would stay again... hotel stays r a thing of the past this is the way to go!!

This home was more than enough room for our family of 4. Everyone had there own space to hang out. The kids loved the pool! Comfortable beds and nicely furnished!

Our family was very pleased with this house. Everything you'd need was there. Kitchen was well equipped.Pool towels are also there so no need to pack them. The kids enjoyed playing games in the garage, which has an AC unit you can turn on when you are out there.The screened in lanai was enjoyed by all. The pool was used every day. We paid to have the pool heated, even though we went during May. We were glad that we did heat the pool. It was the perfect temperature during our stay. Anna was quick to answer any questions I had about the house and the Windsor Hills Resort. We would definitely rent this house again.

Home was everything that we needed. The alarm system for the pool is a bit annoying but we managed. The one sliding door did not open and close easily so we just put the curtains over and used the other door. Beds were very comfortable. Patio furniture could use a good cleaning or be replaced. No real big concerns as we enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday.

Exactly like the pictures show and as described. Very clean. Easy to get in and out. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for families. Clean and spaceious...we highly recvomend staying here. We will be back again!!!

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The process for accessing the property was easy. The only changes we would suggest are as follows: 1. The resort subdivision needs to make changes to the registration and entrance into the resort. The scanning of the paper cards to get in and out is tedious and causes long waits. There should be a remote to open the gate, as it's easier and equivalent to the card. And, on the weekends especially, registration lines get long and blocked traffic into the resort and down the road to enter the resort. We waited for 20 minutes on one occasion just to get into the resort. 2. For how much we are paying, it does not seem unreasonable to have simple necessities in the home. There were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, hand soap, or dish soap. It's not a hotel...we understand that going in. But, simple things which last a long time don't seem unreasonable. In addition, the Wii remotes and TV remotes didn't work, either because they were out of batteries or were broken. Having extra batteries around the house also doesn't seem unreasonable. 3. The management asks that when we leave that we strip the bed sheets when we leave, but they specifically request that we do not take off pillow shams from the decorative pillows. It makes us wonder if those pillow shams are ever washed. 4. The couches should recline, but some of the seats are broken. Obviously, these are minor inconveniences, and the home is still great. The pool is nice, and the property is well kept.

This a a very comfortable house. It was very nice to have 2 king sized beds and 2 rooms with twin beds. The game room got a lot of use as did the pool.

Our experience here was good. We loved that all four bedrooms has it's own bathroom. Everyone's bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Our blender was broken but the management co. brought over a new one as soon as they found out. The game room has a WII but only 1 game so bring your own if you are interested in that. However, this place needs some TLC. The main sliding glass door was unusable because it would not slide. The vertical blinds could not be completely opened. The pool and hot tub have some mold or algae around the edges. But our greatest frustration was the alarm for the door. In this home (and surrounding homes by the sound of it) you could not even open the sliding glass door without pressing a button. If you left the door open for just 10-15 seconds a blaring alarm would sound. If you didn't close the door completely, the alarm sounded. It was so very annoying and more than one time our whole house was awoken in the morning or evening from the alarm. The main pool was fun and the kids loved it. However, it was under construction when we were there so many of the water slides (that show in the pictures) were unavailable for us. The one slide that was open was a ton of fun. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 15 minutes to all three Disney parks and only 15 minutes to Disney Springs. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes to check in at the gate - the line was LONG.

Our first trip to Disney was made perfect with this gorgeous home! I will probably have to redecorate back home because my daughter loved the princess room so much! The booking process was very easy and prior to our stay, Anna answered all my questions. The Villa was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our only regret is that we did not have a lot of time to just relax. We enjoyed the pool and the games room, which was great for some family time. I would recommend this villa to all our friends and family!

This is our second trip back to this villa. We had a lovely vacation in your villa! The home came fully stocked with linen, towels as with our own. We came here to spend a week in the Disney parks for our children to celebrate their birthdays. The kids loved the pool and the Mickey and Princess bedrooms! We loved having space to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a place to do laundry! Thanks for sharing your home with us. Fantastic is the best word to describe this villa which has everything a family would require in a holiday villa. The villa was spotlessly clean. The Windsor Hills location and security is superb. Special mention for Claire who was excellent to deal with in every way with the rental process. The owners from Canada are also very kind people. I highly recommend staying here, we would love to go back and will be telling friends and family how good our stay was.
