Great house in a quiet location. Lots of room, well stocked with a great backyard. Cody and Tami are very responsive to any issues that arise. We would definitely think about renting this property again.

What a wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful - had everything we needed and a perfect layout for our group. The kids loved being all together in the room with the bunk beds, the pool was perfect, and the owners were incredible - super helpful and responsive. We’d go back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the home. The description was accurate. The 4 bedrooms are accurate and comfortable as noted. The media TV room was a great bonus, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Great back yard and pool. Super fun basketball hoop in pool. Thank you to the gracious hosts who were simply excellent. Would love to stay again.

The house was amazing to say the least! Plenty of room and space for all 10 of us adults. Pool was a little dirty but that’s to be expected for the area but was still enjoyed by the group as well as the jacuzzi! Would love to stay here again next year as well. 5 Stars all around

Had a great stay at this home. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions with haste. The house was clean and had everything we needed including but not limited to like kitchen tools, cable tv, board games, towels, etc The pool and spa were lovely to use.

Great house and pool! We spent the month of Febuary enjoying everything the Bermuda Dunes area had to offer. My grandkids loved the pool and bunk room, and the adults liked the den area option for the kids to chill in. Fire pit and spa were especially enjoyable after a day of golf or hiking. Owner was responsive to a couple of things that popped up, Would love to go back again!

This house is as shown in the pictures and well maintained. We had good communication with Tami, one of the owners, on a couple of minor things that inevitably come up during a stay. It was close to HWY 111 which is full of restaurants and shopping. We would love to stay here again.

First the house: it really is as nice as it looks in the photos. Everything feels newly built and well made. The bedrooms are fantastic and there is a 5th room, with a pull out couch and tv that also was a great addition for guests. The backyard was awesome too, with a functioning hot tub, pool, and fire pit. The only thing to keep in mind is that the desert gets windy and dusty, and everything gets filled with dust when this happens. The owners do provide tools to clean up. The major thing that is worth mentioning, is that the owners could have both done a better job to be upfront when it comes to a few things and also have better instructions written in the house: - There is no parking allowed on the street so 3-4 cars max (2 in driveway and 2 in garage). - The house is right next to the HOA people, so literally no noise after 10pm outside or there will be complaints immediately. - When you arrive, there are notices of fees for cooling the house below 76 or heating the pool/hot tub. Though I have not been charged yet, it may be worth asking about this upfront. - You have to reach out to the owners to get access to the mail key. - You have to reach out to the owners to get access to the heating system for the pool/hot tub - You have to reach out to the owners to get access to the garage Overall, the house is great and the owners are very responsive if anything does come up during your stay. We just felt like we were walking on eggshells with the owners.

We had an amazing time. This house was Perfect. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa. We are coming back this summer!

Our stay at Cody's property was simply great. We spend 4 amazing weeks away from the Pacific Northwest Winter soaking in the sun rays at this house that offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. The house has all the features for making you feel right at home from day one, kitchen is well stocked, the internet worked like a charm even with three people doing zoom videocall simultaneously. The pool and backyard are delightful. The gated community, the house is located in, allowed our kids to bike around in a very safe environment. Cody was super responsive and making sure everything was going smoothly. Having food, groceries and amazon deliveries was a breeze. The house is very well taken care of; there is staff that comes regularly to maintain the pool and landscape (outdoors). We hardly noticed their presence and felt very safe at all times. Our experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend this property for a long term stay.

This house is brand new and was perfect for our family! The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit are all beautiful. Cody was always available and responsive. I highly recommend this house!!

Property was amazing and owner was great with communication. Will be back soon hopefully. Hard to leave such a perfect place. Decor is to die for. Comfortable beds and linens. They did not go cheap on anything here. Quiet neighborhood. We never saw or hear anyone else. Pool was perfect.

This house is beautiful! We came to celebrate mine and my 2 year old nephew's birthday. It was the perfect house for 3 families. We enjoyed cooking and BBQ'ing, day & night swimming and making smores at the firepit. The media room was perfect for the kids to play and watch TV. Cody was a great property manager. He gave good clear directions to his property and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We really had a great time here and hope to visit again in the future.

Loved our stay here during Labor Day weekend. The layout of the house was perfect for 2 families. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

We stayed 4 days and had such a nice time! Plenty of room for our two families with 3 kids each (all under 6) to stretch out and feel comfortable. The pool was great and even had a basketball hoop for the kids to play and lots of pool stuff. Cody was responsive and the house is in such great condition, we really didn’t need anything extra! We can’t wait to come back!
