I do wish that the HOA would provide a way to recycle right on the property. Or, at the very least for those of us who would REALLY like to recycle instead of just putting everything in the garbage, provide info on where to take recycling items. Otherwise, we LOVE it!

The only reason we gave “maintenance, quality of furniture, amenities, etc.” a 4 star, was because there is only one working elevator, but we were aware of that before booking and with it being off-season, this was not an issue at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breakers East 1006. The unit was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well outfitted that I almost felt guilty not using it more. The interior design was very well done and we found it very clean. The complex itself was great. The covered parking and beach set up completes the draw to this unit. I highly recommend it!

This year we stayed in unit 1006, and we really enjoyed the views from the condo due to it being an end unit. You could see all the way to Harbor Walk Village from the kitchen window. Additionally, our kids really enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. We’d definitely recommend this unit, and can’t wait to come back.

The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Nice upgraded, spacious layout and we didn’t feel cramped. Since it is a corner unit, the extra windows provided more light. The king size bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the a/c based on a previous review but it worked well. I wished we would have paid the extra to have the condo stocked with our groceries. We would stay there again.

For the 3rd year in a row the elevators were not working. During last Saturday’s change over, there were families that waited around 30 min for an elevator. Some got so mad they smashed several of the carts in frustration.

From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. The unit has an unbelievable view of the Gulf with no obstructions. I travel for a living and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so we decided stay in a condo/house and wasn’t disappointed. We highly recommend! We will be back

This condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my family, the only issue we had was the A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Management was contacted and they did send someone over to clean out the unit but it didn’t help much, good thing we brought fans because we had to leave them on with the doors closed, and it would be nice if they had a ceiling fan in the living room, other than that our stay was very relaxing and the condo was decorated beautifully.

Loved our stay beautiful view of the ocean!!!! Beach was perfect and not crowded!!!! Me and my family can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here. Condo was clean, cute and spacious. Parking was great! Super location. The beach attendants for this condo were by far THE BEST! No overcrowding here. We wouldn’t change a thing other than needing more time to stay.

The location was a perfect, very clean, ideal layout for our needs and everything was provided. I usually have to bring things like hand soap, Kleenex, coffee filters, and dishwashing pods. It was already there! Even the ice maker actually had ice in it! Modern appliances, ample kitchen supplies (we cook all our meals), and even a Keurig coffee maker and Brita water filter pitcher, made our stay so much like home. I loved having the covered parking space, plenty of carts for hauling our stuff to the condo, keyless entry and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. It was quiet, spacious, modern, and comfy. I especially loved the beach chairs and umbrella INCLUDED in the cost of the condo. That was a huge savings. The staff was very nice and friendly. The facilities were clean and kept and even freshly painted. The gate codes all worked, check-in/check-out was simply a breeze and we loved every second. This is the first VRBO condo I would rebook in a heartbeat

Everything was great! The floors looked clean, but after wearing my socks for just a few minutes they were dirty. While they looked clean, they really need a good mopping! Or either the carpet needs cleaning. But it didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property. Great choice for our 51st wedding anniversary. Second time staying at Breakers East. Will be our choice in the future.

Its a smaller complex and theres lots of carts out front to make hauling everything to your room. We had covered parking. On vacation will many of the comforts of home. On our previous trip to Destin I we stayed a a very good hotel. However, after this stay condo is the way to go. Thank you to the owner for a great experience!

We wanted a condo on the beach for a short trip and we were very happy. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and a nice-size balcony. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo because of the beach views. Located near several restaurants and activities.

Our condo was incredible!! Very clean, plenty of room, amazing location!! We loved it so much we booked an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. Everything you could possibly need they had. Washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, blender, pots and pans, 3 boogie boards, beach towels, and 2 really nice beach chairs, the list goes on! Communication with property owner was excellent, very responsive and great customer service!! The location was absolutely beautiful!! They had gorgeous polywood furniture on the balcony over looking the beach and pool! The rental included 2 chairs on the beach with an umbrella set up each day by the beach attendant. There was a slush stand on the beach as well! Best vacation! The location of the condo was incredible and the property grounds were beautiful l! Pool was heated and very clean. The beach was gorgeous!! You will definitely want to stay here!!!!

Everything was just as we expected; and the view was even better than the pictures! This was our first visit to Destin, FL. The condo was perfectly located and convenient to the harbor, Wall-mart, Target, CVS, several restaurants of all types. Having access to the beach chairs setup for us each day was awesome. Check in instructions were perfect and we didn’t need to call for any assistance. Just what you want for a getaway with the family to an area you have never been to before. Thanks!
