We stayed for a friends and family ski trip. The house was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. It was close to everything. We even saw 2 moose behind the house!

I can't say enough about this property. The home was stocked with everything you can imagine you may need during a stay. It was like someone opened the door to their home and said " use whatever you need" (with the exception of personal belongings) . Seriously - from the kitchen to baskets that have handwarmers in them to the toiletries provided, everything about this property is exceptional. We are staying here again next month and can't wait to go back.

Location was great. Townhouse had plenty of room for three families. Each family was able to have their own floor and private bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. 100% would stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. It really felt like we were at home. The house was fully stocked, had lots of space and was a great location right near Hideaway and Confluence Parks. Next time we are in Winter Park, we are staying here again! The owner was very responsive to communication by phone and text and also reached out to us ahead of time to give us a heads up about something. It was nice dealing directly with him and not a property management company. 5 stars all the way!

Met my daughter, her fiancé and family for a Christmas ski vacation. 11 of us stayed at the property and it was perfect! Accommodations were very comfortable for a group our size. Stocked with everything you could need. Communication with the owner was great! I had an issue with changing the setting on the hot tub and was able to get that resolved on Christmas Day! I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for a week with our four kids and loved it! Bill's place is well appointed, conveniently located, and spacious but cozy. We loved the creek out back and enjoyed the hot tub every night. We will be back!

This property was just as advertised and we were very happy with it. We had 11 adults and were very comfortable. The home is very quiet as you do not hear anything from the other levels. It was very conveniently located right next to the Riverwalk trail. The sound of the babbling stream was beautiful. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved this place! The property is perfect, has all of the amenities you'd ever need and is in the ideal location in downtown Winter Park. The pictures don't do it justice as the house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and the huge hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. I'd absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to escape to Winter Park and look forward to returning!

They had everything we could ever Need. They even had a high chair and baby gate for our little. We had an amazing time. Our kids said it was the beat trip we have ever taken. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Last minute trip turned out to be a great idea. Celebrated a birthday away from town. Enjoyed LOTS of time on Lake Grandby and Grand Lake. House had everything and more! Will be coming back for sure!

Loved the house and it’s location. Very short walk to the main part of Main Street and being on the creek, with the sound of flowing water, was amazing. The house was very nice and very well stocked. Bill was great to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Winter Park! There are hiking trails in every direction of this house, and just a few minutes walk away.

Thanks so much for a truly memorable stay at your spacious, well-equipped Townhome. 4 levels of living. All beds and pullouts comfrey. Kitchen (and we are cooks) was well-equipped and thank you so much for sharing your spices and other cooking basics that we usually do not find in other rentals. Going to sleep with the Vasquez Creek flowing made for peaceful slumbers. Outdoor balconies and furnishings very nice. We hiked Mt. Flora...not too distant and at 13,100 ft. A good moderate climb with beautiful flowers along the way. White Water rafted on Cleark Creek with Mad Adventures. Great outfitter. Thanks mucho for the wonderful hospitality!

Great well-equipped property in heart of Winter Park with walking access to town and hiking just outside the door. We loved the deck, hot tub, comfortable beds and Vasquez Creek being out the back door. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone and 4 baths. Kitchen had everything you need to cook at home. Bill and Marybeth were such a pleasure to work. Answering any question quickly and had plenty of suggestions for restaurants, activities etc. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!! Dad will not forget his 90th birthday celebration.

This was way more than a place to stay, it was clean and convenient to so many things. We would use it again if it is available.

Wonderful location in Winter Park..... close to walking in town, hiking the mountains, and biking the trails. Fully furnished with kitchen and bath essentials. Best feature is the stream running through the back of home....provided soothing background noise to listen to throughout the day! We very much enjoyed our stay here!

This is a fantastic place to stay in WinterPark. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you needed to make your stay great. The location was perfect. The owners were awesome and always available when needed.

Our family absolutely loved this property. The location is perfect, the home is a great size for two families of 5 and it is right on the bus route. 5 minutes to the Winter Park, 2 min walk into town and the sledding hill is only 1 minute away. Kids loved it!!!

This place absolutely could not have been better for our summer trip to Winter Park. We had a mixed generation group of six guys and the property gave us both ample room to spread out but highly desirable common space to hang out together. You could easily have at least 2 families or multiple couples without any problems. The kitchen and appliances were high quality and well stocked so that we could cook meals, snack and raise a glass with our group with ease...everything you could want was there, which made it super flexible and accommodating over a few days. The bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccably maintained and spacious enough that no one ever felt cramped. The location is really fantastic as well, especially for the summer time. Easy and safe access to downtown Winter Park as well as a number of hiking trails and the highway for short drives to any restaurants or activities in Fraser or beyond. The hot tub was a huge benefit after a day full of activity and the creek right next door provides a great soundtrack for the stay. You can walk to any of the spots downtown in 5 minutes and the park downtown could hardly be closer...all connected with a paved path that follows the creek. We got only the best communication and support before and during our trip. Everything was easy and nothing was a problem. I feel fortunate that we found and chose this place for our trip. I can't imagine it being better and I recommend it strongly for anyone looking for a top-notch place in Winter Park.

This was the perfect location. We had 3 families and each had their own area with their own bathroom. Everything about the house was nice and well kept! We look forward to returning and booking the same spot again!

Great condo. Marybeth was very responsive. Nice property with excellent layout for our two families. Centrally located with access to all the amenities of Winter Park. Good value for the price. We travel often to Winter Park and have rented more than a dozen properties over the years ... this is our favorite thus far.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the Riverwalk condo! It was nice, clean and comfortable. My biggest concern in renting is always cleanliness and this condo is very well kept. It had all the supplies we needed to have home cooked meals and it was convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. The layout of the condo is nice and gave everyone the space they needed. My kids enjoyed the hot tub! The communication with the owner was great. Marybeth was quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely choose to rent this condo again. Thank you for sharing your home!

The condo was clean, well supplied, and had plenty of space. We were a party of 11 with small children and there was plenty of space to congregate or get away for some alone time. All the supplies available made it easy to make plenty of home cooked meals. However, the short walk to town made it easy go out for a meal or a drink. Both Bill and Marybeth were very attentive and helpful answering any questions or concerns. It helped make a very memorable trip even more memorable and we are trying to arrange to stay again next year!
