Stayed with my wife and 2 teen children. Lovely apartment in cool neighborhood with a bunch of fun restaurants/bars/coffee shops etc. within a few minutes walk. Staying there made us feel like locals. Felt very safe. Owner is very pleasant and responsive. We’ll be back. Thank you.

We spent a week, the apartment was just as described. So pleased with the location to metro, shopping, and dinner out. The backyard is amazing. You don’t even know your in the city. Christine was so kind to let us leave our luggage and head to the eastern market…..since our flight changed! A must stay when in DC

It's a very cozy place that is very quiet. It's location is perfect for visiting Washington D.C, You can walk every where on the mall. It's perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated cozy townhouse. The host was very responsive. The location, only a few blocks from the Capitol Building was great.

415 is in a very quiet neighborhood, but is just blocks from the Capitol, Senate and Congressional office buildings, the Supreme Court, numerous cafes. The many Smithsonian museums are just a few blocks further past the Capitol. If your visit is to see the national monuments and don't fancy walking, Uber is the way to go. The Metro is wonderful, but if you'd still be doing a lot of walking both getting to the stop and then to the place you want to see. Reservations at popular restaurants are a must, so plan ahead. We made a detailed week long itinerary, reservations and had zero problems.

The unit was very nice and clean, and a short walk to restaurants, sights, and the Metro! The AC worked felt great in a very hot weekend. Highly recommended!

This apartment suited our needs quite well! A few small edits: it’s a solid ten min walk from Capitol South metro stop, not five. For folks using the kitchen, there could have been a few more supplies (ie, no spatula or colander, and we had to order things like cooking oil and coffee). But the place was clean and well-maintained and situated. Thank you!!

Lovely apartment with a seating area in the back of house. The beds are comfy, kitchen had everything needed to cook. Close to several eateries, markets, modes of transportation. It was a perfect spot to get around and see the sights. Host was nice, had an inforamtion packet full of stuff. Gives great instruction for our stay. Their corgie was a perfect furry fix for me missing my dog. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Metro was close and a great variety of restaurants as well! Beds were comfortable. We bought food at the close Trader Joe’s market and utilized the kitchen to make breakfast in the mornings. The only downside was the location of the bathroom…. It was located in one of the spare rooms and the sliding door was pretty “squeaky”, so our son was disturbed frequently when he was resting or sleeping at night 😕 other than that- no complaints!

This property is in a great location to see Washington. Close to the Metro and walking distance to a lot of historical places. Very quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the Eastern Market. Would defintely stay again

We had a perfect stay here in DC. This property is so comfortable and convenient. It was walking distance to Starbucks, Trader Joes, eateries and pubs as well as the Capitol Building. The owner lives upstairs and was so accommodating. The entrance is private and the street parking was available and easy. We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for access to everything. There is more than meets the eye with this little place and we found all the things we needed tucked neatly away. Christie was a kind and responsive host. If we come back as a small group, this will be a go to spot!

This apartment is in a perfect location to see the sights of DC. Comfortable beds to return back to to get a good nights sleep so you can start all over the next day. Prepare to do a lot of walking or take the bus or Metro. We had a great trip. Our host was very accommodating.

We rented this unit to enjoy the city for the weekend. It was perfect. The neighborhood is super cute, and the farmers market was great. It's a short walk to the metro station, which was nice. We traveled with our two daughters, and the hostess accommodated us by setting up an extra bed so we were all sleeping in separate areas, which was awesome after spending the ENTIRE day with them, lol (momma needed a break!). I would definitely stay here again.

Walkable to most things in DC . Cute little apartment. Restaurants within 5 min walk which was perfect at the end of long days!

This apartment was wonderfully located!! We could walk to restaurants, the capital and the National mall. The host, Christine was very nice and helpful! We will definitely be staying again.

Great Place to stay, so close to every thing. Nice to not be in a tourist area and see the local market and dining areas. The Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay there next time in DC

My parents, my 21 year old son and I came into DC for Wreaths Across America and Christmas Illuminations at Mt Vernon...we chose this apartment for its ease of parking (parking pass Mon-Fri, free weekend parking) in the neighborhood and easy access to Metro. We noticed plenty of restaurants and a Trader Joe's nearby, but had brought groceries with us. The space was neat and clean, had enough space for 4 adults. We cooked and prepared all our meals in the kitchen, finding much of what we needed to prepare easy meals. We would have loved a floor lamp in the living room for reading, but the overhead light was plenty. Christie was easy to communicate with and friendly/welcoming when we arrived. We would come back to the apartment and the neighborhood again.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The rental owner is very nice and accommodating. We had a blast exploring the city and the location was perfect. The building was very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. EVERYTHING WAS BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED.

Lovely place in a wonderful location -- so close the Capitol and Library of Congress. Plus the Metro and buses are right there for anything that is a bit further away if you get tired of walking. Thanks Christie.

We had a great time visiting Washington and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and comfortable, The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to mist places we wanted to visit. We’ll be back!

Lovely, clean and comfy. Private backyard oasis, perfect for afternoon happy hour. Walked to market for breakfast staples and to restaurants for meals along tree line streets and gardens. Our hostess, Christie was accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed meeting her. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice to be able to walk to Smithsonian Museums on the Mall. Metro from convenient Eastern Market station worked well when going farther afield, with an easy wine and food stop at Trader Joe's on the way back. Place was very clean. Super small kitchen & twin bedrooms, lovely queen bedroom. Small but adequate bathroom with good shower. Beds were comfy, place was clean but the layout was awkward. Kinda' weird that the TV and lights were on when we came back to apartment after being away all day, and having left TV and lights off. Overall, good stay for the price!

We are a pretty easy going bunch so this place was perfect for us. We didn't mind walking to get to services and there was usually a quick 3 min pickup. It was nice to have a living space to gather at the end of the day.

Highly recommend if you are headed to DC. Close to metro station. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Great host that was quick to respond and accommodate our early arrival. Lovely and quiet property. Would stay there again!

Property was in a wonderful location and within walking distance of many sites. Host was warm and welcoming and easy to communicate with. She was flexible with check in. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We had four adults one night, then only two for the other nights. Sleeping areas are close together and might be a bit tight for 4, but unit has a large living room and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again when returning to DC area. It was lovely.
