Great location... loved the LP & movie collection. place was unique and fun to stay in. kitchen very well appointed. Host clearly cares about making guests feel at home. So close to Little Italy and the university. Will look to stay there for future visits!

My husband and I came with our teenage son to stay for the long weekend to visit our older son at CWRU. Neat, clean, in a great pedestrian friendly environment, and also easy walking distance to Fribley. We’ll definitely stay here again

We started our fall vacation in Cleveland’s Little Italy. Our home away from home was clean and cozy and so cute. The location was perfect- close to downtown, Lakeview Cemetery, Museum of Art, Cultural Gardens, Edgewater Park and of course, right in the heart of Little Italy. Loved it!

We loved staying here. The Little Italy section of Cleveland is awesome; you're a 5 minute walk to a wonderful variety of restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops. In addition, we were within 10 miles of everything we wanted to see and do, which included the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Stadium (had to see a Guardians game!), the Museum of Natural History and the Nautica Queen dinner cruise. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The property is located in Little Italy which is as cute as you could hope for. There are many fantastic restaurants and bakeries within very easy walking distance (5 minutes). The whole neighborhood has character; it's very fun. The property was as advertised. It was clean, cute and comfortable. The check in process couldn't have been easier. We received all our instructions days before, however, as I didn't read them closely enough I called the owner. He picked up my call immediately and answered my question. Off street parking is very convenient. His record collection is huge; we had a blast playing all his vinyl. We'd stay again if we're every in CL.

The home is exactly as portrayed. Basic, but has everything you NEED. New, very firm mattresses (full size). Bed linens were good quality. Kitchy, fun decor. It feels like an upgraded college house. Washer and dryer are in the basement. No cable, only wifi, but you can stream from your device (ipad, etc). My husband enjoyed all the records. We stayed here for 2 weeks while getting treatment at Cleveland Clinic. Short 10 minute drive. On or VERY close to Case Western's campus. Walking distance to Little Italy, which we completely fell in love with. We sampled most of the restaurants (Guarino's, Mia Bella, Home Bistro, Murray Hill Market are favorites) and I walked to Pestri's every morning for an Americano and pastry. House is on a safe, quiet one way street. There is a reserved parking spot, for 1 car, 3 houses down in a gravel front yard. We arrived at night and it was nice that there is a lit tree at the front of the house, so it stands out from all the other houses, plus its the only red house :-) We were on the ground floor and there is another rental above us... you can hear EVERYTHING, so respect the quiet hours posted on the fridge and be aware. There is a cute back patio that we enjoyed for a few days, just dragged the front porch chairs back there. Floors in the home are uneven, so if you are unstable on your feet, be careful. Only negative on the house was the shower head, can't even call it that. A diffuser was put on the end of the pipe for a small spray. I did recommend to the owner to spend a couple extra bucks and put a real shower head on. Lastly make sure to check out the drawer chock full of brochures and maps. We had a fun couple days sightseeing. There is so much within 5 miles of the house! Rockefeller's Garden, Lakeview Cemetery, Pres. Garfield's tomb, The Christmas Story house, Rock and Roll Hall of fame, plus many art museums.

Visited Cleveland for my daughter to tour Case Western Reserve University. Very close! Little Italy was great! Excellent food! Property was clean and cozy! Would stay there again!

This little apartment in the heart of downtown Little Italy is the perfect home base for exploring Cleveland. The kitchen is equipped with basics like coffee, sugar, spices and plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds are very comfortable memory foam. And the entertainment system was spot on…PS4 with games, many DVDs and a fantastic record collection. There were also great coffee table books, some of which provided a history of Cleveland. The heat blasted into the back bedroom in the middle of the night, so instead of sleeping with the door closed, just prop the door open to allow it to circulate more. A great home away from home for 2 nights…thanks Adam!

Parking is provided, but you need to first go inside to grab the little diagram (the spots are down the street) which was very clear. The neighborhood is great - right down the street and around the corner are two amazing italian bakeries and several high quality italian restaurants (although no one seems to know how to make a decent latte so stick with american coffee). We even took the light rail one day which was about 2 blocks from the apt, and we walked to the Case Western campus. The price was right, check in was easy, and the host replied immediately when I got in touch upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

It was awesome. Loved the rental. Very clean and it’s location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. We used the RTA station right down the street to commute to town and back which was great.

This property was in a great location very close to little Italy with many things to do. The house was clean upon arrival and looked relatively new.

Wonderful stay in Little Italy!

Immaculate, thoughtfully-appointed and comfortable in a great location. Five minute drive to campus, quiet street in Little Italy. The off-street parking is very convenient. We will definitely book again.

Great spot just a few block from Little Italy. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay there again! Bonus: there’s a Fra-gi-le leg lamp in the house!

Loved the location and apartment gitting our needs perfectly

Email from the owner listed the wrong address, but the property was a duplex, so we were able to resolve it quickly. However, we did surprise the people staying in the other unit! Similarly, the wifi password was wrong in the email, so we could not initially connect. In the unit was the correct info, so once we found that, all was good. Property was just as described. We had a pleasant stay.

We came to Cleveland to drop off our son at Case Western Reserve. We thought about a hotel for the same price and were apprehensive about staying in a place this. But staying in this VRBO place was incredible!! For any future trips we will definitely book this place again!!

Excellent location, very walkable to both the Coventry and renovated University Circle, RTA, and of course, Murray Hill. Great stay and not for the first time.

The location can’t be beat. Quiet street and close to all that Little Italy has to offer. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the Little Italy/University Circle Red Line station (great for getting to the ballpark or north coast harbor). Home has lots of character, has everything you need and is clean. Very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

This is a great apartment! We loved the records! The only negative I will note is that you can hear the people upstairs super well, though we were very lucky and seemed to have very considerate people that were not loud late or anything.

This is the third time that we have stayed in this VRBO rental. (Actually, the first time was in the upstairs apartment.) The last two have been in the lower. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, neat and up-to-date. The area is clean, neat and quiet as well. Each night was peaceful and restful giving us a good-night's sleep. The apartment is within walking distance to local attractions including some very lovely eateries in Cleveland's Little Italy. When the weather is fit, take the opportunity to walk to the Cleveland Museum of Modern Art, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. All are in University Circle. Adam is a wonderful host. He is pleased to meet your needs while giving you space to relax and enjoy your stay. I believe that each time's a charm in this quaint little apartment.

Wonderful home and accommodating owner! Our trip, which was not for pleasure, was made much more enjoyable with our stay. The home was clean and inviting while nearby to some wonderful Italian food. Defiantly would recommend to all!

This rental was very cute, comfortable, and clean. The location was great. My family and I stayed at this location while my father was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic and it was a perfect spot for our stay, only a mile and half away from the main entrance. The rental was clean and had plenty of necessitates. Adam was very helpful and very accommodating to our needs and situation throughout our stay. There is off street parking available which was a blessing in Little Italy and the rental is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, which was also a blessing. There is washer and dryer on the property and it was very convenient to be able to do laundry during our stay. If we are ever in the Cleveland area again we would definitely stay at this location.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Its the lower floor of a house that is a short walk from the main drag in Little Italy. It had all the amenities needed and was in good, clean condition. My kids especially appreciated the video game setup and game selection. The owners were great to work with and overall we had a great experience.

We have stayed bwfore and would again. Kitchen and duplex has wverything you need. Just a few steps to the front door. Off street parking. Walking distance to CRWU and Case University Hospital. Restaurants nearby.

Easy access to RTA, therefore airport and downtown. Quiet area. Well kept house, thoughtful owner.
