Cozy home located just off of LBI. Views of the bay were spectacular. Easy drive or bike ride to the beaches. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Modern and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Emily’s beautiful home. Everything was pictured on the listing or even better. Such a treat to spend mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the bay and dinners outside with multiple nights of fireworks in the distance (we stayed over the week of July 4th). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. We appreciated the quiet setting on CBI with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, rides, etc on the main island. We hope to return again!

Emily & Tony’s house has an incredible outdoor area and full views of the bay. And the inside is just as extraordinary. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The house has an incredibly well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of linens and towels as well as tons of extra blankets for chilly evenings on the deck It's an easy to walk or drive onto LBI for supplies or beach time. Emily was super responsive, although we had no real reason to reach out to other than to ask about extending our stay!

Relaxing and peaceful Thanksgiving getaway. The views are just incredible from the kitchen, family room, side office, bedroom, even the bathroom. Just beyond expectation! Perfect location. Most well equipped kitchen ever! Everything you need to get away, de stress and enjoy being near the water. Emily was a very kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

This was our first time renting a house in the Jersey Shore. Emily & Tony’s house has the most amazing views of the bay that we enjoyed from morning until night. I’m still thinking about it and took lots of pictures. The pictures of the house are exactly the way it is. The house has a well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. We did cook at the house but didn’t use the barbecue that was on the deck. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. Watched all the ducks, gulls, osprey and my favorite was a swan family. Enjoyed one night listening to a band playing music from Ship Bottom bay beach. Each night’s sunset was better than the previous day. It was easy to go into LBI, near delicious restaurants and the badges for Surf City beach added to a great vacation. My daughter and niece used the floats in the bay, caught some crabs (threw them back) and sunned on the lounge chairs. Emily provided detailed information that was helpful and she was very responsive.

From the Crate and Barrel patio set to the Williams Sonoma kitchen towels, our stay was more than perfect, it was like a page out of a magazine! This was our 4th time to the area, but out first time staying in Cedar Bonnet. After this year, we will never go any place else. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and our Pug. It had everything we needed plus much more...2 bikes, 3 kayaks, a paddleboard, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even 6 beach passes! Everything was in great condition. The dock was our favorite part since we caught a bunch of crabs plus a huge eel! The inside of the house is super nice, but the master bedroom and bath are breathtaking! The jacuzzi tub (enough for 2) with a huge picture window of the bay, will make anyone feel like a princess. All the beds are so comfortable it was hard getting out of bed in the morning. The outside deck with the huge comfortable seating area was our favorite place to relax. The house is close to everything only a few minute drive to the beach and restaurants (you must try Mud City, The Boatyard, and Mainlands for dinner). Emily was very accessible and answered all of my questions and concerns within minutes. We are already counting down the days to next years stay!

Very relaxing stay. Great location. Sunsets were amazing. Great view of the bay from the deck and master bathroom 😀. House was nicely stocked with whatever you may need. Communication was great with Emily.

The house is beautiful, well-equipped, up-to-date and all-around comfortable. The owner is responsive and accommodating (no question too stupid 😊). The neighbors, who are permanent residents, are friendly and willing to offer tips on the surrounding area. The master bedroom is quiet and has a comfortable bed and big, bright windows. If not an early riser, bring your sleep mask. The middle room, which has a foam mattress with sink-in feel, and back room, which faces the street, are “darker” with a little traffic noise. We found it extremely convenient to have kayaks and bikes on-site and the dock, lounge chairs, hammock and sunsets will complete the feel of being “down the shore”. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Even though two days were cold and windy we still enjoyed the view (bring binocs!) and deck with very comfy blankets. The water is very shallow around the dock and the children enjoyed watching and catching jelly fish there ;))) Fishing & kayaking are great there! Neighbor Chuck gave us friendly advice to tour around the Bonnet Islands. Lots of relaxing nature time! Cozy, clean house. The beach is not open yet for the season so we enjoyed flying a kite and kids ran along the icy shore line for fun. Thank You so much Emily & Tony

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was clean, had everything we could need, and loved how it was decorated. We used the back deck a lot and enjoyed some meals with family there..

The view from the back is amazing. Incredible sunsets. It’s off the island so it’s very quiet. Quick drive or walk onto the island.

My family enjoyed the amazing views from this cozy renovated and beautifully decorated property! The master bedroom even had views from the renovated bath! Very cool to wake up and look out at cedar bonnet islands. The kitchen and living area were great too! We didn’t get to use the deck and outdoor items as much due to windy spring weather. Emily was quick to respond to any questions. Great stay!!

My parents, partner, and I had an amazing stay at Emily's beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house looks like it emerged from an issue of Coastal Living and has everything you could ever need. I was especially impressed with the kitchen, which was excellently stocked. It was an absolute pleasure cooking for my family in this kitchen. Beautiful deck with a beautiful view. Unbeatable location—perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. We took full advantage of the "toys," including the inflatables. The beds were very comfortable. Not pictured is an amazing soaking tub in the master bath with an incredible view of the bay. It was heaven. Emily was readily available by phone and email when we had questions. She was very thorough in her considerations for COVID, which we deeply appreciated. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great views of the bay, kayaking and relaxing. Really wonderful hosts who were always responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. This was the second year our family stayed here and as before a great time had by all!!

There are so many positive things to say about this rental house. The house itself is decorated beautifully. The layout works perfectly with three bedrooms on the second floor and the kitchen and living room in the first floor. A large deck, perfectly outfitted is off the living room and a smaller deck off the master bedroom. The first floor deck saw much use during our trip as the central location for everyone to congregate and relax. The glass walls give you the sense of having the open water right at your fingertips. The house itself is so well equipped that we ended up leaving much of what we brought in the car. Especially when it came to kitchen and cooking items. There are many tv and streaming options if you do happen to get a rainy day. The sleeping accommodations were extremely comfortable and the master bathroom looks to have recently been renovated with care. We loved the nautical theme. Walk in shower and hot tub bath. For those worried about not being on the ocean. We didn’t miss it. We spent many hours using the paddle board and kayaks and just exploring the bay. We also caught enough crabs off the dock for two meals while there. Other outdoor games were provided and kept everyone busy. If you do feel the need to go to the ocean it’s a short bike or car ride over the bridge. Easily accessible and 6 beach tags made it easy for the kids when they did decide to go there I’m sure I’m missing something but I’d just say that we’ve rented a number of houses on LBI and this was our favorite and nicest. Family came to visit and raved about the house. You’d have a hard time finding a nicer house and a better lbi experience. Oh and communicating with Emily was extremely easy and she was very accommodating.
