Place was nice. Parking is tight and the beds are a bit uncomfortable. Nice kitchen.

The location was great, but property had no curb appeal. There was rotting wood on all outdoor surfaces including deck, hand rail, and around all windows. There was also approximately 40 trash bags as we pulled in and remained the whole time we were there. I assume it had pine needles, but did not confirm. The beds may have been the worst part. We had a range of sizes of people stay from a young teen to adults. All the beds were too hard to get comfortable in, and a couple of them were at least 20 years old (I am being generous). The kitchen was nice, as was the layout, but everything was just a little grungy (including the fans and humidifiers left for us). There was cobwebs everywhere, and there was rust and mildew in showers. The large and heavy table was also a hazard, because the legs did not have all the screws and it nearly fell on us several times. I wish I could summit photos, because I documented it everything. Our family was very dissatisfied.

Several areas need maintenance especially the rails on the stairs going up to the property as you get splinters in your hands. The deck needed cleaning as it was loaded with pine straw and better instructions on the fireplace and heating needed to be provided. The property didn't indicate some lake view but that was not happening either. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

It was our first time visiting South Lake Tahoe and the location of the rental helped us maximize our time in town. We explored Heavenly village, gambled at the casinos, rented a boat for a day on the lake, grilled some food, soaked in the hot tub and created some great memories. The cabin was plenty big enough to accommodate or group, it had all the amenities we needed, it was very clean, and check in was easy.

Good layout to the house for our family/friends snowboard/ski trip. House was warm and water was always heated. Hot tub is a definately plus!

The cabin was pretty much exactly what is shown in the listing. Other than a few dirty sheets we noticed upon arrival, and the dishwasher not working, our experience was great. Would definitely stay here again. But please fix that dishwasher so the next group won’t have to hand wash everything!

This cabine has all of the lists that we were looking but it disappointed us. When we arrived the balcony was not clean it filled with lots of leaves like pans inside cabinet with eggs stick on it. Yes it has a Billiard but cues were out of use.

This was a really great house for what we needed. We did see upon arriving the house hadn’t been cleaned very well, there were dead flys and ants, spider webs and broken glasses in the cabinets. One of the beds had sand in it from who knows when. Luckily there were lots of other beds for people to sleep in. Overall the house was great, minus the cleaning upon arrival. Would stay here again!

The house was very close to South Lake Tahoe and lots of activities. The kitchen was fairly nice, but the rest of the house could use some updates. Definitely was an older home in need of some love but overall the stay was comfortable. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. There was lots of space for a large family or group to gather. The hot tub was nice but did not get very hot. There is no AC and only 2 fans available. I would recommend to the owner that additional fans be provided during the summer. The property management company was not responsive when I reached out for questions about checking in.

Besides a little confusion/trouble with the needed app to check in etc, everything went really well. Beautiful and spacious place. We did have a little moth problem, seeming to have many within the house each night, despite being very diligent on keeping and closing doors. Overall, a great stay.

The Cabin was cozy and at a great location. Only 5 minutes away from the Casinos and all stores from South Lake Tahoe. The deck and all the amenities worked great however the deck was covered in yellow pine pollen so we had to clean it up. The interior of the cabin was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, towels and blankets. We did not find clothes detergent, shampoo nor soap. These were minor things that I think the owner could include that would make a more convenient stay as we had to make an extra trip to the store when we realized these items were not there. The cabin is in an area surrounded by plenty of trees and even on hot days would maintain it cool. Overall our stay here was great and would recommend it to anyone.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had 4 people, including myself, in the group. We were supposed to have 6 but 2 people bailed. With only 4 ppl, the place was more than enough regarding space. Even with 6 ppl, it would have been comfortable. It was super clean with the exception of pollen everywhere, but that’s nobody’s fault. Location is super close to beaches and town. Our fave part was the kitchen.we cooked the majority of our meals and there were a lot of appliances that made it easy.

This is a great house for families. Lots of space for kids. House is stocked well with everything you need except bring your own toiletries ie, shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. House could use some updates especially in bathrooms, showers are old, and house needs minor repairs, broken lamp and holes in wall from door knobs. Has a beautiful kitchen, nice fire place and hot tub on the deck.

Overall this was a really nice place to stay. Minor maintenance is required and the inside could have been a bit cleaner. Overall this is an excellent place and we would recommend this place for sure.

The accommodations were great for a group of friends on a ski trip; however, the place needs a deep clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had not been deep cleaned in quite some time showing mold/mildew in the shower and dust/dirt in the bedroom. If you are going to use white linen make sure they are stain free at all times. Most linen was clean but there was one bed in particular that had a large stain on the comforter and sheets upon arrival. There was also an extra blanket in th living room which had gum stuck to it. In addition a steroid pack from the most recent guest was found in one of the bedrooms. The lodging could also use updated plugs in the bedrooms as it was a struggle finding them and getting your device to remain plugged in . ( Middle bedroom especially) The placed served it's purpose and allowed a great tip skiing, but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness.

The location is incredible - just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, casinos, Heavenly and the lake. The house is actually quite spacious and having the garage to park in was a huge bonus because we didn’t have to defrost and scrape snow off the car. Plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was fully supplied in terms of cookware etc. The hot tub worked wonderfully and we did enjoy our stay however the house could use some TLC. Nothing major, just dated and a little dingy, dings in the walls, old carpet, chipping floor in shower. Pool sticks were old and broken, closets and drawers had some junk in them, loose wires sticking out of walls. All that being said we’d stay here again for the purpose we needed becuase of the location, the hot tub and the space!

This property charges you significantly on cleaning fees but doesn't provide a clean house when you check-in. In my opinion, it is expensive for what they provide.
There was no shampoo, not enough paper towels and the dishes were greasy and stinky.

The house was clean, plenty of towels all very nicely folded on the beds, with lots of space for our group. Beds were comfortable and overall a decent place to stay. There were missing screens on some windows which made it challenging to cool off the house without letting bugs in, and a few repairs needed (kitchen faucet super loose and the soap holder in the dishwasher broken). We could have used a broom and dust pan when a glass coyote broke in the kitchen but overall it was a very nice stay.

Stay was great, bigger than expected. Great description all around. Hot tub was on and hot when we got there so that was nice. Pool table was full size (looked a bit smaller in the pic). I had a couple questions the day before check-in. They were super responsive.10/10 would recommend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend, it was close to everything. Originally we were going to ride bikes into town but there is a little bit of a hill on the main road up to the house but uber was just as easy and affordable because we were so close. The house itself fit all of us with plenty of extra living room space for game nights. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. The kitchen space is big and plenty of us could be in there at one time without having to be elbow to elbow. However we did notice there weren’t a lot of variety of pans when we were cooking but luckily we brought our own, this isn’t a complaint just a heads up. We also spent alot of time on the front deck which was very spacious and the hot tub was awesome! Overall the property was beautiful and very comfortable for the amount of people that we had in our group. I Would for-sure stay again!

Very nice house. Once you figure it out.
The house is very clean with a great location for many people. It has a hot tub on the front porch which seems clean and well managed. However, the layout can be a bit confusing when you first get in there. Imagine a jr version of the Winchester Mystery House. But that one hiccup aside, it’s a nice house with many bedrooms and a nice neighborhood.

Lake Tahoe Cabin
Overall, I think the property was accurately pictured. There were no surprises. It did tend to get a little hot due to no AC, but we were there on a warm weekend so it makes sense.
Prior to my stay, I had been trying to contact the property manager about payment options and had little to no response from him. I was not too pleased with the service I had received in that aspect. To check-in you had to download an app. All the information for wifi, door codes, and such was all in once place on the app so very easy. Overall, I would recommend this stay.

The location was great. First impression was not good, stair hand rail leading to house was in need of repair, with several of us getting slivers. Porch was dirty as were the chairs, which was not a good first impression. Fireplace did not work. Main toilet did not flush properly and when I called for assistance I was shocked by the horrible customer service I received. A plumber was sent out and it was fixed. Blinds throughout the house were either broken, dirty or did not work properly. A very disappointing experience.
