I can't say enough nice things about this property and owner. The home is even better than the photos! Tons of space for all to relax. It rained and was chilly the week we stayed so we were indoors at the house a lot and it did not disappoint! So much to do, we played board games, ping pong, cooked amazing meals and watched movies! Oh and the house is filled with amazing books to read in every room. The house is clean, very comfortable and felt like our own home. Sean the owner is very kind and super quick with responses to any questions. Location of the home is a very quick drive to excellent restaurants and beaches! We can't wait to come back again!

I am thrilled to write that Sean's lovely home was the center for our family to come and go, (all safely..being tested for COVID each time before returning) for November and December. The property was just as photographed, spacious, tastefully decorated with great care, fine art, and household items well curated. Each time we had a question or specific need, Sean was immediately available to quickly address. We loved our stay, had the most meaningful holidays for our family during these difficult pandemic days, and thank Sean for facilitating everything so well! None of us wanted to leave to return to our homes, and we will definitely return!

We always have such a great stay at Sean’s house. It is perfect for the adults and the kids. Super clean And comfortable- beautifully decorated. Screened in porch and backyard are so peaceful and lovely.

Had a great time getting together with family for Christmas and New Years. We used every inch of the house and loved it! There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together as well as retreat to... the kids loved the back yard where they played every day... we even made it to the beach to watch the waves .... overall great stay.

I have rented several homes in the past through VRBO and this was one of the best! The home is wonderfully kept and lovely. We were two families of 4 and grandparents, so a total of 10 people. Splitting the beds for 8 people in the main house was easy. But the last two people had to sleep in the pool house. The pool house is connected and a great place to hang out. However, compared to the main house, the basement room isn't the nicest (cold and dark). The loft trundle bed could use new sheets as well. Other than that, we didn't have any trouble. We love the house and the pool so much, we didn't even venture out much. The host, Sean was absolutely wonderful! We hope to be back in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend while in town for a family wedding. With 8 adults and a grandbaby, we all had private spaces yet plenty of room for being together for meals and gatherings. The house is impeccable and well appointed and the pool, outside play area and table tennis were added fun. Close drive to beach and town. Bring your own soap; none provided.

The house was ideal for four couples, an infant and a friend who came out from the city. The accomodations were very comfortable and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were visiting Southampton for the U.S. Open PGA Tournament at Shinnecock and the location was ideal as well as convenient to the village for shopping and dining and an easy drive to the beach. Also, it was easy to get on the Montauk Highway and visit other spots on Long Island. We found the owner Sean to be very responsive to all our questions and quick to meet any needs we had. Our rating for the property is five stars.

Just the vibe we were looking for with lots of comfortable space - rooms, basement, pool house, front and back yard, etc. Quick drive to Cooper's Beach and to Main St. We loved the kitchen/dining area where we got to make all our meals together and celebrate a special birthday. Sean was very accommodating and responsive too -- thank you!

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate New Years Eve with family. The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Thank you Sean for letting us rent your home for the most wonderful week in Southampton. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house - Beautifully decorated, clean and organized. The fabulous pool and expansive back yard and lounge area which we used every day. We love to cook and the fully stocked chefs kitchen and outdoor grill made cooking in and for friends delightful. All the modern amenities you can think of are provided within the home and Sean was always available with any questions. The location was ideal - quiet yet close to grocery stores, farmers markets and shops. Can't say enough wonderful things about our week at the house - would definitely return and hopefully for a longer stay.

Each time I like a place I am reluctant to share as it may not be available to us the next time. Note To Self: Book next year, today. We loved this home. It was perfect for our family. We will share memories of a lifetime. We each had our own room, grandma, grandpa, noni, my husband Adam and I and our two kids. When their friends came in for the weekend, we still had enough room, comfortably. The kitchen and baths were nice too. The location ideal. We drove to SoulCycle in Water Mill to Yoga in Sag Harbour and took long bike rides through the Village and to the Beach. It was perfect. Thank you again so very much! Debbi

The house is beautiful, spacious and has alot of outdoor space. Even more beautiful than the pictures! Easily slept 9 girls. The homeowner was so easy going and a pleasure to deal with. The house is close to Southampton Main street, wineries, & restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this property!

We recently stayed in the house for a long weekend. The house was comfortable for family and friends visiting and dining. The location is perfect for any time of year. Every thing we needed for a great family reunion.

The house was every bit as beautiful as advertised, and more so. The top features of the house are 1) the big open kitchen with high-end appliances (Sub-Zero fridge, Miele dishwasher, double oven), and 2) the big backyard with a fenced-in lawn, pool, and swingset. It was a great house for an extended family get-together like ours, which included a small child and a dog. The owner Sean was incredibly friendly and responsive by text and email. The house is conveniently located to downtown Southampton (a healthy walk or a very short drive) and is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. We didn't even need to use the extra 1.5 bedrooms in the pool house while we were there, but it would have been a great accommodation for additional family members or for a nanny. We were very happy with the rental and would definitely stay there again!

Our group of "60 somethings" rents houses in the northeast two or three times a year-- usually three or four couples: This house is in the top two or three we have rented: Immaculately clean and well appointed, it set us up for a terrific long weekend. Sean and Jennifer were most accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The bedroom arrangements and appointments are really well suited for couples (kings and queens exclusively) and everything in the house worked perfectly for us. We cook our own feasts and were quite comfortable at the huge dining room table which can easily seat 14 (we had 11 for dinner one night). The rear patio, yard and pool setting are really nice and we spent a great deal of time outside. Thank you!

We loved staying at this house during fall/winter and we would love to stay here again! We were especially looking for a house with a fireplace, large dining table, and an amazing kitchen and this place had it all and more! There is a large refrigerator and pantry to stock all of the groceries. There is plenty of counter space to work on in the kitchen. The open concept kitchen and living room was great – one could be in the kitchen while still visiting with friends. The second living room provided a place away from the action. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. The house was very clean. It was wonderful to have use of the washer and dryer on the second floor. The furniture in the house was also very comfortable for lounging. The extra space in the Pool House was very nice too. The area is quiet and is a short drive to town. The front and back yard are beautiful. The owner, Sean, was very easy to deal with and he was responsive to any inquiries. We recommend this house without hesitation!!!

My husband and adult children stayed at Sean's beautiful home for 6 nights while attending a Southampton wedding. It was a most wonderful stay for all of us! We so appreciated Sean's wonderful attention to details, and the quality of the home's furnishings. We lounged on the screened-in porch overlooking the pool and the manicured grounds, such a treat--even hung out in the pool house! We entertained 10 for dinner and dined on the incredible wood farm table. The home was super clean which I felt really good about and had comfy beds which we all liked. The neighborhood was quiet but the location is just a bike ride away from town & Sean had 3 bikes for our use!! We definitely didn't want to leave! Thank you, Sean, for your hospitality and your friendliness. It was a perfect vacation in Southampton!

Just returned from 5 nights at this property in The Hamptons. We were a group of 6 ladies enjoying a getaway to an area we had never visited before. The home was beautifully appointed and furnished and we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was on a quiet street, about a 5-10 min. drive from downtown Southampton, and some of the ladies even walked into town. The grounds were beautiful with a large in ground pool in a spectacular setting. The house was fully equipped with towels, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc and we all agreed that we would definitely rent this home again if we ever returned to The Hamptons. The guest house was a bonus for us as it gave us an extra bedroom and bathroom so everyone had their own space. There is a screened in sunroom which was great for evening cocktails. This is a MUST STAY place if you are visiting Southampton and the owner, Sean, was prompt in responding to pre-arrival emails and made sure we had directions etc. He even gave us the name of a driver to pick us up in New York and drive us to the property. The driver, Al, was the best driver we have ever had! Thanks to Sean and Al for making our vacation one of the best ever!

My family and I spent the Christmas holiday here and it was absolutely perfect. We had a great time sitting in front of the fireplace and cooking meals in the open kitchen. At the beginning of the rental period, Sean walked us through the house and made sure we knew how to use everything and answered all of our questions. We could not have been happier with the house and will definitely look to rent it for other occasions in the future.

A group of us rented this house for a bachelorette party in March. The house is perfect for a large group - beautiful kitchen, huge dining table perfect for a big dinner, lots of rooms and bathrooms that are all nicely appointed. It really is a beautiful house. The weather was not ideal during our stay, but we so enjoyed sitting by the fire and hanging out at the house that it didn't matter at all. There is a huge screened in back porch that would be great during the summer months. You definitely won't be disappointed.

My family had an incredible experience staying at this house for our Spring vacation. We are three couples, with two kids and one baby between all of us, so we needed a place with plenty of space for everyone to have a little privacy but also have a great time together. This house was all that and more. Every detail has been attended to, from the gorgeous kitchen stocked with top of the line appliances, the lounge furniture scattered everywhere you would want it to be, the beautifully and tastefully decorated rooms, and above all, Sean's attentive and friendly service. A few key highlights about the house: in-room bathrooms for almost every bedroom, with gorgeous clawfoot tubs or oversized showers; the huge dining room table perfect for family gatherings, the ping pong table in the basement, and the tree swing in the backyard. Everything was sparkling clean, and maintained with love and attention. (There are even paintings made by Sean's children on the walls!) Sean lives nearby, close enough to be available if you need him, but doesn't hover too much, so you don't feel like you are invading! He let the kids play in his huge backyard, which borders the backyard of the rental house--the kids loved it! I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a larger group of people, especially in the off-season when walking proximity to the beach (it's about 2 miles away) is less of a priority. The highway is nearby, so traveling to other locations in the Hamptons for day trips is easy.

I had such a positive experience with this rental. The owner was direct, friendly and the pictures of the house didn't do it justice. Your first step in and you'll feel like you are at home. Everything is well decorated and functional. I was hosting a party of 9 for a weekend. It was important to have multiple areas for guests to sit, and one large gathering area for meals. The house more than delivered. There were multiple TVs for those who wanted to watch movies (or sports), a beautiful kitchen with gas stove, a breakfast bar so that people would talk with me while I cooked, multiple gathering areas to sit and talk, a beautiful front and back porch to sit and drink coffee on...there were so many features I took advantage of, and so many more I didnt get the chance too enjoy. I would absolutely rent from this owner again, and would love to re-rent this home.
