Elevacres is as advertised in the pictures, descriptions and past reviews on VRBO. We had 9 family members at the house, ranging from 80+ to 1.5 years and our only complaint was the time there blew by way too fast. When you combine the house, the surrounding grounds (including the pool and hot tub) and the awesome views, its hard to beat. We've stayed at many VRBO's over the years and Kevin is certainty the nicest and most responsive owner/host we've experienced.

We went here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Pool, hot tub, huge yard and games downstairs. Not to mention the views from every room are amazing. The only downside is that the closest grocery store is about 20 min away however, there is a convenience store about 6 min away.

This place was awesome. It was quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you could need. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful views all around. The pool kept all four of our children occupied for hours when we were at the house. Food store was a nice short drive (10 min) from the house Convenient for restocking items as needed. The beds were comfortable and layout of the house was great for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoy the outdoors and were able to spend a beautiful day on the Blue Ridge Parkway - up to Mount Mitchell and were happy to see a little black bear on our way back down the mountain! Another day was spent at Fontana Lake, which was an absolutely beautiful hour drive to get there. The lake is amazing and everyone in our family agrees that it was the best day of our trip. This house was a nice spot in the middle of the activities we enjoyed and not far off the highway that we traveled to get there. Convenient location, beautiful views, quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The owner, Kevin, was very kind to offer suggestions for local activities and responsive to our questions.

House was very nice and perfect for our family. Check in and out was very easy. Owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay there again.

Have already booked for next year. We have been Asheville area nomads for a few summers since the owners of the property we rented for years retired and took it off the market. We may have found our new favorite! Plenty of space for everyone with a terrific heated pool.

Beautiful views, quite

We stayed at the home for a yearly family get together. The pool and hot tub was clean and functioned well. Communication with owner was very good. The property had everything we needed.

Perfect getaway for a family. Well appointed and clean home. Pool was lovely and loved by the kids. View from the front porch was spectacular. Far enough out to be perfectly peaceful, close enough into town to be accessible when you need a restock.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property last week! It was the perfect place for everyone - from my 8 year old son to my 77 year old father. The house was in a good location for all our activities. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and playing kickball in the yard. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location quiet and serene. Enjoyed our time there despite the rainy cold weather. We did get 1 pool day and that was awsome.

Beautiful house and location. Everything was as advertised. The house is cozy and very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a large group & has all of the amenities we needed & more. Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements allowed for comfort and privacy for our group of 8. Only about 15 minutes from downtown. This house was the perfect setting for a long weekend that actually felt like rest, relaxation and re-connection with family & friends. The view on the front porch is amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice! Even more spectacular in person! Would definitely stay again. Highly, recommend.

The house and grounds were in great shape. Our kids ranged in age from 3 to 15 years and had no problem entertaining themselves. The pool and hot tub were warm and wonderful. Plenty of different spaces for people to be. All appliances that we used worked (washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, coffee pot, fridge). Owner was very quick to respond when I contacted him a couple times during our stay. Already looking at dates to rebook in the Fall.

The property was Scenic. And, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get to all the locations we like to go to while staying near Ashville e.g. hiking, arboretum, nature center, restaurants, downtown, etc. The home was roomy and a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The entire property was truly amazing and we would love to return someday!

The best part of the property were the views. From both the back and front yards. We all found ourselves at various moments throughout our week there stopping and simply staring at the view in the quiet. Also, the view at night of SO many stars. We were coming from a more metropolitan area loved how bright all of the stars were at night. The owner (Kevin) stopped by to welcome us and give us some good tips for restaurants and things to do. The home itself was more the sufficient and well kept. Highly recommended!

The standout of this property are the views. The house was plenty big for 2 families to share (total of 9 people). One day, 3 of us went exploring and hiking (it was awesome), though I will warn you that it is strenuous and if your young kids are whiny like mine, they won’t enjoy the hike. The property is only about 20 min to Asheville so we were able to go out to eat one of the nights. It was December and cold, so most of the time we were inside playing games and hanging out. One thing we needed was a pizza cutter but were able to buy one at the grocery store. Overall, it felt like staying at a family member’s house. We felt welcomed and warm. The ceiling fans were dusty, some parts were a little outdated, but we didn’t care and had a great time! Now I want to buy property in Leicester!

This property is beautiful! Everything was very well stocked... everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels, extra pillows and blankets. The ping pong and air hockey table were a huge hit with our kids ranging in ages from 4-12. Kevin was very responsive and emailed to make sure we got in ok and everything was up to par 🙂 Downtown Asheville is about 25 minutes away but I'm my opinion the peacefulness and comfort of the house is worth the drive.

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s house! The pool and swing set keep our little ones busy the whole trip! We enjoyed the open living room area and the option of indoor or outdoor dining! Good outdoor space for all kinds of yard games!

This was a great vacation house and property for our families. We had plenty of space, the mattresses were nice, kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool and hot tub and the yard was perfect for baseball games (the kids current obsession.)

This is the second year we've rented this house. We love it. It is exactly as advertised.

We will be back! Kevin, made us feel at home, and checked in often to make sure we didn't need anything. We lived on the back porch, and loved the pool. Location is breathtaking, we loved being secluded, but still 20 min from Asheville!

We loved staying at this property. It was a perfect size to accommodate our two families which included 6 little boys! We enjoyed the pool everyday, soaked up the beautiful views, and took advantage of the playground / fire pit / and hiking trail. It was an easy drive to Asheville as well. Kevin was very helpful and responsive when we reached out. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from it all!
