Beautiful weather. Nice beach. Enjoyed every day!

This is a great little two bedroom rental. It is so close to the beach. The access walk to the beach also is right at the place where there is a food and drink place that you can hit right before you walk out to the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make coffee etc. Coral the owner was very detailed in her instructions and parking info which was included. The only negatives which don’t matter is the property as a whole is a little dated and the area walking up to the actual entrance looks a little rough but once inside rental and considering the great location that doesn’t even factor in.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The size was good for the 3 of us that stayed. It’s close to several food options. The owner was very responsive, had good communication. It’s a little dated but gets the job done. The bathroom was still a little dirty when we arrived, there was some hair left in the tub. The complex itself was kind of noisy at times. You could easily hear people walking around, slamming doors or sometimes even talking outside, especially at night. Overall it was a good place for the price.

Great location

We love staying in this area. The complex is old but it’s still an awesome place to vacation. The view from the balcony to have morning coffee or sunset drinks is incredible. Check in is super easy. She has a lock bock with a key and a spare key in the condo. (A digital lock would be much easier but not a big deal). We did t cook all week but did use fridge for drinks and used the coffee maker. There seemed to be ample things for cooking. The shower was fine and we were left some extra towels since we were there 10 days which was nice. This isn’t a hotel so you need to bring things like soap, shampoo, paper towel, toilet paper etc…Coral was super responsive to getting our car passes as we rented two different cars throughout the week. She was also super responsive to all our questions prior to heading down. The pool area is nice as it was always out of the wind and nice and warm. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. WiFi seemed to work good. Not sure what cable offered as we always bring our Roku stick when we travel. So many great places to eat and drink within two blocks of condo. Paradise grill on the beach is across the street so we’d get bfast there everyday. They also have amazing lunch food and drinks. Our other favorites for food are Rick’s Reef, Willy’s and Buoys. Woodys s awesome for drinks as they are on the water but their food is ok. The ac worked just fine. There was ample blankets and pillows. We will definitely visit Corals condo again!

Very clean condo with just what we needed for our stay in St Pete! It’s just short walk away from Upham Beach with a rooftop view of the ocean and within walking distance of many good places to eat.

Great location….. in the middle of everything

We love St Pete Beach and we love Gulf winds condos! The price on this condo is great for a two bedroom. Last year we stayed in another condo one building closer and it was small and only one bedroom and double the price. There was confusion during check in BUT the host got it squared away fast. The room was slightly dirty but with the confusion and the cleaner being rushed it was understandable.

Location is amazing and is only a few steps away from one of the best beach you'll find. The place is very spacious and has everything you need for a stay. If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants a short walk away (Rick's Reef, Willy's and a load of chain restaurants such as McDonald's, Dunkin, Subway, Waffle House, etc too). Coral was an excellent host and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here next time

This location is awesome. Very nice people that live here. No elevatorsnt. and no restroom at pool is very inconvenient.

property is fabulous, clean , roomy , comfy furniture, patio very nice , great location just steps from beach , walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife . Would highly recommend staying here , we enjoyed our visit, this two bedroom unit was comfortable even with company. Will not disappoint with location

Beach was just steps away. Many restaurants were within a short walk away too! Bathtub drained a little slow but everything was good.

Everything we needed and loved the deck with gulf views and sunsets right from our own spot! Coral was responsive and prompt. Would stay again!

This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo a block from the beach was wonderful! It was just like the photos. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner including a potato masher. It was great to have a dishwasher! We enjoyed sitting on the roof top deck. The Paradise Grill is at the entrance to the beach and serves great food. Since this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, we packed smaller bags and our backpacks which made it easier to get everything in and out of the condo. We enjoyed the heated pool, shuffleboard and the beach!

Had everything we were looking for. Beach real close, pool, restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Coral is great at communication and promptly responded to any inquires I had. The space is in a fantastic location, right across the street from Upham Beach on the Gulf. Upon arrival the floors were really gritty - to be expected as the condo is right off the beach - but the cleaning crew could have done a better job on the floors. Also, only a minuscule amount of hand soap was left on arrival - no refill to be found - but there was plenty of sunscreen and shampoo / conditioner - which I did not expect! We were also only provided with two rolls of toilet paper - no biggie - we replenished it. I’d say my biggest qualm with this rental are the beds. Both are sunken in the middle. The mattress toppers on each are thick, hot and do not provide any support to counteract the sunken mattresses. Now after a long day of Florida sunshine, you’ll sleep just about anywhere! But I had to mention how uncomfortable the beds are. All in all this is a great rental in a great location for a great price! With better mattresses I’d give it 5 stars.

The mattresses and appliances could be updated without too much expense and then it would be the perfect getaway. The location was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we needed for a girls trip...

I think the host could have been more accommodating. I asked for more towels and was told that the cleaning people said they left enough. I felt she thought we were lying. We brought our own beach towels like she asked. Maybe they thought there were only 2 of us instead of 3. We had 5 towels for the week! I use 2 alone when I shower. It wasn't enough for a week. I was told I would be refunded and could go to a hotel! I didn't want to leave I just wanted TOWELS!!! I believe if you are going to list your property you should accommodate your guests. There were some minor issues but we took care of them ourselves like a blocked tub in which we bought Drano. In the end we did have a great vacation! Would I stay here again, I don't think so.

Been going to Gulfwinds for about 4yrs. now with our grandson, he is nine now always enjoy ourselves great location,very clean close to many restaurants. Beach is right their, and so is pool. 👌

Our group was 2 moms and our 9 year olds. This was the perfect location for us. Our kids slept in the beds with us.. Are these these best beds? No.. but after spending sun up to sun down at the beach and exploring we didn’t care. The place is dated but very beachy and everything worked out perfectly. We loved that there were plenty of beach toys and a rolling cooler. The roof top patio was nice in the evenings to just sit and relax. Wi-Fi connection and cell service was completely fine. Check in/out was easy and parking was great. Overall we all would rebook this condo again! Thanks Carol!

Overall stay was ok, still sand all over floor from previous renter, Beds really do need upgraded, they were terrible,had someone enter when we weren’t there to just put a paper on the table about new pool code, great location for beach, not far fromClearwater.

Four adults were able to each have their own space during the trip. Location is GREAT for heading to the beach, restaurants and fun little shops while still being in a quiet and secluded area. Host was very responsive and informative with the whole process and answered any questions that were asked in a timely manner! Will stay here again and coming back in a few weeks to stay again.

The description is very accurate. The condo was in a perfect location close to the beach and restaurants and bars. It has everything you need. It is perfect for a small family. The beach chairs and cooler were a very nice added touch. I would definitely stay here again. In fact it may be my go to spot for future trips to St Pete.
