Couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay here! The house was incredibly spacious and had a lovely indoor/outdoor area. The fact this is the bioluminescent bay and we were able to experience such beauty was remarkable. We took the kayaks out in the evening and were able to see it. 10/10 recommend a stay here!

If you want peace, then stay here. Beautiful house on the water with a private beach. Going into town for dinner, etc. is a 45 minute drive. There a few options closer to the house. Zero traffic and few people. Hot tub was great.

We had a wonderful and relaxing beach getaway at Sea Magic. It’s a beautiful home with a fresh beach feel. It’s location in the bay feels private and peaceful. We loved kayaking in the bay and the beautiful views.The upside down jelly fish kept us from snorkeling like we had hoped. There was a red starfish that hung around the dock and Rum Point was just down the road to catch a boat out for snorkeling or other water activities. We loved Kaibo! We liked making day trips to Seven Mile beach (about an hour drive) and then coming home to the privacy of Sea Magic. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved our time at Grand Cayman. Crazy how you can be 7 miles away via water and yet it takes an hour to get to most places. We lived the bedrooms and the use of the kayaks and the little pool. Great vacation!

This is an excellent property!! We loved the location, the cleanliness and the privacy.

Great property in a great location if you are looking for a more relaxed, quiet vacation away from the chaos that is seven mile beach. We hit the lunar cycle just right for vibrant light in the bay, which is right out front and accessible with the provided kayaks. Kayaks themselves could use replacing, as one had a hole in it and one of the paddles were broke when we arrived. Both problems were quickly fixed while we were there, so kudos to the property managers for that. The jets on the swim spa go a little wild at times spraying outside of the unit itself, getting everything soaked in it's path. No big deal and it was always good for a laugh watching the kids freak out when it happened. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4. Very nice screened in outside space on both levels, road and beach side. The spiral staircase makes it feel like an upscale Swiss Family Robinson home. Very clean, comfortable, and up to date. All of the amenities were provided including some condiments in the fridge, coffee/filters, bath towels, and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to seeing the updates to Rum Point when we do. It was our favorite area we discovered on our previous trip to the island and the reason we chose to stay in the area this trip. Literally the only let down of the trip was the current condition of Rum Point. Hoping it keeps its original charm after completion.

Sea Magic was great. The property was very clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Nice landscaping. All of the rooms have screens so the air con is not required. The kitchen had 2 pots and 2 pans so I dont think there has been much cooking going on there but otherwise everything we needed was there. WiFi worked fine. The spiral staircase leading upstairs was a bit tight getting our large bags up The property has a nice sandy beach into the bay. Calm protected water. The bioluminescence was great to see. The orange single seat kayak has two holes in the keel which I patched with silicone as a temporary fix so beware. The double seat kayak is fine and we used it to paddle out to the reef for snorkeling. The sand flat east of the point is kind of a mini stingray city and easily kayakable as is Starfish Point. When we get back around to Grand Cayman we would definitely stay at Sea Magic again. Highly recommend Tukka for great food. And avoid the coconut snapper at Kai bo point; seems to be Gordons fish sticks

This was the perfect quiet getaway my husband and I were looking for. The house is in a beautiful location & we were able to see the bioluminescence in the lagoon right out front. We brought our paddle boards with us and enjoyed those on the calm waters just off the private beach. We also snorkeled. Enjoyed coffee on the beach, the dunk pool/hot tub and amazing weather. Beautifully decorated, comfortable home. We hope to return again soon!

My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful property. It is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxation. The property is as advertised. It was clean and very well appointed. We had an issue with the water heater but the property manager had it resolved in about an hour. I can't wait to return to Cayman and I would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful experience at Sea Magic on Grand Cayman. The property is everything described in the listing and more. Perfectly located at the open end of Bioluminescence Bay, the vistas and water activities were awesome. The two kayaks provided were a big plus. Janice from Cayman Villas was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house is beautifully decorated and the floor plan is very comfortable. The Rum Point area is very mellow and has a very private, non-touristy feel. We can’t wait to come back to Sea Magic!

If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the Commerical and Touristy Seven Mile Beach - then this is the place. The home is well constructed and designed and as described on the listing. ground floor and upper level balconies to look out at the sunrise and sunset over the bioluminescence bay. Very peaceful and serene and ample space to entertain if you so desire. Judy was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Sweet home in quiet area of Grand Cayman - exactly what my family of four wanted and needed. Will return!

The pictures actually do not do this property justice. The house was amazing! Very quiet and very private which is what we wanted.

Sometimes, rentals disappoint as compared to the pictures. Sea Magic is better than the pictures. Lovely residence. Spacious. Impeccably clean. Private. Safe (a neighbor was nice enough to stop by after the earthquake). Everything worked - - including the ice maker and that never works!! The master bed and pillows were even comfortable. You can be inside or outside and still appreciate the outdoors. Highly recommend. Restaurant Kaibo, just minutes away, was great and very accommodating. In fact, the island as a whole is clean and friendly and very kind to tourists. NOTE: We debated about renting a car. Sea Magic is at the very tip of the island. You need to rent a car.

The only reason that we did not give the property a five star review was the construction next door and the inability to control the air conditioning. Also, there was no pool, just a very large hot tub which was great once we got the heater working (24 hour delay). We loved the place and would stay again. The checkin process could be much easier using technology.

Had a fabulous time here for my husbands 70 th Birthday. Great location, enjoyed kayaking going to Rum Point and Kaibo. House is beautiful, our only complaint was the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. We would love to return soon.

This place was perfect!! Beautiful home. We loved the location, house, all of it! It was nice to be able to walk to the restaurant down the street. Loved being on the bay. Can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying in this house during our short visit. It was very close to Rum Point. We did a great snorkel from Cayman Kai Beach to Rum Point & Starfish Point. We could see the tour boats out at Stingray City...they looked pretty far, but it was a beautiful day, so we decided to try taking the kayak from the house out there. It took about 45 minutes each way (~2.25 miles each way)...it was great. We also tried to see the bioluminescent bay one night on the kayak, but it's dependent on the moon cycle, so we didn't have great luck with that. We enjoyed a sunset dinner at Over The Edge. Would love to go back and stay at Sea Magic again!

We had a great time at Sea Magic for our stay! From the time we arrived to our last day we enjoyed the property amenities, the bay, the kayaks and of course the jet pool! Great communication from the property management company, Stephen. We loved everything about the property and we will definitely be back in the future!

The house was perfect for us. Right on the bioluminescent lagoon and within walking distance of both Rum Point and Kaibo. There were plenty of nice restaurants with-in 15 minutes to half hour drive that were great spots. All right on the water. We would definitely rent Sea Magic again.

This is a wonderful house!! The location is quiet and remote. There are three things that would make it perfect: needs new mattresses ( especially pull out bed downstairs, very bad condition), needs cookie sheets to heat pizzas, and a hairdryer. The house was newly renovated and just adorable. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks! Tish

We were impressed from the minute we walked into Sea Magic. The home is decorated with upscale fixtures and decor. Everything was clean and fresh. The towels and linens were plush and the air conditioner was top notch. It kept the entire home cool and was delightful. The home had two kayaks which were available to take out into the bay. This was so much fun. We had a great time in the Jacuzzi and loved the colored lights and water sprays. It was such a wonderful place to stay with our three teenage children. We have created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful home. We hope to be back someday. Gina Stoughton
