The property was fantastic and the condo was just as described. It was conveniently located in the middle of the village. Sadly Tahoe got too much snow and rain so the ice rink was closed the entire time we were there and some of the shops and the mountain were closed for a couple of days. We still had a fantastic time nonetheless and I would highly recommend this host. If we go back to Northstar we will definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in for a ski trip. Very convenient to the gondola and village activities. The unit had everything you could want.

Wanted to say how nicely this worked for our multigenerational family trip. Loved that there was dining table and chairs to fit everyone together. Room for everyone in the living room together. Layout of the unit meant that those up early could be in the living/dining/kitchen end, while the bedroom end was far enough away that others could sleep in. Wifi was great. Kitchen stocked enough so we ate most meals in the unit. Nice large entry area with closet for all snow gear. Washer/Dryer handy. Short walk to gondola and up to skiing (4 minutes) - but then skied right to building when coming back. Storage locker deep enough for 8 sets of skies, poles, and snowboards. Took our boots up to the unit. Loved the hot tubs - we used them every evening and no one else did!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing! Very clean, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots and pans etc. Dining room with 10 chairs so room at the table for the 8 of us. My only complaint is that I tried to call for a late check out and the message states that if you stay on the line you will be charged for the call. I hung up and sent a text(number provided in the binder) No one ever answered me. Also the wifi password in the binder is incorrect. The correct code is on the router. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing at Northstar!

We’ve stayed in each building around the village over the past 12 summers and this unit in Iron Horse South is one of the best.

The accommodations were amazing ! Lots to do right in the village and just a short drive into town and to the lake. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations ! Extremely clean and the beds were comfortable ! Can’t wait to visit again!

Super easy process. Wonderful and spacious four bedroom on a prime corner overlooking the village. Very clean and comfortable.

As described - wonderful property right in the village overlooking the ice rink. Was concerned that only one parking spot comes assigned to the property, as we had two cars, but not a problem at all to get a second spot (even during Ski Week).

Great location, beautiful property. We were disappointed to find no working oven when we arrived with all our groceries but the management company worked with us on a solution. We never got a working oven but still managed to have a wonderful trip. We appreciated the efforts of the management company to try and replace the oven while we were there.

Stayed four nights with two families. Location was perfect. Short walk to the gondola, ski school, hot tub, etc. Truckee and Lake Tahoe a very short drive if you want to get out of the resort. COVID issues lingered. Restaurants shut down, steam room closed, etc but that’s not unique to Northstar.

This was a wonderful experience! The unit itself was perfect for our family group. It was very clean upon our arrival and had all the amenities needed. One of our favorite aspects was its location; access to all the great things at the Northstar Village and the view of the Village center from our unit! Also, Brooke, who coordinated our visit, was excellent to work with!

The condo is just as advertised. Very convenient to the ski slopes and the village. Very well maintained. Very responsive maintenance people.

Everything is perfect - the location, the floorplan, the amenities, the ski locker so you dont have to bring your things upstairs, the kitchen for cooking meals - everything. This is a very nice place.

We wanted to celebrate my son’s sixth birthday in Tahoe and surprise him with a ski lesson. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were at the heart of the village with a great view of the ice-skating rink. The host was responsive and gracious enough to extend our check out. Everything went well except the timing of snow! My son’s ski lessons got canceled as they pushed back the season opening. However, the ice-skating rink and the gondola to Ritz Carlton where there was a good patch of snow for the kids to do some snow fights and sledding made up for ski cancellation. The property was well equipped and maintained. The only problem we experienced was the TV as it was frozen: we couldn’t turn it on or off! Nonetheless, that didn’t bother us, as we don’t watch much TV! Thank you and we will definitely be back.

This is our 7th Thanksgiving up in Northstar with every year being in a different condo and every year being different with the snow conditions. Snow or no snow we come to stay. This year was the best condo we stayed in out of all the seven. Very clean, check in was easy, and the view over the ice rink was beautiful! I give it a 5 star rating and will be renting this condo for 2022 Thanksgiving. Thank you The Taylor Family Rocklin, California

We loved staying here! There were 8 extended family members and it held us perfectly. The layout is great, keeping kitchen and living room separate from the bedrooms. We stayed in summer so the area was pretty quiet. The condo was incredibly well stocked. We were able to cook many meals here and had all the pans and utensils we could need. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tubs were nice, not too crowded (im sure that changes in winter) and the resort is in a great location. Maybe a 15 minute drive to the lake edge, and 20 to King’s beach. Our only very minor complaints were the speakers for the tv had a lot of noise, and the last two bedrooms got a little stuffy because they didn’t have air temp controls like the other rooms. Fantastic place overall!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable, exactly what we expected when we found it on vrbo.

Easy check in/out. Centrally located in the village. Baths/bedrooms on one side, living space on the other side--makes it great for groups waking or sleeping at different times. Great for families/friends.

This property is everything you could want in Northstar. Great location and the listing is extremely accurate. We will look to stay here again next season.

This was the ideal property for our week-long COVID ski escape with the family. There were 6 adults and two children (12 and 14) in total and the condo provided tons of space for us all to spread out and enjoy our time on the slopes. The property had all the cooking items needed to cook in all our meals - since the Village restaurants remained closed while we were there. Wonderful property.
