If you are looking for a place to stay in Sun Valley, stop looking and book this unit now. This impressive unit has every modern convenience, is exceptionally clean and extremely well-maintained. The place looks and feels like it is brand-new. The owners take obvious pride in keeping their unit in tip-top shape and in providing their guests with resources to make their stays trouble-free. The communications with the owners were outstanding, including a very detailed and useful on-site Renter's Manual that provides comprehensive and detailed instructions for virtually every aspect of the unit. My wife and I spent four nights here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The total ambiance of this place was enhanced by the gently-running waterfall in the quiet and relaxing patio in the back yard. All other vRBO places we have stayed at in recent years pale in comparison to this spectacular town house.

We had a wonderful stay. This is our 2nd trip to Sun Valley but the first time staying in this home. The home was as described in the listing. Very well done, comfortable and well equipped. We loved spending time in the great room with the sun pouring in and the view of the snow-covered mountain behind the house. Communication with Steve was top notch. Hope to return in the future.

What a beautiful property! From the top of line appliances in the gourmet chef's kitchen to the fully stocked pantry, this exquisite property is truly a "gem" in the Gem State. The property features an incredible outdoor seating area with a water feature that is so relaxing and inviting you will want to spend all your time on the patio. This property is so tastefully decorated with beautiful art work and furnishings, it is a masterpiece. The host is so attentive and always checking in with you to see if there is anything that you might need. I will stay here every time I return to the Ketchum/Sun Valley area.

A beautiful, serene, and well-appointed home. The owners provided a thorough booklet on the details of the property. The linens were superb. The windows in the home are fantastic - all of the natural light in the main living area was both soothing and invigorating. The owners were very approachable and accommodating.

Property was as described, spacious and very well-equipped and conveniently close to Ketchum. Beautiful home with a peaceful waterfall in the backyard. Lots of walking trails and wildlife. Owner’s communication was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate my 70th birthday. When we walked in we were just so impressed at the beauty of this well-kept home. It is immaculately clean with all the upgrades you can imagine. The kitchen is so perfectly stocked we cooked up a storm and happily drank the bottle of wine that was left for our arrival.We truly did not want to leave!The house is so bright and warm in the chill of winter with the sun streaming in, and the large fireplace to warm you at night when the sun goes down behind the mountain. They even provide candles to add to the ambience.I cannot say enough about this property and we will definitely rent again. It was very quite and I enjoyed having the adjacent golf course to walk my dog each day. The owner have really "tricked" this house out with a Wolff oven, lights that are on sensors, Nest thermostat, big TV over the fireplace and very comfy furniture. I love to cook when I am on vacation and the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, and bakeware. Can't wait to go back again!

My husband, adult daughter and I spent several nights at this beautiful, well-equipped, and comfortable home and had a great time. The location is perfect for exploring the area because it’s so close to Ketchum. We hiked in the Sawtooths every day and loved being able to relax in comfort after a strenuous day. Everything you could need is thoughtfully supplied by the owners, including a delicious bottle of wine! The only unfortunate part of our visit was the incredible amount of smoke from the wildfires in CA, OR, and WA that almost obscured the mountains. However, we hope to return when the skies are clear and when we do, we’d love to stay here again. The flowing stream next to the property is wonderful!Thank you for opening up your beautiful home!

The property was exactly as described but better. Excellent furnishing, comfortable, clean and all the amenities we needed. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. I will check in to see if "Casa de Ferg" is available for my next trip.
