We spend every year at a 30A property and this one was fantastic. Lots of space and the owners are generous with the extras (bars of soap, extra linens, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) We would highly recommend this rental to friends. My only recommendation is to move the check-in time to 4PM and check out time to 10AM.

The home is both beautiful and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating with our needs. It was nice that hand soaps were in every bathroom along with extra toilet paper, especially when you are going for just a long weekend. It’s the little conveniences like these that make a difference. We will definitely be back just not soon enough. I definitely recommend Grace Haven to everyone looking to stay in Seacrest! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home with lots of room for 6 girlfriends to spend a weekend away from all our kids! Toiletries were limited, and we had buy wine glasses, but the location was perfect!!

House was beautiful and well-stocked with fantastic amenities. The pool was spacious and offered plenty of seating options and space where it never felt crowded. The dedicated beach space was entirely too small for the amount of homes in the neighborhood but that was the only drawback of the entire vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was top-notch.

Excellent property! We have been coming to Seacrest for 7 years and this is the 6th different property we have stayed at. I think it is the best so far! Grace Haven's location is fantastic...Judy a short walk to the pool and 20 steps to the tram stop. The place was incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. This a place we will definitely stay at again!

As much as the location is great, that’s about the extent of it. Upon arrival the floors were covered in sand. Didn’t seem as if housekeeping vacuumed the floors at all. We immediately got out the vacuum and started cleaning the sand off the floors. The living space does not accommodate the amount of people the home will sleep. So for gathering around the tv or just to sit and chat with all the girls…didn’t happen bc of limited space. Upstairs bedroom doors to the outside would not lock and when the storm blew in, the doors blew open and were a struggle to close. The tram pick up was fantastic! However, the amount of beach space that’s available for the area…insanely small. We were literally crammed in like cattle in horse trailer. Unfortunately we will not choose this location again. We have stayed on 30A for years with this being our first time at Seacrest Beach but it will be our last! So sorry I don’t have more positives to write about.

We really enjoyed the house. It is very pretty, and I especially liked all the framed verses and sayings. The bedrooms are all a good size, and this house met our needs very well.

The home was perfect size for 7 adults and 2 children. I am from Florida and very disappointed in what the beach has turned into there. The umbrella companies have ruined it for me. We will not visit that area again.

This was our second time staying at Grace Haven”. We feel so at home. So comfortable and such a beautiful place. The bikes are a great hit with our family! Hollie is a great host and goes above and beyond for us!!! We will be back!!

Grace Haven was amazing! The property was even better than the listing. Super clean and the home had everything we needed. There were bikes and scooters for us to use. Only two blocks to the pool and the tram has a stop right by the house. Can’t wait to visit next year!

This house was perfect for our beach getaway. Being able to walk to the pool, the beach, and to shops/restaurants was truly the best! The house itself was extremely nice, well-decorated, and had plenty of space for two families to comfortably stay in. The property manager was also very responsive when we had a minor issue upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 5 teenage boys and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice nee amenities and everything we needed for an amazing stay!

We had an amazing time at Flip Flop Therapy. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had the total of ten people in the house. The open kitchen, family room and dining room was put to great use by us. By the way the kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked everyday of our stay. The house is in great location, definitely a key when travel with kids. We could walk to the pool and to the shops and restaurantes, if needed. The shuttle stop was besides the house, very convenient when you have kids and all the beach stuff to carry with you. We had the best time at the property, and Hollie was great answering question and giving all the assistance necessary.

The house was perfect with everything we could need! All we needed was our swimsuits & beach towels. Some homes do not even offer Salt & Pepper, but there was an amazing assortment of spices in the spice drawer. Big time PLUS for the chef in our family. Along with some cleaning supplies in the kitchen, it was perfect for two families with small kids. The house is close to the pool, beach, and shopping. The included bikes made it much easier to explore. They outside storage had all the beach necessities. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood three times and would DEFINITELY choose this house again! The host, Hollie, was happy & prompt to anything we had questions about- even after the trip when items were left at the house!

What can I say? Everything about this house is perfect! It is accessible for all, including any older family members you may have. The kitchen is so so well stocked with all the appliances, making it easy to have many meals at the house. However, you are also close to all the great things the location offers. The tram stop is just outside the front door. Hollie was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The bikes were extremely convenient. Hoping to return soon! The best vacation ever.

Thank you to Hollie for making our stay stress free. We have nothing at all to complain about as we read the reviews and talked to Hollie several times before the trip. The beach with all the umbrellas was not a huge deal, one day we went to Inlet Beach and two other days we put down our stuff and enjoyed the water. If you are looking to lay out with space this is difficult. As for the pool we went with 9 people and even at peak times were able to find some seats/lounge chairs. The community and the provided bikes allowed the teenagers some freedom while remaining in the neighborhood the whole time. Hollie is super fast to respond to all questions and helped out things from dinner recommendations down to a Amazon delivery (you will likely get it a day later than they promise do to the mail process). We would stay at Flip Flop again.

All the bedrooms were a good size and had nice size closets, adjoining bathrooms and all upstairs ones had their own decks...so nice! The first floor bedroom was perfect for our elderly parents. The 2nd floor master was very nice and our kids loved the bunk room with the individual bunk lights and outlets! The 3rd floor suite was perfect for our 18 year old daughter and her friend...it was their little get away and they loved the widow’s walk!We had an issue with the microwave while we were there and Holly, the owner, had an electrician out within a couple of hours. She was quick to respond and a great communicator!The bikes they provided were a great touch...it was nice we did not have to rent them for the week. Lastly, the location was fabulous. Only 20 feet from the tram stop that takes you to the beach, a 5 minute walk from the little village area where we enjoyed Mexican one night and a Beer Pub another and about the same distance to the neighborhood pool. All in all, we would highly recommend staying at this house and will stay again when we head back to the area in the future!

Fantastic property, at most 10 minute walk to beach. Very attentive to any issues I had. Made check in easy. Definitely will come back. Absolutely loved it!
