We stayed three nights in this three bedroom condo in Mammoth while skiing. The condo is conveniently located next to the shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain. Plenty of space for a seven adults and a fully appointed kitchen for cooking in. Easy check in and check out, responsive management - I would stay again.

The whole family enjoyed our stay at this mammoth lakes condo. The kids especially loved all the board games and movies, and I loved how clean everything was. The location was also really good. We could walk to lots of restaurants and stores. I was initially worried about being located right on the main road, but it made it super easy to get to everything. Perfect for a family on a budget.

Plenty of space and walking distance to restaurants, Grocery Outlet, and Starbucks. Home is retro 1970s but very well maintained. There was more than enough space for the four of us and we hope to come back with the kids next time. Parking was right in front of the unit. Access was easy (keypad door lock).

From start to finish everything was easy. Great communication with host. Great property. We will most definitely be renting it again if available. Our whole family was comfortable and the unit was even more that’s we expected!

The condo was large, comfortable and outfitted with everything anyone could want. Full kitchen, big upstairs open plan with a nice entertainment center and a homey pellet stove. Will definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the TV’s in each room and the beds were very comfy. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and an abundance of towels to shower with. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great. Will definitely look up this property again when returning to Mammoth.

The condo was fully equiped with everything we needed for a great ski trip. The weather cooperated too! Plan to come back again and again!

The renting was very easy. The unit we rented was nice except that the furniture is so outdated, old and dirty. we didn’t want to sit on the couch. the one bed where the bunks were was very uncomfortable. you can feel the bed springs. The place was well equipped w dishes, pots n pans, etc.

We loved your condo! It is super easy to get to the slopes and all the fun restaurants. The hot tub and sauna were an apres ski treat. Thank you so much! ❤️

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The only complaint I have is that the living room furniture is pretty worn, and the furniture and the rug didn't seem very clean.

We enjoyed our recent stay, especially the large windows and easy to use pellet fireplace. Shopping and theatre are only a few blocks away. Are host was responsive to my questions.

We rented this condo because the location was perfect for the 3 teenagers we had with us. 19, 18 and 15 and they could walk, ride their bikes or take the free trolly wherever they wanted which was great. Its closeness to the restaurants and coffee shops was ideal and we highly recommend Roberto's right up the street for Mexican food. The free trolly will take you all over the place and the drivers are great about letting you off right in front of the condo if you ask. You can walk to grocery stores very easily as well. The thing with being downtown is you have to sacrifice the location for some noise so if you are looking for super quiet and serene this isn't the place for you. The street is noisy as well as the pool area that is right outside the kitchen window. The restaurant across the street also had live music on Saturday night until 2 am and leaving their doors wide open led to lots of noise coming right into the master bedroom. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. My pet peeve when we rent a home is where they advertise it is suitable for 5-6 people but the living room seats 3 people; this condo had plenty of comfy seating for everyone. My other pet peeve is lack of hooks for towels and hanging stuff, this condo had so many hooks in the hall for our helmets and beach towels and hammocks we could never have filled them all so we loved that! The only thing I would caution is if you are bringing bikes there is no garage for storage which I forgot to ask about so having to haul them inside every time we rode was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Saturday the power went out all over town and the owner did contact us to update us on what was going on which was nice, It was only inconvenient as far as we were in the middle of making coffee/breakfast but at no fault to the owner we just packed up and headed out for some hiking because we weren't in Mammoth to be indoors anyway. :) Kitchen is well stocked as are the linens. The pool is freezing cold and not heated and the jacuzzi next to the pool is broken but there is one around the corner that is bigger and more private, you just have to walk around until you find it. Super easy check-in/check out process. I'd say kid-friendly as well as long as you are okay with stairs if you had a real little one you could bring a gate for the top of the stairs since the living area and kitchen are upstairs. Do the hike to Devils Postpile it's amazing!

Great location and nice place to stay.

My family of 10 (including 5, 2, & 1 yr old) stayed for a week here are my pros: -Clean condo with easy check in -Parking for 3 vehicles -Storage locker for fishing poles -Well stocked with amenities! Plenty of towels, shampoos & soaps if you forgot yours, kitchen supplies (except for bbq tongs) -WiFi and cable provided -BBQ on balcony -Kids loved the games and toys! -Plenty of space for everyone! -Location close to restaurants and shops Cons: -Location a little too close for us. We like being more secluded. -The beds in the bunk room were not comfortable and squeaky! -Non heated pool - kids were disappointed. -Could not figure out washer & dryer- they kept stopping and washer would not drain all the water. - wish there were screens on bunk room window. It got stuffy and hot at night All in all it was a very nice place to stay. We had so much fun except for it raining everyday in the afternoon.

Used this beautiful condo for a "glamping" trip. Spectacular hiking and awesome location in town near everything. Don't miss it!

Renting with Kesia was straightforward and well-explained. The property was spacious and full of need amenities. The location is ideal to grab meals and is close to main St. I would recommend staying with Kesia!

Condo matches the description very well. it is very well stocked and can handle a large group. There wasn't enough stress on the fact that neighbors can hear everything and we got a noise complaint because my jet lagged 4 and 5 year old kids were up and going crazy at 5 am, my 5 year old has some hearing issues and is a little loud I don't think a noise complaint was necessary.

Thank you so much. We really enjoyed the townhome in the middle of Mammoth Lakes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and even the movie theater! And the townhome itself was incredibly well equipped for anything we might have wanted to do there. We will come again!

Great location. Very convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants, ski rentals within walking distance (less than 5 min walk). Shuttle to mammoth was across the street!! The two room with their own beds were great. The bunk room was okay, beds were a little squeaky/old but doable. They had pots, pants, utensils, bowls, plates, etc. Some spices but when I was there, no oil or aluminum foil. But it wasn’t a problem. Quick and responsive host! We had a great stay, thank you!

Although we were snowed in for much of our long weekend stay, we couldn't have been cozier. The pellet stove was humming, and we played games and cooked while the winds gusted outside. Once it cleared up we were able to get to some skiing and snow play, so the weekend was a win, overall. Thanks Kasia, once again, for the lovely hospitality!

Great place, great beds, great location close to a shuttle stop. Also, owner was really helpful when needed. No complaints here. :)
