The house was comfortable for a larger group of people.

The house has everything you need in the kitchen, laundry room, living room.

It was excellent, the house, the cleanest, everything was great, I will rent it again if I can!

We were so happy with this rental. It is a great family home with enough space for everyone. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more and we will definitely rent this house again. Our stay was wonderful. We have stayed at this house multiple times and each time it has been great. The beds and amenities are great! The only complaint would be the hot tub. Both times we have stayed here the hot tub was barely hot.

Desert club Estates: interior was beautiful, very slippery shower tiles, outdoors was not well groomed, horrible outdoor furniture, very expensive.

The property was clean. The beds were comfortable and linens were hotel quality. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, dishes, silverware and glasses for our large party. We had a blast. Thank you.

Our kids loved the pool/hot tub and the house got lots of sun!

The house is as advertised and the staff were reasonably responsive, but we had a few issues. These issues may not bother a group of young people who want to party, but for a family or business group, they should probably be noted. The pool is small and there is no fencing or alarm for small kids. There is a mix of lighting throughout – cold harsh LED bulbs and regular warm white bulbs. Many scuffs on the walls. No hairdryers in any room. No light over the dining room table. Dim lighting generally throughout the house. Creepy old limousine in the garage. Dingy carpets and the kitchen is strangely organized and equipped (eg dishes and cutlery 8 feet away from the dishwasher). Lawn is patchy and outside furniture is well used/could be replaced. In hindsight, the price was reflective of these points.

The house was pretty. We enjoyed most of our stay. But we did run into some problems with house...1. What ever is in the grass cut everyone's feet and other parts of body that made contact with grass. We all looked and couldn't find the problem. Felt like little pieces of glass was all over the grass. But no glass. Became unwelcoming to use and has to have sandals at all times.2. The pool was smaller than expected and much smaller when realized that h and half the pool is a kid side. Which would be ok if we brought kids. Was difficult for my group to be comfortable in it together. 4. There is a Hornets nest noticeably in the bushes by the pool. 2 people got stung.3. Inside the house...we all felt uncomfortable. As if a presence was I'm the house with us. If you do or domt believe is up to you. But you can't deny stuff falling off randomly, flickering lights, and a very strong feeling of being watched. Of course the house didn't change the fact that we were there to celebrate a few people in my group bday. So regardless we had a good time.

The house was very beautiful, my family loved it, my grand babies had a blast this weekend and thats all that mattered to me! The house was beautiful inside and out, only thing is the lighting outside at night was a bit dark but that did not stop us from having a beautiful weekend. Thank you so much, I will most definitely come back for another stay.

Fantastic home for relaxing in the desert. The pool, jacuzzi and large yard were perfect for our families to enjoy spring break. Tons of room for everyone and the house is amazing inside and out. Being on a corner lot with the yard and pool on the corner was great as we didn't have to worry about disturbing any neighbors while playing during the day. Elizabeth was great helping us with a plumbing issue in one of the showers. The one issue that wasn't resolved was that the AC did not work in the master bedroom, so we had to sleep with the sliding doors open. Not to bad as it was not that warm yet. Would have been a huge problem if the weather was warmer. . We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and we loved that most bedrooms (all but one and we only needed four for our stay) had their own full bath. Plenty of space to lounge in the living room while watching football and we had a good time sitting out by the pool in the day time or using the hot tub in the evenings. Having the extra refrigerator in the garage was a plus too for the cases of water and beer we kept on hand. The beds are comfy and once I thought to turn up the water heater, we had plenty of hot water for showers for six people. I'd give them 5 stars if things had been in tip top shape and wish I could give a half star for the willingness to help with things that weren't quite right... it was little things. Water heater not on upon arrival and no instructions provided to do so; the grill outside was dirty and filled with ash so that we had to empty that out to use; the garage refrigerator was so dirty - didn't keep it from cooling drinks but it was unpleasant to look at and only good for cases of drinks; one light in a bathroom was going out and blinked like a strobe light - didn't use that one! Maintenance was on site to replace the heater in the pool when I arrived and one of the HVAC systems was out. The property manager was very prompt in getting a technician there; I understand things can be fine one minute and then go out the next but it didn't seem like a proper walk through had been done in preparation for our arrival. All that being said, I'd book this house again because the views are lovely, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the property manager (thanks, Andrea!) was accommodating. I'd just make sure to ask for a more throrough prep by house manager before we got there. Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. This house is an incredible place to spend a few days or weeks (or even months!). I've never experienced a place that can be so relaxing, but also offer such a fun and engaging facility. WOW! Everything about this place was a 10/10. The interactions with the point of contact were easy and helpful, the facility was very clean and organized, and the area was exactly what I was looking for. AND WHAT A BACKYARD!!!!!

I wanted a dream stay and I got it. I'm always super careful about vacation properties or air bnb places but this was unbelieavble. Everything i wanted. Clean, concierge like service and a huge BACKYARD. I spent nights outside chilling with my friends drinking beers and talking. And it's a pefrfect location if you're looking to be close to festivals and fairs. The host was so welcoming and they stocked the fridge for us with beers, sodas and snacks.

My group of friends came down for Coachella and couldnt have picked a better home. The home itself is beautiful and clean. Super spacious, but the highlight is the backyard. The photos dont do it justice. Its an Oasis where you have so much greenery and a beautiful pool with and Jacuzzi. No nieghbors on either side was amazing because we were a rowdier group. The view of the mountains were also incredible

I celebrated my birthday with my closest friends and family. After searching I finally stumbled upon this home. It was absolutely perfect. Everything we could have asked for. Clean, Bright, welcoming. And WOW the backyard!!!!!!! Really stunning and beautiful. You forget your not in California for a brief moment as you overlook the mountains in the amazing pool. Really cant say enough good things, no drawbacks that I can think of.

We had an incredible boys weekend here. Beautiful pool the backyard was definitely the highlight. Would love to come again. Super luxurious, clean and host was amazing. We cooked and BBQ and hung by the pool all day everyday. Unobstructed views of the mountain and sunsets were the highlight 10/10 A+++++++++

We hosted our bachelorette party here. Every girl loved it, we had zero complaints and any questions we had were quickly answered. Stunning home with a true Oasis style backyard. We lounged by the pool and BBQ. I would love to stay here again. The beds were all so comfortable and we were provided with plenty of clean linens and towels for our entire group.
