We had 3 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Super spacious, beautiful with large deck to enjoy. Would stay again!

Property was spacious and loved the gated community and beach club. Close walk to coffee every morning and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our extended family!

Definitely will rent this again. Loved this place worked perfectly for the 8 of us.

Have stayed in this community before and it’s always a nice convenient place for the surrounding area. Kids loved the pool and gym. Property well equipped w beach stuff. Only criticism was grill wasn’t cleaned well and got very smoky and the toaster didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was great.

The house was perfect for our two families. We had other families staying at houses near by which was wonderful for dinner gatherings. We had a wedding at the fairmont which was beautiful. The beaches were amazing.

The house was perfect! My husband and I traveled with our four teenage daughters and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The downstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds and their own beautiful bathroom. The upstairs suite was calming, quiet, comfortable and luxurious! I slept like a rock! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The beach club access was great and allowed us to park and enjoy the beach on every whim. Black sands beach is only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store also close by so it was easy to pick up supplies and settle in for the week. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

Our large family loved our stay here. Although, I do want to mention we did have some issues. But, to begin our communication on directions to get to the property and how to access gates and entry was perfect. We noticed a lot of cobwebs and spiders when we first got there. That bothered the kids but I felt it was not that big of a deal. It wasn’t till late in the night when we all went to bed that we found all of our beds were dirty. They all had hair and dirt in between the sheets and there was a large stain, pretty sure I knew what it was, on the master bed sheets. We went to change the sheets but did not have correct sheets available. We threw what we could find over the bed and sent a message right away to management. Then at 2 and 2:30am the alarm randomly went off. It lasted for a while and then didn’t have a problem with it for the rest of the stay. We did find a few other cleanliness issues but the house was a wonderful house and we would stay here again. The management company did respond and tried to make it right but the cleaning lady said she didn’t understand English and just dropped off new sheets and left. I think they just need a new cleaning crew.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home. We loved it and hope to be back again some day.

Easy enough to enter with provided information but no information about the property and amenities. Toilets and micro wave need attention, and carpet needed cleaning. Contacting property manager when the air conditioning quit, was quickly taken care of. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It's lovely, well-appointed, and we were all very comfortable there. It had everything we needed and more. The location was fabulous, and there was so much to do just around the Mauna Lani area. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

lots of privacy available with each bedroom as an on-suite complete with a full bathroom. Outside patio off kitchen great for BBQ and dinner with family or friends. The community pool and fitness rooms were great and so was the beach pass! Very spacious!

This property is in a quiet, centrally located area. The floor plan is ideal for a family, offering a large master bedroom, bath, and walk in closet upstairs. The other bedrooms are located downstairs for guests/children with plenty of privacy. We also really enjoyed the outside kitchen and patio. Overall the property needs a thorough deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and stained as well as the living room furniture. Everything was dusty and there were cobwebs in the bathrooms and bedrooms downstairs. The mattresses are all very worn and need replaced. The toilet downstairs constantly runs. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry. The outside refrigerator does not keep things very cold. Pictures don't do it justice. This property is huge! There were 6 of us and had more than enough space. The doors fully open to the lanai was perfect for a family dinner outside. Location was great, close to mauna lani beach access and grocery store, shops, Tommy Bahamas restaurant. Hapuna beach a few miles up the road. Shaved ice a few miles down the road at Queens shopping center a must. Overall a great experience. Definitely would stay again!

A great place settle in and live large on the big island. It was spectacular to look out through the lanai and see Maui in the distance.

House was beautiful, clean and huge. Every room having their own bathroom was great and the garage was filled with everything you need for the beach. Mauna Lani Beach club was fabulous along with the restaurant that is there- call for reservations!

The condo is beautiful and once we found the pool which is only a street over it was a great place to take the kids after the beach. Definitely would return to this property!

This was all of our first time on the big island and it was great. The condo was located in a great area and the pool was amazing! We went almost every day and the kids loved it. There was a little pool for our toddler that was perfect at only 1 foot deep. We had to communicate with the property manager about some blown out lightbulbs and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We would all definitely stay here again.

Convenient to everything in Mauna Lani, especially the Beach Club. The house is very comfortable & clean. Fits all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids), and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the views on the lanai.

I would say we had a great time in our house. The view on the listing is old, the trees have grown up so that you don't see as much as you thought you would and the table seats eight so the patio is much smaller. Other than having to do the dishes because the dishwasher was not working til the next to the last day it was great. We had 9 adults in the house and we all slept well. But a full size bed is not made for two adults. They had extra fins and snorkel gear, a couple of boards and extra swim shoes that came in handy. The washer and dryer got used a lot, like every day for towels and beach towels. I would say we had a great time and were comfortable in the house.
