This was the perfect spot for our family of six. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom they had to walk safely to local shops and restaurants. Our four year old loved the pool, backyard and riding the trolley to the beach. The house was very comfortable, beautifully updated and immaculate when we arrived. This isn’t your typical rental house - everything is high-end and thoughtful. We will be back!

Our homeowner thought of everything! It is a well appointed unit that is decorated beautifully. Very comfortable and very oraganized! He had everything we needed for the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, ECT. Yet away from the center of the busy beach town, so it was a quiet place to retreat & relax! We really appreciated the beach chairs and bicycles provided. House is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Thanks for providing a wonderful place for us to bring our girls on a beach vacation!

The place was really beautiful a super clean! Everything we needed for beach fun was in the closet in the sunroom and the place was just the right size for three adults and three three-year-olds! Thank you again!

My family of 6 loved this property! Clean and beautifully decorated. Located in a friendly, quiet community with an awesome pool. Lovely well-appointed kitchen with new appliances. Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the town parking pass made getting to the beach so easy. Wawa, Rita's, several restaurants right across the road was extremely convenient and we weren't bothered by the traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed here, from a well equipped kitchen to bikes for us to use. The place was spotless and cozy. I liked that we were so close to everything, yet it was quiet as well.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house itself exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, the decor was attractive, the technology was current, the extras inside and out were so appreciated, and our boys were thrilled with their room of bunk beds!!! The location was so convenient…close enough to enjoy all that Bethany Beach has to offer, but far enough away for some quiet. The property manager was communicative and very helpful. We sooo enjoyed our stay and will happily return!

This property had everything we needed. The stuff in the kitchen (cookware etc)was not junk which was a nice change and in fact a lot of the things in this place is upgraded . We saved a lot of packing room because they provided us with beach chairs,umbrellas and bikes! The bike ride to the beach was not bad at all and the parking pass was great to have as well. The pool was also nice and not crowded. And there was canal and pond access for our paddleboards. They were very prompt answering our questions.

The home was a pleasure to stay at. Super clean and great location. Highly recommended. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bethany! The condo was beautiful and spotless …so many amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and porch was a great place to relax in the evenings. Just a short walk or bike ride to boardwalk, beach, and so many restaurants. We would highly recommend staying in this condo. We cant wait to go back!!

Such a well thought out townhouse with space to spread out. Great location - walk or ride bikes to the beach, local restaurants, and bars. The Bethany trolley will run starting May 28 and there are stops in the neighborhood the house is in. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Bethany.

The inside of the property was new, fresh, clean, high tech, and very well appointed! There were so many little extras all around the house. Communication with the owner was excellent and he answered all of our questions/concerns very quickly. Highly recommended.

My family (2 adults, 4 young kids) stayed here 3 nights and it worked out great. The property was well stocked with every day needs, and even beach equipment. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and Atari game system which was probably their favorite part of whole place. Location is great (next to Wawa and Rita's italian ice), and short drive to beach. There were few ants, but owner was very responsive about that. Communication was excellent. I've stayed at other places where communication was lacking, but this owner was very accommodating. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this property for our family's week at Bethany Beach. It was very clean and the owners have thought of every detail when setting up the house - extremely well appointed. It was the perfect size for 5 of us.

My family (two adults + two kids) stayed for a week. The check in process was easy & the home was as pictured. Owner was thoughtful to check in with us to make sure all was ok & we had no issues upon check in. The home is comfortable and cozy. The 4 season porch was our favorite place to relax while at the house. The only issue we had was no pool due to Covid and the tennis/pickle ball courts seem to get flooded very easily. The ants were the only uninvited guests. They were all over the kitchen and a bit of a nuisance. The location is close to everything - making it an ideal place to stay. Parking pass was great and made beach access easy. Thanks for a nice stay!

Our stay could not have been better. During the reservation process, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Directions for check in were communicated clearly and we had no problems on arrival. The property is very well maintained and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was even a first aid kit in the unit. The owner has thought of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The unit is just over 1/2 mile from the heart of Bethany (boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beach). It is an easy walk and even quicker if you use the bikes that are provided. This is a perfect spot for a family getaway. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough. Thank you Dave for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 and grandparents. The property was amazing and conveniently located close to everything. Kids enjoyed walking to get water ice each night. My kids also enjoyed being able to swim, ride bikes, play tennis and basketball all in the neighborhood just like they would at home. The owner checked in to make sure all was going well and was accessible if needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The kids are asking to return next year.

We loved our vacation at this beach house. The location was perfect for biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, walks, playing pickle ball, and swimming in the community pool, and a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The house was perfect - clean and stocked with everything we could need. Dave, the owner was great to communicate with. Loved it!!

My family stayed at this property for a week in July. Two adults two kids & my MIL for a few days. The check in process was easy & the home was as pictured. We had no issues at all staying comfortably in this home. The 4 season porch was our favorite place to relax while at the house. The location is close to everything making this an ideal place to stay. We would stay here again but for two weeks next time.

The condo was just as pictured, beautiful and clean. Very spacious. Loved keyless entry to condo! Two adults two teenagers & could’ve had room for more people to join us. Girls rode trolley and walked, very accessible! We had a lot of room to spread out. Best part of the trip for us was it’s close proximity to canal’s leading up to the Indian river bay bridge great kayak experience and went out multiple times because ease of access at loading on 7th street off Evans rd. instead of community launch. Biked thru Assawoman canal to Fred Hudson to pick up the bake path to the Indian river bay, nicely wooded on a hot day😃�Brought own kayaks, Used owners 4 bikes and pleasantly surprised the great condition they were in. Cooked most nights and used grill, small kitchen but worked easily for us. plenty of seating. Porch was comfy and fans everywhere were wonderful! Changing stations all bedrooms were a treat. Dave answered by questions almost immediately! Thanks for the great vacation week!

This property has everything you could want in your home away from home. It was stocked with every beach accessory expect towels and sunscreen. I will definitely rent this nicely decorated home. We loved the sunroom, spent our evenings out there reading or playing games. The property manager was very attentive to emails also.

I highly recommend this beach rental for the following reasons: 1. No hassles! Very easy check-in and out process. Owners are kind, wonderful and very responsive. 2. Beautifully maintained! Everything is in excellent working order. 3. Proximity! So close to the beach, coffee, food, shops and gas. Did I mention close to coffee? Right across the street! Among the best locations in Bethany… 4. Amenities! Pool and tennis courts are perfect for afternoons. 5. Quiet! Very quiet unit, with a quiet neighborhood for a walk.

We had a great Labor Day at Bethany Beach! The home was so beautiful and comfortable. We went to the beach and pool each day and ate dinner at terrific restaurants. We would love to return to this rental! It was our first experience with renting through HomeAway and it worked out perfectly!

Very nice home which is well kept. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we were all very comfortable in the house. Bethany is a very homey town and The Villas of Bethany West was quiet, convenient to everything and offered much to do if you weren't up for the beach! Thank you Dave for all your help with the lock issue in the beginning. We had no issues after that. We would definitely stay here again!
