Loved the place. Communication with management wasn't the greatest.

For ease of skiing and restaurants, can’t beat the location. Only downside is that trade off; can stay a bit noisy late into the night.

When we arrived, there was vomit on a rug by the fireplace, yogurt or maybe a milkshake spilled on the floor and a chair, hair in the drains and ONE working outlet. Other than change the sheets (we hope!) it appears they didn’t clean. Gross!The staff member I spoke with was super helpful and got a cleaning crew to us right away, but ew! They also sent a maintenance man to look at the outlets, but he told us he couldn’t get to his tools because it was Saturday. It’s 2023! We all have phones, tablets, watches, etc. We need access to multiple plugs.Luckily I had a portable charger, or it would have been a way bigger issue.FYI this was not my first trip to Breckenridge through this company but it will be my last. On our previous trip, we had a bee hive outside our front door and we were stung more than once. For what we paid, I find all of this unacceptable. I will be asking for a refund!

Can't be this location, on Main Street yet only 100 yards to the Gondola. I have stayed in this unit multiple times and will be renting again.

What a wonderful property! Staff was very accommodating and even called to let us know we had left something behind. Very clean, equipped with everything we needed and perfect for our group of 6!

Master bed is worn and caused us really bad shoulder pain (side sleepers). I had read this in other reviews. Management should upgrade mattress. Also, even though rental is pet friendly not all guest will bring a pet. Housekeeping should be mindful of this, since upon arrival couch, master comforter AND master bed linens were full of pet (dog) hair. The issue was fixed right away which is greatly appreciated (housekeeping stripped bed and vacuumed couch and left us with a lint roller). We did not have a chance to use the hot tub, disclaimer hot tub is not private as it overlooks gondola paring lot/Breck train station. For is this isn't a concern but if you're traveling for honeymoon just something to be aware of. All in all I would stay here again since the location is so convenient and the accommodation was spacious. Bathroom cleanliness was impeccable!

This was the perfect home base for 5 of us going different directions. Some were skiing, others were walking main street or taking the gondola to the spa. It is a cute place that was just what we needed over the holidays.

The location of the property was perfect. Reasonably quiet given that we were on main street on NYE. Enjoyed all the amenities.

Great property- great location that is walking distance from the door to all things fun in Breckenridge! The house was set up perfectly for a family weekend, and had all the amenities (including fans, extra towels, soaps, garbage bags,etc) needed. Highly recommended!

This unit was in a perfect location, and the private (not private to the people on the street & sidewalk) tub was great at night. That’s as far as the positive comments go. The beds (all 3 of them) are extremely uncomfortable (hard and worn out). The sleeper sofa was a little more comfortable, but for the price per night this should not even be considered a solution. The decor was from like the early 1990’s. The wall & ceiling color in every room is a dark mustard color, making the entire space feel eerie, dark & dingy. The rug in the living room should have been tossed in the trash many years ago. It was dirty, all the edges are curled (making it a serious trip hazard). There are tons of housing options in Breckenridge, even downtown near this one, so location is not everything. This place needs to step up its game if it wants to compete with the truly beautiful places in Breck. The price is high enough that they can easily afford the minor updates and new beds. I would not recommend this unit due to these deficiencies. The people staying in the other unit upstairs, said the exact same comments without knowing or hearing what our feedback was.

This place is on Main Street and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Great Mountain Views from the deck

Four adults staying at this property with two cars. It was inconvenient that one car had to be parked in a lot a mile away. But overall the condo was great, in a nice area, plenty of shopping & dining nearby, walking & bike path nearby, beautiful scenery abounds. The only minor issues were rug needed to be replaced in living room and the lighting throughout is dim. Beds were comfortable, nice bathrooms & kitchen area, washer & dryer just outside the door.

We had a great stay! We were able to walk everywhere in town, from shops and restaurants to yoga and walks along the River. It’s nice to park the car for a week! The hot tub was excellent, the common living areas are very spacious and we had plenty of room. Thanks!

LARGE condo. Plenty of room to have friends over. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

The place was big, quiet, and was just by the tram for easy access to the slopes. The kids and grandkids had a great time!

It’s a very long condo with the living room at one end and bedrooms at the other so if you are in the bedroom and wanted to put a kid down for a nap or bed early you don’t hear noise from the living room. We loved the fireplace and they even supply wood. The hot tub was also nice on the cool fall nights. Beds were comfy and kitchen well supplied. It’s located above a ski shop so you haves total of 23 steps with 2 landings. Would stay again.

Would be perfect for catching a ride up the North Gondola!

They do have a dishwasher so we just loaded it up and started it before we left and didn't worry about the TV too much because we were there for the town and the mountains. Beautiful view of the mountains and right next to the cutest little coffee shop and main Street. I loved it there. Have a great trip!
