Great place with everything we needed. Mario was a great host even making sure we had enough fresh towels after we arrived! Wood was restocked and steps shoveled while we were out skiing! Very thoughtful! Will look to rebook at another time.

Right next to the great eastern trail for an easy ski in and out experience. Also, a very close drive to other lodges. Home was very clean especially bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with a great selection of pots pans and tools for cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++++

We had a great experience staying here for a late March ski trip. It is very centrally located on the mountain, and the hot tub is a great perk! Would stay here again.

The ideal place to stay for skiing Killington.

Please keep in mind this property is only ski on/ski off based on the weather. Otherwise it is a 15 minute drive to the mountain. The driveway is pretty dangerous and help is hard to get, so if the weather is icy - I would recommend to cancel this trip.

Convenient and spacious mudroom; great high ceiling main living area. Plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. Firewood was provided; working propane grill with extra tanks. Clean and working hot tub that my wife and kids loved. Is located trailside but we visited in April and the trail was closed related to spring conditions; the K1 lift is only 8 minutes away. Would have been a dream to stay here during true skiing season.

We were two families with teens looking for a spring break week vacation spot we could drive to — this house was fantastic. Lots of bedrooms and living space, with a great kitchen and fireplace and deck with grill for steaks, etc. We were 7 but there’s sleeping for up to 11, easily. The house is right on the Great Easten ski trail so you can ski right in and out (though when we went no ski out due to spring conditions), and the hottub is amazing for post-ski. Super easy access and owner was very responsive and helpful. We will be back, for sure.

Great place to rent for a family. The house was immaculate and well taken care of. There is plenty of space for a family. It is not a "party house" as the owners take very good care of the property and we respected that. Mario was very attentive to all of our needs and we had no issues. We were in contact with the owner throughout the weekend. There is plenty of room to sleep, cook and eat. The living room is very comfortable and the fireplace is very nice. The owners provided wood for the fireplace. The loft is also a nice place. The hot tub was also very clean and people came to clean the tub when we stayed there. There are also plenty of towels for bathing and hot tub use. Overall a 5 star stay. Only issue is the faucet in the kitchen sink had low water pressure. Note the showers and other sinks were fine. The house had a dishwasher and the owner provided soap for the dishwasher, sink and other amenities. Mario takes care of everything, We have been renting in VT for years and this was definitely a top rental. We will rent again. If you have a large party and want a large living room to hang out, you may consider another place. But if you want an immaculate house and want to ski, dine and sleep, this is the place. We will rent again!

Outstanding time! Got over 2 ft snow 2 days prior to arrival which helped a bit! We could not yet "ski out" as the lower lifts were not yet operational, but we had fun "skiing in" through the un-groomed trails!

We had great stay. House is clean, great communication, and perfect for large groups like us.

Our 4 grandkids enjoyed our stay! Wish it could have been longer ! The hot tub was a perfect way to end a busy day on the slopes.

We have been staying at this property on and off with our ski group for over 10 years. It's our favorite house. Perfect location on the mountain. Hope to be back next year.

We just returned from a long weekend at Killington. This house is a dream ski on/ski off. It is located on the Great Eastern trail which is perfect for all ski levels. The house itself is a terrific! It had 4 bedrooms and can sleep 12. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. It had everything that you need. It was also very clean and very organized. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a long day of skiing. Mario was very attentive and followed up with me throughout the weekend. I would highly recommend it!

This house was great ! The trail side access next the house is amazing. Our family enjoyed the ability to come and go from the house all day. Who needs a ski lodge when you have a house sitting on a trail. We loved and highly recommend it!

Excellent home with all the amenities and very clean.

We had a terrific stay at Mario's house in Killington. He's an excellent host with very good communication - totally looked after us and answered any questions we had. The place itself was perfect for our home base. We had two families - both with 2 kids in the low to mid-teens. they had their own spot to hang out (the loft), as did we and the bedroom situation was perfect for two families, with two master suites and plenty of rooms and beds for the kids. Late August was perfect weather, no bugs, sunshine and the hill was not busy at all for all the activities, including the downhill mountain biking which was so much fun! Overall, a great vacation and staying here was a big part of that. thank you!

Had a great long weekend in Killington . The house is beautiful and the ski on ski off is ideal. Very conveniently located to the access road as well. The house can sleep plenty of people and is very well laid out. I would highly recommend this house / location and plan on coming back next year.

This home was perfect for our group of 10. We had ample room and the accommodations were comfortable. On the Great Eastern Trail, it is a true ski in ski out house. We hope to return next year.

This house is a perfect ski in ski out location right on the slopes. So convenient for our group to stop home for lunch or take a break from skiing. Very close to restaurants/shops too. We loved this location and would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Our group of 2 families with 6 kids/4 adults really enjoyed our stay here; plenty of space for us to spread out. The location was perfect as it was next to a green run, Great Eastern trail. The owner Mario was helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend you drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach the house if there's heavy snowfall on the nearby road Trailview/driveway- we had to call a tow truck on our drive here because we have an Odyssey. Everyone said it was a wonderful vacation due to staying at this nice house.

This is our fourth year staying at this property. We love it. Perfect ski in, ski out. Didn't have to drive the kids anywhere so I got to relax.

This slopeside house is not only as convenient as one could possibly wish for, right on Great Eastern, but is warm and beautiful and perfect. This is our second stay and really the only house that I've found with both a fireplace and hot tub that is ski in and out. After getting groceries the first night, we didn't leave the property in our car for the entire weekend. The kitchen is warm with the fireplace right there and all of the wood and firestarters are included. The college kids all had a great time and enjoyed their weekend away from the city. I highly recommend this house. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely, well appointed home on Killington's Great Eastern trail. We stayed with another family (8 people total) and had plenty of space. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had good quality pots and pans, wifi worked well -- we were very happy! We would definitely stay here again.

It’s truly slopeside - off one of the longest trails. There are four bedrooms and a loft - so the house can truly accommodate a lot of people. The mud room to throw all ur ski stuff in is perfect. We had to leave a bit later than checkout since it snowed a decent bit and Mario worked with us - truly appreciated. Would stay again in a heartbeat
