We couldn’t have asked for a more central location for our annual stay in Provincetown. The accommodations were lovely just as described and it was terrific to be able to walk through town with such ease. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place is excellent in every way. The house is very well-appointed, high in quality, incredibly clean, and the location could not be better. Steps from all, but very peaceful and quiet. Everything you could want is present in this house. The owners are great with communication and helpfulness. We’d love to return and hope we can stay here again. Highly recommended! Provincetown is a wonderful little town and you will not want to leave. Enjoy this house as we certainly did.

This was the perfect rental imho. The owners were great to deal with, very communicative, easy to reach with questions. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. And the location was close to everything while being far enough away to be quiet.

The apartment is really centrally located but unlike other apartments we’ve rented it’s really quiet. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had great facilities. Perfect place to stay in PTown.

very nice property. clean with nice facilities comfortable and close to downtown. very tight parking so bring a small car but true for most of Ptown. Bring your bike and ride just about anywhere. Great experience. Oh, not to nit pick but need to upgrade cheap shower curtain. Otherwise everything was great!

Whether your stay is short or long this is the perfect PTown rental. Comfortable, well appointed, private, but just off the heart of Commercial street.

We cannot say enough GREAT things about this property and our stay! We frequent Provincetown quite a bit, and this property, by far, was the best we've stayed at! From the start of the booking, the owners contacted us right away and stayed connected with us the day before check in, and the day before check out. The unit was IMMACULATE and had everything we needed! We loved that the bedrooms were upstairs, away from the main living room and kitchen area and the master bedroom was HUGE with a King-sized bed. We LOVED the gas fireplace and how quiet the area is. Granted we were there off-season, but the street is small and narrow, so there was no car traffic. I pick up on the small things, like the Myers soap for use in the bathrooms and kitchen and the towels and bedding were hotel quality. THANK YOU for a restful stay and we'll be be back very soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. It's very clean and beautifully decorated. Anything you could possibly need is provided, including a more than fully equipped kitchen. James and Thomas are extremely responsive, thoughtful hosts, right down to the wonderful welcome basket of snacks that was waiting for us upon arrival. The location is perfect, so close to everything but set back far enough away from Commercial Street to be quiet. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! I can't say enough good things about this place, and can't wait to come back. Don't hesitate to spend some time here. It is truly as advertised and much more.

Condo was immaculate and owners are helpful and responsive. It is steps away from all the action and the harbor but is completely quiet at night. Truly a perfect location, highly recommend!

I stayed at this property with my sister and mother this past weekend, and cannot say enough good things about Jim and Thomas, and their home. The first thing I noticed was how clean and neat everything was, then how wonderfully decorated the place was. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us, and with a 1/2 bath downstairs it was very comfortable. The small back patio was a favorite location for us, with an adorable white fence around it, and beautiful decking. The kitchen was stocked with every conceivable amenity, and we were welcomed with a tray of snacks and goodies. Both bedrooms were outfitted with amazing bedding, tv's and closet space. Additionally, there were a lot of "extra's" for our convenience, like insulated beach bags, umbrella's, beach towels, etc. Last, but not least, they were located right off of Commercial St. and we could walk to town in minutes. I had an amazing time and am already thinking about dates for my next visit. I will of course reach out to Jim or Thomas when I decide, as I've rarely had such good luck with a booking where everything was as advertised, and more. If you are reading this, all I can say is, you won't regret it!! Thank you Jim and Thomas!

Well located and close to everything incl. beach, yet quiet and private. A cosy condo with all modern amenities, and very clean. We will come back in the summer :)

We have be going to P’town for years and predominately stayed in only to places. We lost both when they became private houses. We have now found our newest home away from home. This property is wonderful. Located on a quiet sides street steps away from the center of commercial St. activity, you can walk to your favorite restaurant/bar or shop in no time. The condo is beautifully appointed, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is top notch, and the TV and WIFI (if you need them) are great. It is a two story unit, which gives the bedroom and master bath nice separation from the living room and kitchen. The first floor bath room provides additional convenience. It is perfect for a romantic weekend. We really enjoyed conversing with the owner, who responded to all emails quickly and gave helpful hints on ways to enjoy the condo and P’town. So, thanks guys for having such a great place and sharing it. We will be back often.

The condo was amazing. Any item you could want and clean and new. Right in town so you can walk to anything. Parking is a premium ! I highly recommend this property. The owners were great and got right back to me when I had a question. Book it now !

Our family loved the property and the location. My oldest son. (6 years old) spent the entire week in his own bed because “it was sooo comfortable” Location was excellent. Just a very short walk to the beach where we spent hours hunting crabs, shells and sea glass. Communication with the owner was top notch. This was our 4th year in Ptown and using VRBO to rent places. Jim went out of his way to stay on top of things so that we didn’t have to question anything. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the perk of being walking distance from everything. I went during the tail end of off-season as everyone was preparing for the new season. A lot of local shops and friendly people. I would definitely visit again during peak season.

Wonderful early spring getaway! Location is truly perfect - just a quick walk to Commercial Street, on a small, quiet one way street that is not a major thoroughfare, with a parking spot right out front. The townhouse was spotless, beds were amazingly comfortable, and the fire place was well used during the chilly nights. Everything you need is there. James and Thomas could not have been more communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, guys!!

This condo is great! We stayed for 3 nights during Thanksgiving week. The owners were very easy to work with. The condo was clean and updated and comfortable. The perfect size for 2 couples. The gas fireplace was great as we were there during several very cold (13 degrees) and windy days. We highly recommend this condo.
